No recognition from anyone that this was our 3rd stay at this resort. Our room view was to a large grassy car park that had rubbish everywhere. We couldn’t open our curtains. Lots of small children using the pools which makes it hard to relax if you like peace and quiet.

Service in het hele hotel is geweldig, iedereen doet alle moeite om het naar je zin te maken. We hebben tussen de regen door, heerlijk aan het zwembad bij de zee bij de eigen beach club gelegen. Lekker eten en drinken en top bediening, dat gaf ons dat luxe gevoel lekker verwend te worden. Como heeft ook een grote gym en yoga lessen, waar we ook gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Changu centrum is op 10m loopafstand, dus alles is lekker dichtbij. Het is geen goedkope accommodatie, maar dat wisten we van te voren.

franciscaputri29 (10/5): unforgettable stay with the warmest service 🤍 - i had an amazing 11-night stay at COMO Uma Canggu, truly one of the best hospitality experiences i’ve had. the service was exceptional from start to finish. a special thank you to wulan, arie, yoga, and ricky from guest relations for always being so attentive, warm, and helpful. they really made the stay feel personal and effortless. also a big shoutout to ulan and her team at the beach club, such a great vibe and incredible service every time we visited. what made our stay extra memorable was when i asked for help arranging a small surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday. the team went above and beyond, they prepared a birthday cake and even sang for him, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch. everything from the rooms to the atmosphere and service was flawless. highly recommend and i will definitely be back 🤍

And I knew coconut yogurt had to be requested. When I ordered it, she said in a very loud voice, "Is this your first time having breakfast here?” She crazy a loud, uneducated voice. Even if it's my first breakfast there, shouldn't she say that to me? I hope her Get some service training and don't be ignorant to your guests ^^

Frühstück war sehr gut mit Teilbuffet und Blick auf das Meer. Lage Hotel: fußläufig zu den Geschäften Strand: der Strand in Canggu ist generell nicht einladend, aber der Blick auf die vielen Surfer und Wellen ist nett. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen gut geeignet, für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger. weniger gefallen hat mir persönlich der Frühstücks-Restaurantbereich. Wirkte auf mich eher wie eine Halle. Mir fehlte ein wenig der gemütliche Touch. Dieser reduzierte Stil spricht bestimmt die jungen Trendsetter an. Mir fehlte in der Anlage der "Bali"Flair.

y2kredbug (10/5): Oceanfront Perfection in the Heart of Canggu - This is my second visit, and one of the reasons I keep coming back to Canggu during my trips to Bali. The location honestly could not be better, and the huge swimming pool will truly impress you. Everything is well taken care of, and the food quality is excellent.Simply sitting in the restaurant and looking out at the ocean is enough to make everything feel perfect.

The bathroom door for our room wasn’t working , the flush at the common toilet at breakfast restaurant was over flowing with water and they had water maintenance which meant no water supply from 11 am to 1 pm and we had to rush breakfast and all plans

One restaurant and some swing seats,? So what. The room was in a poor condition with many badly made joins and issues. I didn't like this hotel and outside the shops are terrible and the footpaths awful. Its isolated on a dirty beach with only one restaurant. My travel agent talked me into it. A mistake. Excursion dans la jungle pour le trek autour des lacs très sympa avec le guide. Idem pour la présentation de la plantation L’emplacement un peu loin. On ne peut quasiment rien faire à pied… peu de restaurant autour. Donc pour un court séjour c est bien mais sinon bof. On est resté manger à l’hôtel tout le temps.

Very clean, staff are amazing a very kind. Having breakfast at the beach club right in front of the beach is very relaxing. Delicious food and great staff. At first, we had a bit of an issue with the room, then the staff were very kind and upgraded us to a suite. So, if you could, pick a suite instead of a room. If you care about extra comfort, a suite is always better. If you want to stay in shape, they have a great gym too. We stayed here for 5 nights, Definitely recommend COMO UMA 5/5. If you like surfing, there are plenty of surfing schools that you can join for a day or two, tried it, was amazing.

Moosey_goosey (8/5): Relaxing stay - The property is located on the beach in Canggu. It is great to have breakfast overlooking the sea and watching the surfers. It is a bit of a walk to the area where most of the shops are (the area around Love Anchor market) however there are some shops along the street and the walk is interesting. It is actually next door to La Brisa where the Sunday market takes place which is very convenient. We had a pool entry room which was large. We had it set up so our daughter was also in the room and she fit just fine. The room was clean but starting to show its age. It was fantastic having direct pool access. The pool is huge - to swim the length takes some time. We did not use the beach side pool but it looked nice. Housekeeping was excellent. the Gym is excellent and we participated in the included yoga sessions. The session were excellent. One yoga session used hanging TRX straps and we could feel every muscle after that! We had facials at the Spa and they were of a high standard. The food is good. We always like the COMO breakfast especially the Real toast. We had some lunches at the hotel and they were good. There is a great Italian restaurant just outside the hotel called Numero Quattro - make a booking. Pizza Fabriqua was also pretty good as was Bar Boa Cafe ( a lot further to walk). The service was good . The restaurant staff were great at trying to seat us at our preferred table. We had a few days of very heavy rain in the afternoon, and we enjoyed sitting being able to watch the storm from the restaurant. When we were there it looked like the Regent next door was just being finished. It looks quite high end although a lot larger. With that in mind I think the Como will probably have to do some upgraded to deal with wear and tear. Canggu itself was nice but probably not somewhere we would return to as the traffic to leave is horrendous. It was also not as walkable as other areas we have stayed.

