• Frederick (7/5): We liked the apartment and the location but there were issues. - The apartment was well laid out. Good kitchen space, the whole space was more than adequate. The property was fairly quiet and was in a great location. Good restaurants were close by. It was a short walk to the main Seminyak shopping street and a doable walk to the beach. The washing machine was great. The air conditioner barely worked. We asked for the aircon to be looked at and were promised that it would. This never happened. The room temperature was just tolerable. There was a water dispenser in the apartment which provides hot and cold water. I tested this out by filling a glass. The water came out full of filter particles. I suspect the filter is so old that it has disintegrated. I did not report this as we did not get any follow through with the air con issue.

• Jordy (8/5): Spacious apartment in down town Seminyak - For the price this place is very good. 10 min walk from the beach, shops close by. Spacious inside. Very quiet AC, and a small kitchen to make some basic food. Great friendly staff The kitchen utilities are very basic. When I checked in there were still some hairs on the bed, so not properly cleaned. Also its good to know there are roosters near by, which start really early in the day.. if you are a light sleeper this probably isnt the place for you
• Gesina (9/5): Loved it! Great spot to explore the city from! - Great location and nice apartment with working smart TV and a water cooler. Had basic necessities on point. Large fridge and well working airco, even a small communal pool that you can use to wash off after the beach. The manager was great, very helpful and willing to organize a scooter/be a chauffeur or even give surf classes! It’s close to the busy street and center so you can easily get around, and even walk to the beach if you’re up for a little walk :) It was great but there were very few utensils and kitchen gear, so don’t expect to really be able to fully cook. Also good to know that there is no elevator for people who have trouble with walking or luggage (but easy to navigate stairs and the staff will happily help). Lastly, there are some loud roosters near the property for light sleepers, but nothing some earplugs didn’t fix!

• Treen (7/5): Cosy and Clean. Great Location - Couple 7 nights - August 2024. Great location just off the main street in Seminyak surrounded by everything!. Short walk to Seminyak beach and cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping in abundance. Well thought-out reasonable sized apartment with ensuite and practical kitchenette. Excellent full size LG refrigerator, terrific top load washing machine, Daikin split system airconditioning and brilliant ceiling fan. LG Smart TV, settee and good storage space. No microwave oven as listed in the room description, instead a toaster oven. Gas 2 burner stove top and good range hood. Comfortable king bed with clean linen and bedside tables & lamps. Appreciated the hot/cold water filtration unit. Nice clean communal swimming pool at ground level. Overall reasonably priced accommodation in an excellent location in Seminyak if staying a few nights. Difficult to achieve an even water temp in the shower. Upstairs balcony rooms had glaring lights switched on along the balcony bordering rooms. Room curtains are not blockout. BYO earplugs for 🐓🐓....not the fault of the poor roosters or Green Apartments 🙏
• Cyril (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and very well located. The WiFi was very stable during my stay (1 week). A washing machine is included with a small drying rack outside your room. The aircon is very silent. There are roosters constantly crowing nearby, but you learn to ignore it. They stop crowing at night and start early morning. The bed sheets had many stains, but it was very clean overall.

Oji was a total legend and helped me out with everything I needed, plus he's a mad cool dude 👊 He even let me leave my bags at the hotel until my flight at 9pm (checkout was 12) Would 100% recommend staying here if your solo, couple of family. And don't forget to chat with Oji and ask him if you need anything, dudes a legend 👊🔥 Nothing, had to leave 😞

• Nina (10/5): Great location, home away from home. - Great place to stay if you want to stay central to Legian and Seminyak. I’m here working/leisure and the room suits me well - smart TV for when l’m working, awesome WI-FI, and all the conveniences of a home with the kitchen and washing machine. Many great restaurants in walking distance too. Great staff, always checking in to see if you need anything, rooms are cleaned daily. Secluded pool upon entry to cool off when you get back from the beach!

• Dmitrii (9/5): Superb - We stayed in Green Studio for 25 days and it was really nice. It is located in the small quite street near the farm, so no loud traffic noise around, just geckos and roosters :). The room has all the stuff for the cooking except the kettle, but after the first week the housekeeper brought for us a new kettle and a lot of kitchen equipment. Bed is good, the room is a bit small but very comfortable. The washing machine almost cannot be used because of the weak water current. 15 mins walk to the beach, many good cafes around. Also staff was very nice and polite. We enjoyed our stay a lot) Washing machine, strange smell from kitchen drawers

• Sarah (7/5): Not recommended for families with small kids or toddlers. - The location is down a dark Alley but just a 2 minute walk takes you to a vibrant street bustling with vendors selling souvenirs, good restaurants on either side and lots of artist shops selling their designer clothes, paintings etc. Stove available to make coffee/tea ( the only kettle available is not electric) or cook a meal,large cupboard space and kitchen table. Washing machine available and place to hang laundry outside. Nice ceiling fan or ac if you prefer and the room is well lit with plenty of mirrors. No tea or coffee provided but towels soap,shampoo and conditioner as well as dish washing soap are supplied. The guy on duty was very helpful. The room is quite cramped due to all the furniture. But all items are convenient. If you plan to do laundry you might need to hang it out on the only foot path past the rooms. The footpath is about a meter wide and one step out the door and you are in the pool. If any one wishes to swim the noise will disturb you if you are in but thankfully the people who were booked in with us were whispering and chose to sit on the side and dip their legs in as opposed to swim at 7am.The neighbour has many animals (roosters,ducks,dogs )they start crowing and making noises from 3 am so you won't get a good night's rest if you are a light sleeper. The doors don't latch so don't leave valuables behind or rather store them in the safe provided. Seems like there's only one kettle on the entire property and the guy on duty had to knock on my door to ask for it as someone else wanted to use it I had to ask for it later as he didn't return it and I needed it for my baby. If you have kids you need to keep doors closed due to the pool area being a step out the door.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Only suitable for someone that's out all day as there is no outdoor area's-even the pool is small and cold as it never gets any sun.There is a rooster next door (not their fault,but) so you'll be woken at sunrise every day.The room's themselves are good and well equipped. The bed is huge and comfy with plenty of English speaking t.v. channels.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Unbelievable. Worst place . - Very unprofessional management. Manager is never be there and 2inexperienced staffs (2shifts) one at a time. Water outage(building’s problem not the supply problem in the area) We made calls but nothing has done more than12 hours. (No telephone in the room) Finally someone came to check but still no water 3hours later ...We ended up moving to other hotel. Nightmare to getting refunds for unstayed nights. We had to make many phone calls . They promised Hotels.com local customer service to refund us by credit card but they have many excuses not refund ... like they don’t know how to refund by credit card . Staff only care about not loosing their jobs and asked us to deal with the horrible manager . 3days later we needed go there to collect cash . Good looking room No microwave. Tv signals and hot water were sometime not working. In functional cabinet doors and door lock. Kitchenette?? Nothing much there . We traveled with our mug cups and pots so not problem s This place shouldn’t be on Hotels.com ‘s lists . You stay Green studio apartment s with your own risk .
• Teerapol (8/5): Eine gute Alternative zum Hotel, auch für länger - Beim Check-In wusste keiner von meiner Reservierung - sehr ärgerlich nach dem langen Flug. Nach einigen Telefonie wurde die Buchung dann gefunden, und sie hatten glücklicherweise noch ein Apartment frei - so wurde ich auf das VIP-Apartment upgegradet. Ansonsten war alles super: sehr schnelles Wifi, Trinkwasser (kalt, heiß) aus dem Spender, sehr zentral gelegen. Nur das Wasser in der Dusche braucht lange, bis es warm wird. Der Pool ist sehr klein.
