- Luis (10/5): Excelente ubicación, el personal muy servicial y amable, hotel muy limpio, Camas muy comodas - no use el restaurante el alumbrado de la habitación debería ser más alto o fría que alumbre mejor, yo iba con personas mayores y les costaba trabajo ver dentro de la habitación. También deberían poner toalla o algo para secar los pies al salir de la regadera

- Gilberto (9/5): - Es prácticamente nuevo, la alberca super bien climatizada, muy cerca de todo aunque era temporada de frio dormimos excelente cuenta con dos cobijas extra la cual no fue necesario utilizar El baño es un poco reducido, la plancha la tienes que pedir, y aunque si tiene dos botellas de agua no tiene vasos ni cafetera, la habitación cuenta con un solo cajon pequeño, no tiene caja fuerte, sin embargo me volvería a quedar

- Guille (2/5): - The first thing I noticed walking into the room, was that it did not look like the photos. Secondly, the sheets on my side of the bed were dirty. The walls were so thin it felt like we were sharing a room with our neighbors- I could hear every conversation, every cough, and bathroom trip. The room smelled like a sewer, making it unbearable to stay in. The first night it was pretty chilly even though we had turned off the AC, the next day we asked for a blanket, to which the front desk replied, we will alert the housekeeper, the blanket never arrived. We decided to check out early and take our loss for the one night we had left on our reservation. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place was beyond disappointing.

- ANTONIO (6/5): - Parte del personal y atención mala. Una señorita blanca y alta en recepción haciendo caras por todo. No te guian a tu habitación, no te apoyan con tu equipaje, no te dan ninguna instrucción pareciera que te regalan la estancia y tú como huesped debes preguntar todo y además hasta sentirte mal por hacerlo ya que están super ocupados.

- elizabeth (8/5): - La alberca tiene demasiado cloro , solo estuve 15 min por qué incluso el aroma pica. Mi habitación muy reducida y el color como gris o obscuro sin iluminación natural, me deprimió. El baño muy pequeño y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba ni pude dormir del tremendo calor La terraza muy bonita y personal muy amable, hay café muy rico.
- Diego Christian (6/5): Aceptable, cercano, limpio, pero se puede mejorar - Es un hotel muy cercano al centro, eso lo hace ideal para el turista, el servicio es bueno pero limitado, las habitaciones son más o menos cómodas, solo el aire no tenía buen funcionamiento, la habitación y el baño si estaban muy limpios, pero las toallas y el jabón eran de mala calidad, creo que se puede mejorar. En general por el precio y el estacionamiento, que es gratis, es aceptable.
