• mustafaaI3868YK (4/5): Al Khoory Hotel Definitely Not Worth the Price! - I recently stayed at Al Khoory Hotel in Bur Dubai for 10 days, and I have to say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Honestly, I would rate this place 1 star at best. Location and Noise While the hotel is located in a central area of Bur Dubai, there was construction work happening right next door, making it incredibly noisy throughout the day. It was nearly impossible to relax in the room, and it felt like the constant hammering and drilling never stopped. The noise completely ruined the overall experience. Customer Service The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. At check-in, they barely greeted me, and when I had questions or needed assistance, they acted like I was bothering them. Definitely not what you expect when you're paying for a hotel stay. Room Size and Quality The room size was very small. I don’t mind compact spaces, but this felt cramped and uncomfortable. It was hard to move around, and the space was not worth the price I paid. The furniture was outdated, and the cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. I was hoping for a much better quality room for the price I was paying.

The hotel has a wonderful ambiance and very friendly staff. The room was cleaned well, and we had a balcony, which was also very pleasant. The restaurant facilities were excellent nothing to complain about. There were plenty of parking spaces in the basement. Truly nothing to remark on in this cozy and charming hotel. Our heartfelt thanks to the ladies and gentlemen at the Front Desk — Niwanthi, Cinetta, Abdul Rahman, and Mr. Faheem. The cleanliness and hygiene of our rooms and the whole building was very well kept, and Mr Faheem was also very courteous in welcoming us and also during our check out. One constructive feedback which I would like to give is that the rooms floors and table tops can be polished or refurbished because there are stains and marks engraved in some areas which cannot be removed easily. Overall our stay was very peaceful and comfortable at a very reasonable price, we look forward to coming here again next time we are in Dubai.

There are plenty of stores, a shopping mall, and restaurants in the area. The hotel staff made the bed and folded the towels almost every day, and stocked new water bottles. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. On the negative side the water pressure in the bathroom was underwhelming. The bed was on the hard side, even though it had additional padding. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

While the hotel was indeed clean and staff were polite, I felt the overall value didn’t match the price. I ended up paying over 400 per night, which felt steep for a basic 2-star, no-frills hotel with dated furniture and minimal amenities. The cleanliness was good, but the room and furniture could definitely use an update. The staff are very courteous, and extremely helpful. I would like to thank the staff Muhad, Sylvne, one other young gentleman and 2 of the young ladies staff who were very helpful and all are a great asset for the hotel. • John (10/5): - It is a very nice hotel. The location is on a quiet road but near to the bustle of that area if you want it. Near two metro stations. Staff are lovely, polite and always there to help if needed. The breakfast is a little basic but all the options are there and you can fill up. Air conditioning is good. Only issue I had was with water leaking out of the shower (or maybe up from the drainage cover) into the bathroom each morning after a shower. This meant leaving towels on the floor to soak it up each day, which in turn needed replacing each day. I dont think the television worked either but i didnt need it. Wifi was very good. I would stay there again.

• Hanan (2/5): - Embarrassing Experience - Not Worth the Money** I booked a room at Al Khoory Inn for my family, and I was utterly embarrassed when they showed me pictures of the room. I paid a high price expecting decent service and a clean, comfortable space, but everything about this stay was disappointing. First of all, the room was not clean. There were visible stains on the furniture, dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition. It was clear that proper attention had not been given to housekeeping. On top of that, we were charged extra property fees that were never mentioned at the time of booking. These fees seemed completely unjustified and added to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was terrible. It was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for my family to stay connected. This was especially frustrating given the additional charges we faced. Overall, this was a regrettable experience. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better. I wouldn't recommend staying at Al Khoory Inn until they improve their service and transparency. This was a huge letdown.

• Brian (10/5): - Excelent no frills basic clean hotel with out unnecessary luxuries. Basic breakfast included. Short walk to Burjum,an interchange metro station allow access to most sights of Dubai. Also area around Sharaf DG metro station has many shops and restaurants. Only criticism of room was that shower not provided wif door or curtain, consequently floor was always wet after use

• Md Mahmudul (8/5): - We like the location of the hotel. It is very close to Mena Bazar an old souk. 10 Mins walk from Dubai Creek. You can take a 5-minute boat ride to go to the other side and another 5 minutes to the world-famous gold souk. Overall, from the hotel to all the old Dubai attractions is pretty close. If you would like Asian food, this would be your haven. There are so many restaurants around this hotel that are open 24/7.
