- Heather (6/5): Would stay there again pre cruise - Nice room- good value but sketchy area
- Leandro (9/5): Muito boa! - O fato de ter estacionamento. É cobrada diária de dez dólares, mas é valor muito menor que de outros hotéis. Além disso, fica bem próximo do aeroporto.
- kenkI8683XB (10/5): Tapestry the Best - Great property near beaches and casinos..Clean and safe, nice pool. Professional desk personnel Bianca, Angelo and Tonisha were very helpful as well as the complimentary shuttle drivers Star and M. Highly recommended, military friendly 🇺🇸
- davab (10/5): Excellent Service - Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dello Ft Lauderdale Airport. We stayed here 3 nights in March before our Caribbean Princess cruise & one night after the cruise. Chandra, the hostess in the breakfast area, was a Rockstar. Excellent service and went above and beyond for us. Bianca, the front desk manager, helped us with an early check in and also with a late checkout. Both we very much appreciated. We received 5 Star Service.
- 875rebekahh (2/5): Save you money and/or points - Front desk staff were rude. Bar tender was nice but he was also the only waiter and probably the chef. Restaurant is a stretch. Seemed like prepackaged food that just had to be heated and assembled. Rooms were nothing like described. King with sofa was really a king with a single tiny chair for the whole room. Tv is centered to be viewed from the other side of the room where the only option is to sit on the floor. And to top it all off. There is no AC in the rooms. Only AC is in the halls and lobby that are full of over powering perfume. Makes you wonder what they are trying to cover up with all that air freshener. Hotel looks great at first glance but it is like death by a thousand paper cuts. Don’t look close or stay long because you will realize it is just a sloppy paint job and overly strong perfume. Even the luggage cart had a flat wheel. Smh. Most definitely not a luxury hotel and not worth luxury prices.
- Колупаева (9/5): - Very clean and spacious room and bathroom.
- Helen (10/5): Perfect hotel in excellent location, would happily spend more than one night here. - Friendly and helpful staff, lovely large room with exceptionally comfortable bed and lush pillows. Great shower, perfect Not enough coffee in the room.
- edward (10/5): A very pleasurable stay. - Check-in went smoothly. Our room was clean. It was quiet. It had a coffee maker. I have medicines that need to be refrigerated, so it was great to see the the room came with one. The bed/mattress was so comfortable.
- Kimberley (5/5): Convince for the ride to airport that’s it - Convince to airport Asked for wake up calls didn’t get also ac not working

- graceconklin89 (6/5): Good stay! - The rooms were average hotel rooms. The pool was nice and so were the chairs. There are some great places to eat nearby (Jaxon’s, Grandpas) but little else to do. The breakfast seemed overpriced at the hotel, but the woman who was serving was phenomenal and so kind! It would have been nice if they let us know when we scheduled the shuttle to the cruise the cost for the shuttle so we could have paid cash. Very clean and the price was good.
- barry (10/5): - Great hotel lovely and clean Nithjng

- jennydQ3717SH (10/5): Tranquil escape before cruise madness begins. - This is our second stay at Hotel Dello. Both times were in preparation for a cruise. While this hotel is not truly a 5 star hotel, it is a 5 star experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is welcoming, and the pool is the perfect spot to spend an afternoon relaxing.
- Anne-Marie (8/5): Very good - I like the pool side, the gym. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was super nice and helpful. Shower door can not fully close and water splashing all over the floor making it a hazard, there should be more than one hook on bathroom door to hang wet items.
Since the pool is not heated, I could not even enjoy a hot tub ,there should be one nearby. There should be some form of entertainment Saturday or Sunday night. I found it expensive without these amenities.
- David (1/5): It was a travel emergency made worse by high rates and incompetence from the front desk - Booking .com screwed me on the rate..I’ll never use you again The rate you over charged me
- DAVID (1/5): -
- Michael (9/5): Conveniently located close to cruise port and airport with a nice flair for a quick stay. - We’ve stayed here once before so we were familiar with the property. It is quaint and cozy. Rooms are clean and modern.
Bar and entrance are nice. Pool and pool area was quiet but enjoyable. Shower head and water pressure could be improved in our room
- Annemarie (9/5): Just what I needed for an early departure to the airport the next day. - great location for proximity to airport. Facility was clean and well maintained. Shower was strong and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and there was enough parking. The pool was closed early and I was looking forward to a swim. I didn't realize I would have to pay for parking.

