• Kwok fai toby (7/5): - 前台服務員非常專業禮貌，樓下各樣食店非常多，無論我從香港到珠海到第二日再到澳門的地理位置都非常方便 房間是木地板，當房間光亮的時候會見到好多塵，尤其是床頭櫃的下面，迷你雪櫃不夠凍，放入面的飲品和沒放沒大差別，而最差最差最差(要重點說3次)自助早餐沒太多選擇，連最基本的雞蛋，火腿和腸仔也沒有，如帶小朋友來的抱歉了，只有凍了的薯條適合小朋友!所以可以的話不要加錢吃早餐，外面有更多選擇!

• Puay (8/5): Very good - location when requesting for additional bottles of mineral water and toilet rolls, the front counter insisted on getting a staff to deliver the items to the room and the staff gestured for tips. At other hotels in China, these items were provided free the minute we requested for them.
• Tan (9/5): A gem right at the border - Location. LZD was so near the border crossing. Easy to reach once you crossover! The staff were great. They were very helpful, very welcoming. Kudos to front receptionist Kitty (?). She was really great and helped with my breakfast arrangements. The front desk also arranged for a car for my onward journey to Shenzhen. Couldn't ask for more! In fact, I would suggest staying here and making a day trip into Macau. Much much cheaper! Not much to complain about really. The rooms are a little small but it's well designed and enough functional space.

The hotel advertised the room with a private pool/whirlpool, which was not there and the sole reason for me to book it. Unfortunately none of the hotel staff spoke English sufficiently enough to deal with the situation, and booking.com was not much help eventually.

Many eateries and shopping within 1-2 mins walking distance. We went there having a weather around 10 deg celsius. We set aircon to around 21 deg celsius in the night. Somehow the aircon would stop intermittently. Other than that, I would say there is nothing to complain about this hotel.

• Yuen (8/5): A convenient and comfortable place to stay - The location is really good. It is very close to the border, just a few minutes walk closing the road. There are plenty of public transport & places to eat. The staff are friendly and polite. The room is very clean and the beds are really comfort . The pool is also nice .We required a non-smoking room but was assigned with a room with a very strong smell of smoking. The staff then upgraded us to a premium room. The buffet breakfast is good too with a variety of food. We made the reservation with breakfast included but the hotel cannot find it from the booking.com confirmation in their system. And the hotel ask us to contact booking.com by ourselves. It did take me more than a hour to deal with the problem. It would be better if the hotel can contact and confirm with booking.com.

• Quek (8/5): Overall stay was good. This is why I always return to this hotel before COVID and post COVID. - Acceptable, but room for improvement. Put a spare toilet paper in the room for the guest. Otherwise, when the guest runs out of toilet paper, they must call housekeeping and wait for the toilet paper to be delivered to the room, which is very inconvenient and creates unnecessary stress to guest and extra work for housekeeping.

• Davide (10/5): Simply our best experience in life! - Everything was excellent! It has been actually our best experience ever, even compared to many executive hotels we were, everywhere in the world. The hotel was very elegant and beautiful. The staff was exceptionally nice to us: we checked in late at night and they offered us a late check out to enjoy better! The day after we had a delicious and incredibly rich breakfast and then the staff helped us really a lot making our entry in China smooth with all practical stuff like mobile configuration and so on (especially the dear Orange). The suite was amazing and huge! The super comfy living room with welcome complimentary fruit, drinks, even a great bottle of wine! Bathrooms, big glass windows, the view, and every comfort! The only shame was to stay only one night…

• Ling (8/5): overall good experience. Safe, clean and convenient. - excellent location just next to the zhuhai train station and the zhuhai-macau check point. A lot of local eateries and spas around. Convenient and relatively safe in normal active hours in surrounding areas. (can't commend beyond 9pm). the room is a bit small and it's a bit pricey, as compared to Crown Plaza in Macau.
• The (8/5): Comfortable Stay for my golf trip. - Near city centre and near the Zhuhai Port of Entry. Reception on the Second Floor, and breakfast starts only at 7 a.m., and not earlier.

• Artem (9/5): Superb - Right next to the railway station and boarder with Macao. Very friendly stuff! Manager Sunny helped us with WeChat and made sure we got our breakfast to-go extra early. Pool looked cool on pictures but we didn’t have a chance to try it. Hotel is non-smoking but someone in next room to ours did smoke. Hotel manager took care of it straight away tho!
• Alessandro (8/5): Very good - Very clean and perfect location near Zhuhai station walking distance. Very good restaurant mixed Asia. Poor selection in the buffet breakfast but good quality.
