• Günter (10/5): - Für einen Städtetrip ist die Lage top! Auch betreffend Sauberkeit, Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu bemängeln! Wir hatten sogar Frühstück dabei, was in Italien keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Und hervorheben wollen wir noch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Personal, vor allem auch von unserer Rezeptionistin. Kurzum: tutto benennen, mille grazie!👍🌻🌞

El acceso al edificio no es congruente con la calidad del alojamiento. La altura de la puerta de ingreso al edificio es muy baja. Cuidado la personas altas!!

Breakfast was very good for a continental breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. It was a good location but a 13 min or walk to the main restaurant areas but that was not a problem for us at all

Die Lage ist zentral und perfekt wenn man die Altstadt etc. erkunden will. Metro und Busse, bzw. Bahnhof sind nicht weit. Schallschutzfenster machen es ruhig! Gerne kommen wir wieder !

Beim Frühstück gab es tollen Kaffee (oder Tee), Säfte und frisches süßes Gebäck und Kuchen - aber auch z.B. Müsli, Joghurt, Toast mit Schinken und Käse, harte Eier und Obst (aber kein Gemüse, wie z.B. Tomaten). Schade, dass es keine Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso?) im Zimmer gab (nur Wasserkocher mit 4 Teebeutel); Duschwand braucht unten Grundreinigung ;)

Bien ubicado, a pesar de estar en una calle de mucho tráfico, aislamiento total del ruido. La atención de las personas que lo gestionan un 10, nos permitieron ocupar la habitación a las 9:00 de la mañana cuando llegamos y nos cuidaron las maletas hasta la noche momento en que salimos para el aeropuerto. Están pendientes de tu llegada y que esté todo bien. El desayuno correcto, y con la amabilísima atención de Marínela, que no pierde la sonrisa ni un instante, pendiente de las necesidades y peticiones de los huéspedes. No puedo estar más encantada. Absolutamente nada. Por decir algo las almohadas un poco duras pero a gusto colores, y seguro habrá a quien le parezcan ideales.

Il riposo notturno, nonostante la posizione centrale, e’ ottimo. La pulizia della camera all’arrivo e quotidianamente e’ stata impeccabile. La colazione. Nonostante la gentilezza della signora che si occupa della colazione, considerando le tante pasticcerie, caffetterie e bar in zona, ritornerei per il pernottamento, scegliendo però di mangiare sfogliatelle appena sfornate nei tanti bar vicini.

• nazco (9/5): Amplio y limpio - Muy amplio y limpio. Bien localizado y tiene ascensor lo que facilita si tienes maletas. Me hubiera gustado un poco de pan fresco en el desayuno que no fuera de paquete, es algo sencillo y cambia un poco. Alguna variedad en quesos, que tienen en Nápoles muy ricos. Entiendo que no pueden tener omelettes porque el lugar es bien pequeño pero un pan natural que pueda uno cortar y unos quesos diferentes, no es tan complicado.

Nos adelantaron la hora del desayuno sin problema dos días para adaptarse a nuestras necesidades y siempre con una sonrisa. Habitación amplia de verdad! Colchón y almohada un poco duros para nuestro gusto... pero esto es cuestión de gustos!

• Marlene (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Das Bad war sehr modern mit einer schönen Dusche. Das Frühstück war klein, aber absolut ausreichend für uns. Es gab Toast, Eier, Müsli, kleine süße Teilchen, Aufstriche, Säfte sowie frischen Kaffee und Tee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn sie kaum oder gar nicht englisch sprachen. Sie Lage war für uns optimal und wir waren zu Fuß schnell an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Auch Restaurants, Geschäfte und ein paar kleine Supermärkte waren in unmittelbarer Nähe.

• cindy (8/5): Stylish modern suite in the historical centre. - A spacious stylish suite with a big comfortable bed and sofa. Nice sheets and pillows. A lift to the door was helpful as I had a heavy suitcase. Breakfast included and that was nice. Staff made a nice coffee and there was a pretty good selection. Staff made a effort to help out with local knowledge. There were building noises that echoed through the building and my door rattled when staff were outside it. My toilet stopped functioning on my final day there. When I asked to use another one I was offered the staff one that was used for storage and staff were constantly needing to access it. This did not seem like a suitable alternative.