- TayMachin (4/5): I doubt we'll stay here again. - We got a reservation at this hotel paid by the airline who's flight we lost, they gave everyone in the same situation a free night and a $20 voucher in a hotel. My husband and I arrived at the counter and explained we had never used vouchers before so they explained that it was like a credit card, they'll add it to the room and use it as we ordered from the restaurant or the vending machines. Next day we left the hotel at about 4:45 am, the front desk people checked us out when they saw us leave. Turned out our flight was canceled and when I called the hotel they told me that once the check out process goes through, there is nothing they could do. Because the flight was canceled but they placed us in another one at 4:30 pm, the airline didn't wanted to pay for a hotel again. My husband had food poisoning and was on his 2 day of vomiting non stop so I had to get him into a hotel so I paid $208 to go back to Dello. Today I checked my bank account and they charged $29.29 in food for the night we had the voucher. I just called the hotel and the manager said there was nothing they could do about it. I don't care about the $30, it's just frustrating the way they treat their members, we are Diamond members, we spend a lot of money staying in Hilton hotels. What a shame. Overall, hotel was clean, spacious rooms, about 10 min from the airport. Oh and free shuttle from and to the airport.
- dreamspeaker (8/5): It was what we expected and we were happy with it - We were here overnight Superbowl Sunday, before departing on a cruise out of Port Everglades. We weren't expecting much based on the price and reviews, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the restaurant/bar was having a Superbowl party with special desserts and drinks. But perhaps the highlight was the staff. Bartender was great Sunday Night during the Superbowl, smiling and laughing with some of the more boisterous guests, and the next morning, when a personal item of mine broke, the front desk staff was kind enough to call the maintenance person to see if they had a pliers and could fix it (they did!). This hotel also offers shuttles to the airport, Port Everglades, and Miami Port, so that was nice.
The only thing that disappointed a little bit was the shuttle was weird. Since offered by the hotel, we thought it might be free, but then the driver announced a price and we all paid. The driver did not take anyone's terminal information, so when he arrived at the port, he kind of started driving by all the terminals, and everyone on the shuttle kind of panicked when he started passing the terminals we needed. I'm not sure what the plan was, and whether the plan was for us to shout our terminals as we saw them or whether there was a different plan we weren't informed of. It was a little confusing. But it worked out fine.
There are nicer and more expensive places to stay in Fort Lauderdale. This wasn't fancy in that it wasn't on a canal or on the beach. It was in an established neighborhood with mom and pop shops all around, but it was walking distance to a coffee shop and a really nice Fish restaurant, and honestly, we were happy with it.
- 984catalinam (4/5): Not recommended. Avoid if you are a wheelchair userr - Is close to the airport but the surrounding area is not nice. Lobby and general areas look nice but rooms are nor clean or well manteined. The room floor was so dirty my husband had to wash his feet after walking bare foot. I requested a wheelchair accessible room with rollin shower. The room Is very small making very difficult to move with my chair. It had the roll in shower but was not design with person in a wheelchair in mind. Amenities are on the back of the shower seat. They charge for parking but there are not enough parking spots. The only reason I don't give it a 1 star is because of the staff. They are nice, specially the lady in charge of the breakfast.
- Jared (5/5): - The lobby pool area was updated and nice The rooms are very dated with newer style furniture. The bed was old and sagging in the middle. Bathroom was in need of remodeling/updating. It was not cleaned well.
- Mary (10/5): -
- Mlstar (6/5): There is an artificial scent throughout this hotel! - I had a flight cancellation and needed a hotel near the airport. This looked interesting.
Problem 1: When I walked into the lobby, I was accosted by a strong floral scent. I am very sensitive to artificial scents, and so I wanted to cancel the reservation.
Problem 2 occured when there was no on site management. Even a call to Hilton's Elite desk was ineffective as this property is not managed by Hilton and the best they could do was ask for a refund the next day.
I decided to at least check out the room itself. There was another scent machine in the foyer when I go off the elevator.
The scent was definitely more tolerable in the room and decided not to risk losing my payment and just get to sleep. Room was generically clean and comfortable. Some road noise from motorcycles. Enough of a scent that I woke up with itchy eyes.
Parking was easy in the garage.
