Güler (9/5): - Otelin konumu harikaydı. Old town a yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Yataklar çok rahattı. Temizlik ve kahvaltıyı çok beğendik. Otel merkezde olması sebebiyle bazen gürültü olabiliyor.
pascale (7/5): chambre propres et bien placées, avec de nombreux manques, à éviter si problème pour monter escalier - situation géographique Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon : boissons, pain, fromage industriel et mauvais. Eviter de prendre le petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont refaites à neuf (nous en avions réservé 4) mais pas assez meublées : une seule chaise, pas de porte valise, elles sont toutes restées au sol, les tables de nuit sont une simple tablette très étroite et on ne peut quasiment rien poser dessus. Les salle de bains, vastes, n'ont aucun rangement et on ne peut poser sa grosse de toilette, quel dommage, alors qu'il y a de la place (lavabo très grand ne laissant aucune place sue le support). Eviter la chambre au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée qui donne directement sur le parking. Les autres chambres sont au premier étage avec un escalier très raide. Le petit déjeuner (à éviter) et au second étage, escalier très raide.

Maria Assunta (5/5): Si può fare di meglio!!! - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione in quanto si trova nel centro storico di Lecce. L'host è stato disponibile alla nostra richiesta di anticipare un pò il check-in e si è dimostrato fin da subito molto gentile. La camera era pulita e silenziosa nonostante si trovasse al pianoterra. Durante la notte non abbiamo sentito rumori. La camera non era sicuramente adibita per poter ospitare 4 persone, come prenotato, in quanto il letto che doveva essere utilizzato dai miei figli aveva le doghe delle reti danneggiate e messe in un modo assurdo per poter reggere entrambe le reti. Lo abbiamo fatto presente all'host che si è scusato per il disguido (evidentemente ne era a conoscenza vista la sua risposta) ma non ha fatto comunque nulla per risolvere la situazione e questo ci ha procurato un pò di disagio nel dormire la notte. Nella camera c'erano soltanto tre tazze e tre bicchieri in dotazione e non per quattro persone. Avendo avuto altre esperienze in altri posti dove nella stanza davano in dotazione acqua (almeno una bottiglia) gratuita, ho trovato inconcepibile trovare due bottigliette di plastica d'acqua da 500 ml in dotazione che potevamo utilizzare al costo di 2,00 euro cad.

Un ringraziamento speciale all’host Luca, estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a ogni necessità. Anche il personale della colazione merita una menzione: molto gentile, disponibile e sorridente, un modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata! Esperienza super positiva, tornerò sicuramente per il prossimo viaggio a Lecce e lo consiglio vivamente. Nulla

Barbara (7/5): Posizione centrale vicino a tutte le attrazioni. - La posizione centrale. La gentilezza della signora che prepara la colazione. Struttura con le scale senza possibilità di utilizzare il piccolo ascensore presente. Migliorare l'igiene del piccolo spazio per la colazione, per esempio igienizzando le stoviglie in una lavastoviglie. Avvisare i clienti che bisogna fare i turni per la colazione. Sono presenti soltanto 4 tavoli. Il primo giorno siamo saliti al secondo piano per la colazione e non c'erano tavoli disponibili. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare e fortunatamente quella mattina non avevamo appuntamenti per visite guidate.

peter (5/5): Wer eine centrale Unterkunft möchte und keine Ansprüche hat, liegt hier richtig. - Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr Central. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Die Dame beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer in der Dependance entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Auch der Frühstücksraum und die Terrasse, welche notabene nicht genutzt werden konnte, waren knapp zufriedenstellend. Das Zimmer, als auch der Frühstücksraum entsprach nicht den Fotos auf der Webseite. Alles dürfe ein bischen sauberer sein. Das Zimmer war dunkel, da man die Fensterläden nicht aufmachen konnte.

Carlos (8/5): Séjour familial - Son emplacement au centre ville proche de tout - l’isolation : trop de bruit mais ça reste un b&b au centre ville - le pommeau de douche cassé - le petit déjeuner, dans une petite salle exiguë, avec très peu de choix. Nous avons finis par prendre notre petit déjeuner ailleurs - le bruit - certaines traces de saleté à notre arrivé mais la chambre était nettoyée tous les jours - je déconseille ce B&B pour les familles !

