Ножка обогревателя тоже.Полотенце для рук с несмываемым пятном.Если окошко открыть пахнет чем то сдохшим.Бывает холодно. Если принимать душ то после весь пол мокрый так как стекается снизу занавески.фен как то неудобно расположен справа что стоишь прямо перед унитазом и сушишь.Смущают зеркала перед кроватью.Может для сексуальных утех самое то.

- Nikki (10/5): - Perfekte Lage im Zentrum Moskaus. Kreml und Basilius Kathedrale sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichbar und eine Metrostation ist auch nicht weit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber außergewöhnlich eingerichtet und es hat alles funktioniert und war sauber. Anna an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. Außerdem ist der Preis für diese Lage unschlagbar.

Bedrooms are good size and nice decorate. It is my second time in this hotel and I strong recomend if you come to visit Moscow stay there.
- Marita (4/5): Citycomfort Novokuznetskaya - Hotellet hadde generelt sett en bra beliggenhet, men personalet er lite imøtekommende og serviceinnstilte. Hilser ikke når man kommer/drar, og viser lite interesse for gjestene. Roomservice gikk kun ut på å riste på plass dynen, og det vistes godt at vask av rom ikke var en del av den daglige rutinen (vegg-til-vegg teppet var fullt av hår/støv/skitt, rusk/ting lå under sengen, hår og div på badet). Badet luktet heller ikke bra. En av dagene syntes det godt at noen hadde snoket gjennom bagasjen vår. Da dette ble tatt opp med resepsjonisten, viste hun ingen forståelse eller ydmykhet rundt dette. Da vi ønsket en forklaring ble hun brått mye dårligere i engelsk og svarte kun på russisk.

- TATIANA (8/5): - Очень хорошее месторасположение.Недалеко две ветки метро - Новокузнецкая и Третьяковка. Рядом хорошие ресторанчики, понравился ресторан - Тарас Бульба и особенно - Грабли. Очень вкусные завтраки, спасибо поварам. Мы ночевали три ночи и не более. Для более продолжительного отдыха выберите другую гостиницу, слишком маловаты номера, запах тяжелый, а в туалете пахнет канализацией. Номер лучше выбирать на первом этаже. Есть кулер в гостинице, а также камера хранения, очень удобно. Да, летом не рекомендую останавливаться в этой гостинице так как там вообще нет кондиционеров. Правда видели на третьем этаже, под крышей, стояли вентиляторы. Но это вам выбирать.
- Mikhail (2/5): Ужасно - Приезжаем в этот отель и нам говорят что нас отвезут в их же другой отель потому что в этом нету мест. Приехали туда, там повсюду стройка вход просто ужасный. Из окна вид как из тюрьмы на колючкую проволку. Совсем не то что обещано. Полотенца в номере порваны постель ужасная. Не знаю как такое вообще можно делать.... Очень разочарован и hotels.com что позволяют отелям так переселять гостей....

I booked a room with 1 double bed for my fiancee, but they put her in a room with two single beds. I selected a double bed caring for her comfort. Upon checkout she found out they gave away her umbrella to someone else. "Great" work.

Второй выход через арку закрывался в 21:00, я возвращалась позднее. В коридорах отеля пахло сыростью, не очень приятный запах, ароматические палочки не спасали. Застиранные полотенца. Отель в красивом историческом месте, но хотелось бы, чтобы он был почище внутри. Но в целом отель классный. Высокие потолки, удобные кровати)

Took some specimen in a jar to the hotel staff on duty, who was very surprised and said they never had anything like it before. Spent the remainder of the night looking for another hotel room in Moscow.

Bathroom is big , high ceillings , the only con’s is that while showering water would go everywhere.Overall my stay was good.

Rooms had great ambiance. Service couldn’t be better. A bit quirky and very basic, but overall a great stay. Would def recommend!

- Tanya (2/5): - Horrible experience. The bathroom smelled really bad. The water cuts off continuously when i showered. The staff is not friendly. I lost my shampoo and conditioner and nobody responded for that. The only good thing is the location which is 25 minutes walk from the Kremlin.

- David (10/5): Perfekte Lage, hilfreiches Personal Top!!! - Sauber und ruhig. Nur 10 min vom Rotem Platz, sehr zentral! Die Zimmer sind TOP! Etwas schwer zu finden. Durch ein Metalltor in einen Hinterhof. Hinterhof-Hotel in einer Toplage im Zentrum. Ruhig, stylish und sehr nett. Super Preis-Leistung. Die Metro ist sehr nahe und um die Ecke gibt es jede Menge Restaurants. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Habe nur eine Nacht da verbracht, da ich mir das Finale von der WM 2018 angeschaut habe. Alles Perfekt gewesen.
- lunaluna (2/5): - 到着するとオーバーブッキングで部屋がなく、別の系列ホテルに移動になった。用意されたタクシーで移動したが、運転手も私たちも場所が分からず右往左往。奥まってる上に、ゲートが非常にわかりにくく、表示が悪いとホテルの人に言ってもドライバーのせいにするばかりで謝りもしません。ホテル側が悪いというのに！長旅で疲れてる中、1時間以上時間を無駄にして最悪です！上階へもエレベーターがなく、スーツケースも自分で持って上がりました。

There was no air conditioning, it was hot in Moscow, and because I was downstairs I could not open the window because it would be easy for someone to enter. The bathroom is very bad, because they use curtain and without protection so the water does not go out, that is, when taking a shower, if you wet the whole bathroom.

- Helena (8/5): Prisvärt och bra läge - Hotellets stora fördel var dess läge. En kort promenad till Röda torget och 7 minuters promenad till tunnelbanan som hade tre linjer. Hotellet kändes fräscht, lite avloppslukt i badrummet och vattnet slutade ibland i duschen. Personalen var tillmötesgående och det var väldigt tyst i tanken på hotellets läge. Jag och min vän spenderade 5 nätter där och de var väldigt prisvärda.

- Chris (8/5): Not great but good value for the money - Excellent location a 2-minute walk from a beautiful Pyatnitskata Street with many inviting restaurants and coffee shops and a 15 minute walk from Red Square. The hotel is good value for the money considering its location and relatively low price. The courtyard/entrance of the hotel isn't pretty and the rooms, while cleverly decorated in loft style, could use updating. The carpet for instance has an old dirty feel to it. The walls are thin and you will hear people talking or having sex in the adjascent rooms. Overall there is a bit of a "hostel" or "dormitory" feel to the hotel, but if you are looking for a good deal, this is a good choice as long as you are not expecting any luxury.