- HaroldM1991 (2/5): NO HEATING SYSTEM, poor cleaning, poor construction. Go Elsewhere - Never Again. NO HEATING SYSTEM
Yes the weather here was unseasonably cold, but the fact that this hotel does not have a heating system is just outrageous. Hilton has taken skimping to a whole new (low) level. The hotel had no plans for patrons who had to fend for themselves through the night. I basically had to bundle myself in a cocoon with an additional blanket from the hotel. I was better off sleeping in my car. The temperature in my room had to have been in the upper 40s overnight. The walls and windows are poorly insulated, and the hallways were just as cold. I woke up early the next day, got dressed and immediately checked out.
I also noticed one of the nightstands had tiny piece of chocolate scattered about which highlights the lack of cleaning. You can also see the shoddy workmanship in the bathroom door
- Daydream12672866460 (2/5): Lipstick on a pig. - This hotel looks decent in photos but their design was putting lipstick on a pig. It feels like a cheap motel. Everything is overpriced. The room and the sundries and food.
Our coffee maker was flooded with water and God knows what. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned so I couldn’t make coffee. I figured I’d find a cup downstairs. Sure. For $4 I can get a small cup of coffee. Or I could buy the “buffet” breakfast (think half of a Hampton inn breakfast with waffles). I figured I’d grab something from the fridge by the front desk instead. $6 for a bottled Frappuccino was the best coffee option. Sheesh.
We don’t have enough towels for everyone. The bed is not comfortable. The floor is dirty. The workmanship is cheap. They clearly don’t deep clean the rooms.
And our room was in the 60’s. Yes it’s cold outside but this is ridiculous. No heat in the rooms shows how cheap they are with this chain.
We paid far too much for this. This was a $150/night room and we paid over $200. I wish I’d read the TripAdvisor reviews before booking. This was not the start our vacation that we wanted.
- jasternke (8/5): DO NOT take the Hotel Shuttle - We chose this hotel as it had a free airport shuttle and advertised a $15 ride to the FLL cruise port. The hotel was fine. Good rooms. We got on the 9:15 am shuttle on Saturday, January 25 and were told we would be the first of six cruise port stops. We watched our bags be loaded to an attached trailer. We ended up being the second to the last stop and when we got off the shuttle to retrieve our bags at the cruise port, ONE WAS NOT THERE. The driver gave us his name and number and said he would look for it. That was the last we heard from this company. They did nothing for us. Celebrity Cruises located our bag on a different ship; the shuttle company left it at the wrong g stop. They were not communicative and, worse yet, presumed no liability. We spent the entire cruise with no change of clothes. Awful. DO NOT trust Everyone’s Choice Limo Service.
- SeaLowe (10/5): My new go-to for FLL! - Stayed here with friends for two nights while in town for a concert at Hard Rock Live.
(Proximity to which wasn't bad)
The colour scheme of the furniture left one questioning exactly what theme they were going for; but it was still practical enough and the rooms were clean with ample space. Some pieces of the furniture did have a substantial amount of wear to them. Beds were comfortable enough and linens clean.
The bar / lounge area was nice and despite its size handled the amount of visitors well. Breakfast wasn't bad though a bit pricey.
There is parking in the hotel building itself as well as overflow parking just a few steps away in a small garage.
Bianca at the front desk was extremely helpful and is one of the main reasons I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in town.
Completely happy with everything especially for the rate we paid compared to other locations nearby.
- PupLondon (4/5): Below average for the price with rude/discriminatory staff - We booked this hotel last minute on HotelsTonight after flights cancellation for about $160 a night for 2 nights.
We are a same-sex couple and, on arrival, the receptionist first questioned that we only have one room and then said that we have only one ned and she can give us a room with two beds. When we confirmed that we reserved a king-size bed, she gave us an eye-roll and proceeded to check us in. I should have made more of a fuss there and then but we were tired. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Do all couples get similar questioning?
The lobby seemed pleasant. The hotel describes itself as minimalist chic but the rooms had dated furniture. You can see that part of the rooms have been renovated The shower unit looked new, the wooden floors had been replaced but the furniture was old. The paintwork was faded and the bottom of the doors were peeling off. There is no fan in the bathroom so it has lots of condensation.
Despite being chilly, there is no heating in the room, only a cooling system. We encountered another guest asking for extra duvets.
There is no microwave in the room. There was a coffee maker but the supplies had not be replenished properly, just one cup in the room.
On the plus side, the bed was quite comfortable and we did sleep well as there was minimal noise. There is a free shuttle to the aiport running every half an hour from 5am to 11pm. The 6am shuttle arrived promptly. The man at the front desk in the morning came across as a bit rude.