If any mobility issues, very steep stairs and no elevator available for guest use during our stay. Towels and sheets are well past their best before date (but not a reason not to stay here).

La qualité assez médiocre des équipements.Le pommeau de douche inexistant, si on n’était pas attentifs, on mettait de l’eau partout, le bruit car chambre donnant sur la rue et au rdc, et le fait de ne pas pouvoir venir décharger et recharger les bagages directement au rbnb, comme nous étions très chargés cela a été pénible .

Chris (10/5): - Excellent communication and contact from Luca which helped immensely with getting to the property, finding our way around Lecce, restaurant recommendations etc plus the staff there were fabulous, really friendly and helpful. Everything went so well, clean room, clean bedding and towels, lovely breakfast with good choice, perfect location. Nothing really ... It was all really good.

Salle de bain semblant récente propre malgré un peu de moisissure des joints. Ménage fait tous les jours, très appréciable. Climatisation efficace et silencieuse. L'ensemble hôtelier est composé de 2 bâtiments. Le principal avec quelques chambres et la salle de réception. Un deuxième bâtiment avec 2 chambres. Si vous séjournez dans ce deuxième bâtiment, ce qui était mon cas, en rez-de-chaussée, malheureusement très très bruyant car la fenêtre donne sur une placette avec beaucoup de passage de camionettes tôt le matin ....

ANGEL M ALVAREZ MUÑOZ (4/5): - El desayuno escaso y en una zona habilitada muy pequeña e incómoda. .poco tiempo de 8:30 a 9:45. Solo facilitan gel y escaso. Las toallas muy desgastadas, de mucho uso. Solo se cambian cada tres días. El acceso es malo, habitaciones sin ascensor y escaleras empinadas. La habitación nº4 para dos personas muy justa. Las habitaciones en el edificio de enfrente ruidosas y a ras de calle. Lo único bueno es que está a dos minutos de la catedral en pleno centro.

Antonino (8/5): Comoda - Posizione eccellente. Il b&b é molto carino, la stanza non é molto ampia ma sufficiente per dormire. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo ma non ne ho usufruito. Stamattina alle 8:30 sono salito per fare colazione ma non c’era nessuno e sono andato fuori. Un po’ più di attenzione non guasterebbe
Dora (6/5): - Comfortable room with nice design. The most poor breakfast I have ever had (no milk, no toast, no eggs) . Big problem with the parking and the access to the room with luggages is difficult. There are lots of stairs and an elevator that it’s not permitted to be used by guests. At the same time, the staff speak only Italian, so they can’t help. Not sufficiently clean.
Camilla (5/5): - La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza di questo B&B: in pieno centro storico a Lecce, a pochissimi minuti da Piazza Sant’Oronzo, quindi perfetto per chi vuole godersi la città a piedi. Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza complessiva è stata un po’ deludente. Nella stanza era presente una televisione, ma mancava il telecomando, quindi inutilizzabile. La doccia ha rappresentato un problema ben più serio: appena ho provato a chiudere le porte scorrevoli, una delle ante è uscita dai binari, rischiando di cadermi addosso. Mi è sembrata una situazione potenzialmente pericolosa, segno di una manutenzione non proprio curata. Il disguido più spiacevole però è stato con la colazione: il proprietario mi aveva comunicato che sarebbe stata disponibile dalle 8:30 alle 10:00, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 9:45, ci è stato detto che era già chiusa. Alla fine, nonostante fosse inclusa nel prezzo, non abbiamo potuto usufruirne. Peccato, perché con un po’ più di attenzione ai dettagli e una comunicazione più precisa, l’esperienza avrebbe potuto essere molto più positiva.
Maria (7/5): - Posizione centralissima Sono necessarie delle manutenzioni: gancio porta asciugamani rotto, tappo del bidet rotto, viene pochissima acqua (cosa che si può risolvere con diversi metodi nonostante si sia a Lecce centro). Il proprietario non si è mai visto, c'era solo la signora delle pulizie/colazioni
