- SHUI (10/5): Great - Close to the airport, wit free shuttle bus to/from the airport. The cherry blossoms in the nearby park in early April, while it is rose in May. There are two supermarkets within 10-min walking distance and lots of local eateries, though an understanding of Chinese language seems a must. Nope

The staff was polite and helpful. We used their free shuttle to the airport and because we had 4 suitcases they called us 2 cars which was much appreciated! The bathroom and shower were amazing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — just perfect. The hotel taxi service to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend! I had to figure out on my own when and where to get the taxi so clearer information from the hotel would be helpful. Fortunately an airport staff member at the information desk was very kind and using Google Translate to communicate with each other, she contacted the hotel for me and explained everything I needed to know.

- Cherelle (10/5): - The hotel was lovely, the room was nice and big, and teh king size bed was a dream to sleep on! The hotel staff were very helpful with the check in process. The breakfast was very good, there was a lot to choose from. Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The airport shuttle was a very convenient touch, very nice vehicle which ot us to the airport in less than 20 minutes.

El servicio a cuartos muy malo. Te llevan una cerveza embotellada pero no la abren al terminar la entrega. Tuve que llamar para que regresaran a abrirla porque la habitación no tenía ni cubiertos, ni cucharas, ni destapador. Tardaron casi 20 minutos en regresar y obvio, la cerveza ya no estaba fría. El personal de recepción no habla inglés. Para todo se apoyan con el traductor del teléfono. Es un hotel... los turistas no hablamos Chino, por lo menos, que hablen inglés. Tampoco tiene sentido que se llame "AIRPORT HOTEL" y que esté casi a 20 minutos del aeropuerto.

I waited 20 minutes after I arrived at the pick up location at the airport, the whole process was a bit complicated I had to go to the specific location and then call the driver then wait for 20 minutes after. The staff when I check-in and check out were a bit rude. I feel like they treated me differently than the man before me and the man after me lmao.
- Ibrat (9/5): A decent stay at a reasonable price - Overall, a good hotel that worked well for a family of 5. The description suggests it’s a 4 stars hotel, but I’d put on the lowest end of the 4 stars (perhaps more like a higher end 3-star hotel). It is about 15 minutes drive from the airport. We arranged our own taxi from the airport as the hotel never responded to my queries about the transport. However, the hotel provided a free taxi to the airport. The staff didn’t really speak English but that wasn’t an issue. They were polite and responsive. The hotel location is ok. Nothing interesting nearby, but there’s a park across the road. It has its own restaurant but it is also close to several restaurants diagonally across the road junction, about 5 minutes walk. I’d stay there again.

It takes20-min walking from the subway station (with escalator) to the hotel. The nearby rose garden across the street is nice in the spring. 1. The airplane takeoff noise at midnight may be disturbing but, well, that is life. 2. The strip mall nearby is running down if you want to look around.

Nice gym facilities I tried to contact the hotel to arrange airport pick up service but it was impossible. They don't answer emails or messages via booking, so in the end we needed to get a taxi from airport which it was a bit of a negotiation with taxi drivers, since they don't speak English. Please go to the official taxi point. Be aware that taxi cost about 20 yuans with the meter from airport to the hotel and around 15 min drive. It is quite far for walking distance. I heard some travellers were charged far more expensive for the same trip....so please negotiate this with taxi drivers and ask them to put the meter. For the way back to airport, hotel arranged a free drop off to airport that leaves from hotel every hour.

- Yaling (10/5): - 有免費的機場接送。剛到鄭州時，雖還沒有要入住，但是不但能接受先把行李箱拿去寄放，也派車來機場接，服務很周到。商場雖有點距離，但是在步行能抵達的範圍內。整體來說很方便。房間寬敞舒適，沐浴用品的味道很好聞，用起來的體驗感很不錯👍

- Timothy (7/5): A well appointed hotel close to the terminals, offering a good shuttle service. - This hotel is just a short distance from the terminal and the airport shuttle is free, which runs frequently. The hotel is clean and well presented. Hotel rates in China for international travellers represent good value for money for the level of accommodation and facilities offered. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of choices which should cater for most tastes. Check in and checkout procedures were very fast and straightforward, staff were helpful and polite at all times. The location is excellent for a night stop or transfer flights, however the industrial location would not be ideal for a long stay. This area of China doesn't seem to receive many Western guests so unsurprisingly the expectation of a full English breakfast falls short of the type of breakfast sausage or bacon which would usually be served.
- Jp (1/5): A horrible representative of Marriott brand - Nothing. It is supposed to be a Marriott but is a very poor representative and lacks quality. The service is bad. And It advertises as close to airport but it is at least 20 mins away by taxi. The staff are inept and provide inaccurate and insufficient information. They seldom answer the phone. When they do, they don’t follow up on requests. They also do not respond to emails. They say a shuttle will provide service to/from airport but there was no shuttle when I landed at 4am and they did not inform that shuttle leaves hotel for airport on the hour only (ie 8am, 9am, 10am, etc). The hotel is also not clean, and poor service for four stars.

No longer free alcohol, the wine selection ridiculous had to buy a whole bottle to get a glass of wine, the buffet was pathetic, chicken nuggets void of any chicken, one dry tea style sandwich for the entire buffet, and I mean one not just one selection, stale nuts, and is located in the public lobby bar not in a separate room. So don't pay for an executive lounge that is less than a "happy hour" in a mediocre bar.

In addition, the dining area was well equipped and the food was very good. I also found the staff in the restaurant to be very hospitable. The location was quite awkward and the front desk staff were not always helpful or professional, with one staff member laughing at me and telling me to eat in the hotel restaurant after I asked if there were any recommended eating spots around the area. The walk to my room from the elevator was also extremely long due to the hotel layout.