The surrounding are is a little sketchy but seemed safe. The famous Jaxsons ice-cream parlour is a short walk away.
The hotel rooms seem to be normally around $250+. It most certainly is not worth that.
- Gisela (7/5): Great for overnight stay if flying out next day - Close to airport, free shuttle. No proper restaurant
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Lydia (9/5): Great clean hotel with good facilities - Really great sized rooms which were clean and comfortable, the amenities also looked great sadly I wasn’t there long enough to try any!
- jamilynd2026 (4/5): 8/9 Staff members encountered were apparently investing the bare minimum into their job. - The rooms were fine. I waited for an hour for the shuttle to get to the hotel. It is supposedly a 9-13 minute drive. The staff was slow and apparently uninterested in interacting with their guests. The staff made no attempt to assist their guests. I witnessed this with other guests as well as experiencing it myself. I waited 1.5 for the shuttle to get back to the airport. The championship game was in town that night. Apparently there was a reason this hotel had available rooms. I would not recommend.
- Cathy (7/5): - Quiet room. Comfortable bed Too much scent spray in lobby. Too many additional fees added too meal.
- Paul (8/5): - Needed a little
More variety Staff was very courteous and friendly
- Suzin (7/5): Room was quiet and clean. Good price. Just beware that breakfast is NOT free as trip advisor says. - Trip advisor website says breakfast is complimentary. Sat down to eat. VERY poor food and offerings, then were presented with $38.00 bill BEFORE gratuity!
For that price we could have eaten quite a nice breakfast at a regular restaurant and been served. The entire lobby and breakfast area smelled strongly of some horrendous cleaning fluid like Fabuloso. Not appetizing and very off-putting.
- Sherill (10/5): Very nice stay but just need a microwave to warm food. - Its in a very great location No microwave
- clpOhio (8/5): Restful Night - Room was very clean, very minimalist, but works for pre/post cruise stay. Bed was ok at first l thought it would be too soft but it was just right. Near a few restaurants and Walgreens all within walking distance.
The breakfast was good and the assistant working the area is excellent, very friendly- she definitely cares about her job and just to speak with her more would make me choose this hotel again.
Pool Area was not bad, just which they had a few more lounge chairs
- Gabi (6/5): It was ok for a short say - Close to the airport, large room. Unfortunately, our neighbors were very loud at night. Reported to the staff who handled it perfectly. The hotel needs renovation. It could be cleaner.
- Victorien (5/5): - No comment No comment
- Beth (4/5): - N/A No coffee available 24/7
- Escape226132 (2/5): Poor service - Waited 1.5 hours for hotel airport shuttle
Paper plates for breakfast and poor breakfast options
No breakfast tea available
No upgrade offered for Diamond status
- Edna Paola (10/5): This is amazing hotel -
- G2033SUbriann (6/5): Bad Service in Ft Lauderdale - Overall the hotel and experience were good, but the terrible hotel airport shuttle experience brings this property way down. The airport pickup upon my arrival was a disaster. They never showed up, leaving me stranded at the airport. This, despite numerous conversations with the driver and front desk staff promising me they were “on their way”. In between these conversations multiple calls went unanswered, just an endless loop of “dial one for” and no answers. The experience for my return trip to the airport wasn’t much better, but I did finally get a ride. Late of course, well beyond my reserved time, which I had confirmed twice on the morning of my departure. If you need shuttle service to/from the Ft Lauderdale airport, avoid this hotel. If customer service is not important to you, the location is good and the rooms are clean.
- Marcela (10/5): - Habitación amplia y cómoda
- ShirleyAnn (7/5): -
- Sherill (8/5): I love the stay but you need to get microwaves in the rooms. - The location, staff members. Beautiful souls. The parking, I feel like staff and the van that picks up the people from the airport should park in the far parking garage and leave the front parking for the paying customers of $10 a day the spots, my husband is a amputee and he can’t walk longs ways up and down.
- Vivian (8/5): I would stay again. - Convenient area, close to beach and restaurants. Covered parking, comfy beds, drinks available, clean
- Slinkard (8/5): - The location was perfect for what we needed.
- Damian (10/5): -
- H8647TIchriss (4/5): Meh - The staff couldn’t be more disinterested in their job(s). The woman that checked us in failed to see that we pre-paid and charged me again for our room.
