Carlotta (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno nel centro di Roses! - Il proprietario è veramente disponibile e gentile. Dopo che ce ne siamo andati, abbiamo dimenticato un oggetto in stanza e ha agito prontamente per farcelo recuperare. Ha fornito istruzioni molto chiare e precise per il check in. La stanza è pulita, dotata di piccolo balcone, si trova in centro a Roses pertanto comodissima a qualsiasi servizio. Essendo stati qui in bassa stagione non ci sono stati rumori disturbanti (forse in alta stagione c'è questo rischio ma si sa, è il prezzo da pagare per stare in una posizione centrale). Il monolocale è di piccole dimensioni, forse più adatto a soggiorni brevi soprattutto se in due. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Peccato che non sia presente un ascensore nell'edificio, ma questa non è colpa del proprietario.

Dursun (8/5): Loved the location near beach and amenities. Host friendly and very responsive. - Our host Carlos was very proactive and helpful, gave us excellent instructions in very good time. The best thing about the flat was the location. In the town, just meters from the beach and a small Spar supermarket. There's a church and church square nearby, lots of lively shops and a very popular tapas bar/restaurant below. I was very worried about noise but the nights were generally quiet and there was no loud music. The shops and bells start around 8am. We found the general bustle and chatter was not too intrusive. The flat itself is basic, but clean and adequate and it suited our budget. We would go back again.
Emilia (9/5): Comfortable stay for reasonable money - Perfect small flat for a solo traveler or a couple. Nice and charming. I didn’t expect anything chic for that price, so I wasn’t disappointed. Comfortable stay for a reasonable price. A small table lamp or a floor lamp would make this place even more comfortable. It would do a job for an evening unwind, unlike bright ceiling lights
