• Jeff (3/5): Don't visit - The shower head was nice The first room, the floor, was filthy with a huge 12x12 stain at the foot of the bed, the bedding had orange finger stains, and the sheets were stained as well. The replacement room did smell clean, but there were stains on the couch, bed, and carpet. Not much pride in the establishment.

• Zschetzsche (9/5): - Very nice, clean and quiet building. Breakfast was the same everyday but some good choices. Staff were very helpful and professional. Our spacious suite had 2 queen beds plus a queen sofa with a full kitchen. You could only get into the site from one direction and it was an extremely quick turn coming off a cloverleaf. Price was a little more than I cared to pay.

• TaiJaye (5/5): It was ok for the most part. The room definitely could’ve been cleaner. I came in to a really big rrd stain on the csrpe - It was okay for the price. I liked that the window opened and the mini kitchen. Tv only had news channels, room was poorly cleaned, big red stain on carpet, patched up hole in the bathroom door, crumbs in the bed. Very loud neighbors my kast couple days and loud outside area. Kept hearing a noise coming from the bathroom vent .

Very unclean: blood stains on mattress, covered holes on bathroom door (obvious attempt at paint coverup), sheets with yellow stains and different hair, horrible smell on 3rd floor nearest to elevator (possibly family members living onsite cooking food). Was told we’d be switched to new room after raised issues, didn’t receive a call or update on new room. Dirty replacement towels. Overflow/large vehicle parking is offsite, down the road, next to other hotel, with no cameras for security.

• Karen (10/5): - Stayed here for a week to explore the city, great location that has lots of dining and shopping nearby. The lot is too small for the property, though, and we got boxed in a couple times by guests and staff double parked. Continental breakfast was great with lots of healthy options.
• johnsE7813ME (8/5): Clean and Quiet, but Needs Better Maintenance - First, the positives. This hotel is in a quiet location, convenient to lots of restaurants, grocery, the airport, etc. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I appreciated the dedicated parking area for Choice Platinum members. Common areas and exterior are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was average, yet typical for the brand. I was pleased that it has improved somewhat since my last stay. The in-room kitchen area, while small, suited my needs (single guy, short stay) and was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the room - except for the couch - was very clean. The negatives: there needs to be better in-room maintenance and - for my couch - some cleaning work to be done. The couch had numerous stains for which a deep cleaning effort should have been able to eliminate. One doorpane of the closet door would not open. There were numerous scuffs/scrapes/etc on the walls and A/C unit. I highly recommend better maintenance for in-room issues
• Siusana (7/5): More of Common Sense - Room was spacious and had a kitchen. Daily housekeeping services. I made one booking for two rooms well in advance before travel date. Very disappointed that we were placed in rooms far from each other. Its common sense to put us close together since we were travelling as group of friends and family sharing everything together. No dining chairs.

Staff was very professional and the hotel was clean and smelled great! No issues with parking. Will definitely book again! There was nothing I didn't like!

• Louisa (5/5): Passable - The location The room had numerous issues. The lamp shade had cracks. The closet door had one handle and missing the other knob. When the water is turn on in the bathroom ;there is knocking noise. One bed had several brown hairs on the pillow and on the sheet; requested new set. Cigarette hole in comforter, The couch was nasty and needed to be clean.

• Judith (6/5): - We appreciated that the room had a couch, refrigerator, and kitchenette. The property was somewhat run down, however, and a few little touches would really improve the stay.
• John (4/5): - Breakfast was terrible and 3rd floor people were running down the halls at all hours and staff didn’t seem to care. Breakfast we are but got sick and had to go else where to eat.
• Chanin (4/5): Only slept 2 hours! - First off, there is parking for about 30 cars on lot. Otherwise, you have to park on the other side of the hotel next door and walk way back. Only a couple handicap spots too by hotel. The light in bathroom was burnt out and exhaust fan didnt work. Plug for shower only let us have half the water go to shower head. Ceiling was peeling in the shower. The toilet wouldnt stop running loudly. The room next door fought all night even past 3 am. They were yelling, pounding on the table and throwing things. There were 2 young men outside our window who decided to keep starting up their car every hour. It was super loud like no exhaust. They thought it was hilarious to keep doing it. Woke me up at 2:30 am and never fell back to sleep before leaving. We only got 2 hours of sleep. The people upstairs were walking around loudly in high heels for about 30 minutes. Like a kid had on their Moms shoes. The pillows on the bed were the size of throw pillows. Only had 2 towels in bathroom. The breakfast was stuff they heated up in the microwave. It was ok. The rooms were a nice size. Full refrigerator, stove top and kitchen. Place was booked solid and had no other rooms available. There was a dollar tree, grocery store, CVS and Home Depot next to hotel.

When using face towels hair was entangled in linen. Stain on bed that was a size of a body. It was brown. I brought my own blow up bed and linen.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Repeat stay disappointed - This is our second time at this hotel. The room is spacious and the bed were comfortable. We were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness as there were take out food containers left in the fridge and dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
• HighwayTraveler72 (2/5): Dirty Horrible Stay & Experience - Well to begin, The room had not been cleaned at all. The sheets were just put back on. Poop stain on the sheets. Blood stains on the comforter & sheets. Hairs all over the sheets. The floor was not vacuumed at all. Pretzels & other food pieces, a Drinking straw, hair pins, several eyelashes, other random pieces of trash. Table leg was broken which made it unstable. Chairs had gross sticky substance on every chair but 1 chair was covered in a liquid that seemed like bodily fluid. Mirror looked like someone spit at it about 10 times to watch it run down. So we asked for a different room but clerk refused to switch us since they were booked full but this was 4 o'clock and there wasn't hardly anyone there. It was clear she didn't want to deal with this. She said the housekeeping staff was all new. (seems like vacuuming would be the easiest part of cleaning). She said that the manager would be back in an hour. Knowing we were screwed either way we asked for a vacuum and SWEPT THE FLOOR OURSELF & CLEANED THE ROOM OURSELF. We got additional sheets to change the beds. No manager ever contacted us during our stay & we were pretty pissed at the situation we were put in with our family. Even when we checked out they didn't ask how our stay was. This was a different woman by then. Really cant believe this happened at this hotel since we have stayed here several times before and it was fine. After filling out their emailed "rate your stay" form I received a very copy & paste reply from Rocky with the typical we will pass this if on to our housekeeping. This hotel is going down fast.