She then said the restaurant was open till 10:30pm so we sat down to eat (at a filthy table). The bartender/waiter pointed at us and said “I’ll get to you when I can.” 20 minutes later we decided to leave and eat at the Mobil Gas Station across the street.
In the morning I told the front desk guy that I was double charged and he said he fixed it….. (I think). I asked for a receipt and he said he couldn’t print me a receipt because I purchased the room on Priceline. Which I hadn’t. I booked directly to the hotel. He finally went in the back and printed a receipt.
The room was “meh.” One pod for a Dixie cup of coffee. Expected more based on the price.
- susana (10/5): -
- Jessica (9/5): Really good value for money; comfortable stay right by FLL airport - Last minute booking when our flight got delayed coming into FLL airport. The taxi to the hotel was about 5-10 minutes (we arrived super late at night, too late for the shuttle.)
We were incredibly comfortable here; staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and also large enough to be comfortable. (We had a room with two beds for two people.) Really good value for money. Charging for the water bottles in the room for non-Hilton members.
The flimsy, small disposable cups for the in-room coffee.
- jasonusf (2/5): Dell-No, Never Again - Perfect if you want to arrive exhausted on a shuttle full of people only to stand at the check in counter for 20+ minutes without anyone at the front desk. Incredible Ritz Carlton (or whatever the opposite of that is) white glove service.
- Sonia Eleonora (9/5): -
- MCL (8/5): -
- Lara (10/5): Perfect stay before our cruise. - The location was perfect. Nothing
- Fred (9/5): - Good service and food Street noise
- Cynthia (10/5): Everything was perfect - Spotless, convenient to airport, great staff.
- Jennifer (4/5): Ok, not great - Close to airport and cruise port, free shuttle, cuban coffee spot across the street. The staff ignored us when we came in for the first few minutes. Then was very stoic during check in, no greeting, no smiles, just a blank stare, insert you card, here's your key. It was odd. The hotel itself is a bit beat up, damaged walls, furniture, corners. The room we were in had clearly had some water damage, the bottom half of the bathroom door was swollen and had been painted over in a different color than the other half. Just didn't really feel like Hilton quality.
- Marguierige (9/5): It was great until check out when the check out clerk was rude - Breakfast was great but the staff a little harsh and aggressive The lady at checkout was rude and condescending
- Tonya (8/5): -
- Gary (6/5): Not a very good value for the price. Our floor smelled like a giant car freshener. -
- nauti2 (8/5): Pleasant hotel but not up to Hilton Tapestry level - We stayed at the Dello for one night prior to a cruise. We have always enjoyed the “boutique” hotels offered by Hilton. The Dello, while pleasant, didn’t quite have the charm we expected, especially considering the price. It is clearly an older hotel that has been renovated and rebranded. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Our room decor was minimalist/spartan and without much charm. The on site bar has for service. We passed on the breakfast buffet because it seemed overpriced for what was offered. On the positive side, shuttle pickup from the airport was prompt once we were able to reach the hotel by phone. A third party shuttle to the cruise terminal is available for $15 per person

- Ronald (5/5): I believe they can do better it needs to be renovated - The general location of the property was great The accommodations are too expensive. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for Wi-Fi and even the first glass of water. They have many expenses here. I believe it’s overpriced considering how it looks. It’s definitely overpriced.

- Montaser (2/5): The worst experience ever - I didn’t like anything about the property, it was the worst experience ever First of all the guy on the front desk was very slow and lazy while a line of customers waiting for him to check them in, waited 30 minutes mid night to check in, the guy at the front desk doesn’t look welcoming at all. Got our keys and head to the room to find 66 degrees and NO HEAT in the room, we thought something wrong with the room, called the front desk to switch the room, the guy at the front desk said there’s no heat at the whole property and the best he can do is offer us a BLANKET! A 4- star hotel by Marriott!!
Asked for our money back but was rejected, spent the whole night freezing for the cold, missed our business meeting in the morning!
A very bad experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone
Don’t stay at this hotel.
Go somewhere else
It’s a waste of time and money

- DanO576 (10/5): Nice pre cruise stay - Stayed at this hotel for one night prior to a cruise. Hotel shuttle from the airport took about 25 minutes to show up, the driver was very friendly. Check in was a breeze and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and was good for our 1 night stay. The area has walkable places to eat and shop.
- Schoon (10/5): Excellent shuttle driver - Friendly staff