Lauren (10/5): Stop scrolling and stay here - I don’t know where to begin with my standing ovation. My husband and I stayed for only two nights at Como Uma but our experience stood out as the best hotel we can remember staying in. The breakfast was superb, fresh, generous, and fueled us for the whole day. Our server, Adi, was beyond kind. I stubbed my toe pretty badly, and a man named Emu was at my table in under a minute to first aid my wound. I had a facial at the spa and Indah gave me the most tailored experience complete with scalp, arm and face massage. It was heaven and the products were of the best quality. The entire reception and housekeeping staff tended to our every need. Wulan was caring during check in and made sure when we extended our stay that we wouldn’t have to change rooms. She went above and beyond for me. Every detail was counted for. The bath salts, robes, slippers, glass bottled water, gorgeous gym, sunset beach location and the pools were all dreamy! Bottom line, stay here and book one night longer than you’ll think you want. Trust me.

KellyI0605 (6/5): Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price - We stayed in one of the residences with direct pool access. While the room itself was spacious, the layout didn’t work well. It smelt stale inside, as there was no natural airflow circulating through the space. Unfortunately, the property is starting to show its age, and for the price charged, I was expecting a much higher standard. Families should be aware that this hotel is not particularly child-friendly. The pool is very deep (I could only just touch the bottom on tiptoes), and the kids club is only suited to toddlers under three years old. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were absolutely lovely and very attentive. If your goal is to stay on Canggu Beach, I’d recommend looking at the Regent next door instead. It’s brand new, modern, and offers far better value for money.
Josef (10/5): Very modern hotel with great gym next to the beach - We have been traveling 3 weeks around Bali and from all hotels we‘ve been to, this one we liked the most. The hotel is very modern, great pool and awesome location close to the beach and also ideal for surfing. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and even there is an indoor and outdoor shower. The location is very centric and a lot of nice restaurants and bars are within walking distance. As well this hotel had the best gym of all of the hotels we have been visiting. There is even a high quality surf board rental shop right next to it which we figured out is not something usual either here as my partner does not have an own surf board anymore. Not much to complain about.

Great hotel for children with kids menus, kids club, shallow areas in the pool and cots and baby bath provided in the room. We stayed in a one bedroom residence and the hotel provided a cot and a roll away bed for our 1.5 and 4.5 year olds.

B7550KDjennifers (8/5): Nice hotel but rough area and some room downsides - A perfectly nice hotel but it is young and hip and we aren’t. We had a Residence room - meaning suite - with all sorts of peculiarities. No separate lavatory which can make life awkward. One central control light which means lights are either completely on or completely off. We had the electrician come and he finally recommended we always leave it on but turn off individual lights separately. You have to watch TV Through a mosquito net. The room has a swim up entrance to the huge lagoon pool but it means anyone in the pool can see in. Bizarre. Staff as always at Como hotels have been to charm school. Fabulous service. Some stairs making things difficult for the disabled. VERY cheap laundry so don’t hesitate. Good food. Great spa.

Veldig fine ute-/fellesområder. Bra med security/vakter på eiendommen og kameraovervåkning. Spiste på restauranten ved noen anledninger og maten var god, men det tok litt tid før man fikk den. Ellers et ok hotell, med relativt bra treningsfasiliteter. Hadde bestilt et rom med ett soverom, ble «oppgradert» til rom med eget basseng, to soverom, to bad og veldig stort kjøkken/stue-område. Noe som i utgangspunktet var fint, men det var intens gammel kjeller lukt i hele leiligheten, og luktet mugg i dusjen/på badet. Hadde ikke bodd her med barn. Skulle vi tilbragt mere tid inne på rommet hadde vi bedt om vårt opprinnelige rom. Den ene dagen var det også en stor edderkopp i doen(kanskje noe man må forvente, men veldig ubehagelig), samt mye maur ute ved bassenget og litt inne på badet. Sengen var også litt hard.

Erwin (7/5): A recommended place for honey - Strategic location - near to beach and within the vicinity of great eateries and spas. The staff are friendly, the gym and activities are good. The maintenance of the property can be improved - the bathroom floor is stained, the door does not close automatically - need to push in, we accidentlly dropped a bag of tea on the floor and stained - the cleaning on that day missed that. The buffet spread is so thin, nonetheless the breakfast is fresh as it is on demand. My breakfast at first time, my omellete order was missed. When it came, one of the ingredient was missing (not a big deal thought). I requested to top up hot water for my tea, it took quite sometime that we decided to leave.
