Possibilité d'un parking en face de l'hôtel Par contre, pas d'ascenseur L'accueil !!! 2 personnes pas très avenantes ,surtout le Monsieur Certes nous étions arrivés à 13h pour un check-in à partir de 15h et la dame de l'acceuil nous a fait patienter jusqu'à 15h pile(je pense que la chambre était prête avant!) Au moment du départ, il a fallu que nous ouvrions nous-mêmes la lourde porte pour sortir alors que le Monsieur était assis Un tarif excessif pour le rapport qualité/prix :l'hôtel le plus cher de notre séjour de 3 semaines en ayant avant fait le Yucatan et le Quintana Roo

Muy pobre presión de agua en la regadera y una fuga de la misma que mojaba todo el baño (lo arreglé temporalmente con una toalla). Falta servicio de cafetería…. No hay restaurante.

- Taida (7/5): All in all we had a good stay except for the lack of daylight in our room. - Staff was helpful, able, considerate and very pleasant. The hotel was very clean. Central location. Walkable to most Museums, the main square the main markets and all kinds of good restaurants. The hotel didn’t have an elevator. Breakfast was on the roof which was 3 floors up. The staff offered us breakfast in the lobby. Thoughtful and good problem solvers. Our room had a window that faced a wall with about 1 1/2 m. space so the room was always dark.

La ducha era muy mala, la tv dio problemas y al desayuno le faltan opciones, el café suele estar frío. La cama es pequeña si mides más de 1.75 y el colchón no parece ser muy nuevo. Hay caja fuerte pero no hay instrucciones de cómo abrirla/usarla.

Pague una cama Queen y me entregaron una cama matrimonial, mucho más pequeña de lo que había contratado. Al momento de cancelar me cobraron penalización de 2600 pesos. Incluso cuando ni si quiera me hospedé ahí. Ni estuve ahí.

En general el personal con el que interactuamos fue muy amable, todos los días hicieron limpieza en la habitación, nos dejaron agua embotellada cada noche. El único comentario fue un olor a vinagre al prender el aire acondicionado. Fuera de eso, todo muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario.

However, it’s only a functional hotel without some amenities that could have improved our experience. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with its views of the city. The breakfast was okay but after a few days with the same menu every day it proved to be tiresome. In short, it’s a tired hotel that could use some upgrades.

This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in throughout 15 year - This was the most terrible stay that we have had throughout our entire months in Mexico. The place is very noisy. Humidity levels are unbearable, and the staff is the rudest people we have dealt with in the entire city. The staff is very unfriendly. They are disrespectful. They lack the basic manners of hospitality and treating people from different cultures. They are very rigid and completely dishonest. The staff food level of cleans level of noise and the lack of honesty and the lack of getting any direct response from them.

- ANA LAURA (9/5): Lugar muy céntrico, limpio y comodo, - La ubicación es excelente, todo muy cerca y mucha variedad de tiendas tanto de artesanías como para comer, la habitación incluía desayuno y estaba muy completo. Lo que no me gusto es que hacen demasiado ruido en el restaurant, desde las 6:30 am están sonando platos y trates y se escucha en la habitación, pero todo lo demás excelente.
