- Amuto (6/5): - The property look nice but the cleanliness of the suite we stayed in wasn't so good. The washroom sink is not draining well and it takes forever to actually drain all the water out just from washing my hands. The cleaning ladies was supposed to come clean the room every three days. They never come clean our room after the first time of cleaning. So the last 4 days of our stay the garbage was pile up in the trash can and we ran out of the toilet paper that they were supposed to give to us.
- Matthew (8/5): Great for large family on a budget - The college dormitory was fun for my kids and for a family of eight, having four connected rooms with a common space and two bathrooms was great! The kids enjoyed foosball, ping ping and arcade games for free. Security was great too! However, the beds were awful. Thin mattress on springs like a trampoline and short bed. Breakfast was basically fruits and some bread with most gone at an hour to go. I expected more from a college which teaches hospitality as a degree, like comfort and good interesting food. I am a somewhat big guy so the beds were painful for me... but a large family of small people would likely enjoy it.

- Karine (8/5): Great place but bring your utilities ! - Great place to stay for a weekend. Spacious, 4 rooms. Beds are okay and can fit 2 people. Nothing in the house to use ( no amenities other than towel and mini containers of shampoo) no soap no iron no utensils etc

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was really cool. Our unit had 4 bedrooms which all opened up into one area with a kitchen seating area and 2 full bathrooms. It was all ours. There is also a large theater, game room, gym and other facilities that are shared with other guests.

- Jasmine (10/5): - very new and clean building, has kitchen in the unit, the building in a quite and beautiful campus, the public bus is available just 100 meters far. wonderful breakfast seems made and managed by culinary art students.

Than ks to the front desk staff and managers, everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently and didn't cause the stress it could have. The ameneties are great. Very clean and spaacious rooms with àstove, fridge, microwave etc. Bring your own cookware though, as you won't find basics like tensils or plates in your room.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We ask reception about house keeping service, their answer is 3 days per time for cleaning. However, we stay 5 night and not one do cleaning for our room. No one chuck rubbish for as and we need go to reception ask towel by ourself. Room facility is bad. Just 1 bin in bathroom and nothing at the kitchen, even kettle. We can cook or boiled hot water in the room even they provide the kitchen for us.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great value - The place is actually conveniently located, clean, and equipped. The staff was really great, including in the student restaurant. Only downfall is the terrible mattresses, but it’s a student residence, can’t expect tempurpedics!

The bed was intolerable since it was hard, caused my daughter a lot of itching and sleeping problems she wouldn’t fall non stay asleep. There was no telephone device in the room. We were told by the receptionist that the room is designed for students.

- Joachim (6/5): Zweckmaessig fuer Gruppen 5-8 Pers., sauber - 2 Naechte auf der Durchreise, haben Toronto besichtigt. Eigentlich alles wie beschrieben, sauber. Achtung: Kueche ohne jegliche ausstattung - kein Geschirr/Besteck, keine Toepfe. Gute Mikrowelle und guter Herd/Beckofen. Betten praktisch/hgienisch: Matrazen mit abwischbarer Oberflaeche. Fruehstuck mit sehr guter Qualitaet: ein Gebaeck, ein Obstsalat/Joghurtmuesli und ein Getraenk nach Wahl pro Person.

- bilal (6/5): Spacious and close to highway - It was as stated and photographed. The unit was spacious and clean. However mattress was uncomfortable and breakfast was limited to certain foods type. Parking wasn't free. They could do better discount.
- Ricky (2/5): Extremely Dissatisfied, Never recommend - It should not be called as a serviced apartment at all as no facilities in Kitchen. Also like Hotels, they do not provide you towels or toiletries daily. Cleaning is also done weekly and no broom etc is provided the area is quite windy and apartment gets very dirty. Breakfast is a joke, they charge so heavily if you compare it with other hotels without Kitchen (plus Hotels.com charged CAD170 extra compared to what hotel price was - and refused to give any price guarantee here). All in all, not for family; book only if no other hotel is available and call hotel directly you can save 40CAD per night.

- William (4/5): The Illusionary Hotel - This property is not a hotel. It is a student dorm that is being marketed as a hotel. The service is sub par at best. The staff is comprised of students, that for the most part are assigned a shift but have little or no direction as to what is expected of the position. These students have no experience as to how to offer help or render any services to their guest. The property had three fire alarms that were activate by the children of the resident students during our stay. The staff and management had no idea of how to interface with their guests during these evacuations. The student staff treats their guests as just another student and does not display any level of professionalism. The beds in the rooms are ones that would be found in a student dorm, a steel frame with a mattress, no box spring set and no additional bedding. The bathrooms lack towels, toilet paper, and are not well ventilated. Any requests for additional toiletries were seldom met or had to be repeatedly asked for. This property should not be listed on Expedia as a hotel, it is not one and is only one by a cleaver marketing campaign that should be avoided.

- Sarah (4/5): Would not honor agreed upon price - They would not honor the amount agreed upon with hotel.com. We had to argue for two hours, with hotel.com on the phone telling them that they need to honor the price. In the end we ended up paying extra out of exasperation. Not cool at all.

- Alan (8/5): Modern, Spacious But Spartan Student Residence - Quiet and interesting facilities near the 401 are attractive features. However, all the staff are learning their professions and take a little longer to provide service. On-site classrooms show how the next generation of hospitality workers acquire their skills. Smiles and friendliness are in abundance.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property information was misrepresented in the description. Full Kitchen but no plates, cups, pots and pans, silverware provided. Towels were scratchy, beds very uncomfortable, shower pressure was nonexistent and there was no hot water in one of th bathrooms. No hangers for clothing and the clothing bar was broken. This experience was awful. We were booked for 2 nights but checked out after the first.
