- Walters (7/5): Good value, great location - Location, 5 mins to The Pavilion. Access to the roof top pool (although no shade). There is a convenience store in the lobby. Nicely decorated. Communication with management team was good. Access to a balcony. The bathroom is split into 3 sections - nothing really wrong with it but it didn't suit our needs. It is on a very busy main road where there is currently lots of building work and some roadworks underway which meant it was noisy throughout the night.

Wir hatten eine super Aussicht, ausserdem wir konnten unser Zimmer jedes Mal reinigen l - es war sehr zentral, es war aber schade, dass kein Ansprechpersonen im Haus war. Wir hatten genügend Plätze, die Ausstattung war super Der Topf war verbrannt, da ich aber ein Kind dabei hatte und Milch aufwärmen musste, konnte ich dies leider doch nicht machen. Ausserdem hat es Leiter ein paar Ameisen im Badezimmer.

Especially if you are in the room. The outside tv will auto shut off after a while, might have set a timer. Toilet roll got no holder. The shampoo container is defective.

- Asha (7/5): Over all prima prijs verhouding. - De grote van de studio. Dit was erg ruim en gaf ons een thuisgevoel. De locatie was redelijk. Alles we op loopafstand als je van wandelen houd. Buurt ligt tussen chinatown en centrum De stank van oude dweil die daar alle dagen hing in de hal.
- Dhania (1/5): Horrible cleanliness and customer service - The cleanliness of the place and service by Younus was so horrible, my husband and I decided to book another place within a few hours of stepping into this residence. The bedsheet had multiple faded stains, pillows looked dusty (there was even a strand of hair on one of them). The towels were filthy, the toilet bowl was not cleaned properly (there was a piece of tissue on the seat, and a faded poop stain in the toilet bowl). The living room sofa and ALL the dining chairs had huge stains on them. We even found some ants crawling on the coffee table. But one of the worst finds was smelly, stagnant water in the washing machine. Upon bringing this up to the host, he was not apologetic at all and there was no form of service recovery. The way he replied was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. We paid for this stay in cash upon arrival (before seeing all the issues stated above). According to them, this was the only mode of payment and we did not get any refund nor compensation after stating our complaints. Definitely WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone. Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures they post. There are so many way better accommodations in KL. Don't waste your money here.

- Shamieda (9/5): Superb - Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment this time, which was great for a family trip. Check-in was quick and easy. The apartment was modern and spacious. The facilities are always clean and the staff are lovely, too. The host (Younis) is consistently very helpful and responsive with any queries. The main bathroom had a bit of an odor, but once you open the windows and close the bathroom/shower door, it is fine. It can't be smelt in the rest of the apartment if the bathroom door is closed. I guess it's more of a building plumbing issue. Would be great if Netflix worked. Nice to chill after a long day out.

- CHAN (10/5): Very Good Location - The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again,
- Haffendi (8/5): enjoyable stay in a super central location. affordable and clean. - The room is spacious, the location is super central and it was easy to get to the major malls. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and stress-free. The apartment is clean and we felt comfortbale throughout the stay. We wish the blanket is bigger and thicker and maybe additional pillows made available. Blankets too thin and more pillows. Pick-up and drop-off area downstairs is very busy and cars are not able to wait.

However, on the checkout day he said he didn’t read the request properly in the chat and admitted his mistake but was not responsible for it. He asked us to pay for late checkout instead which was a really poor customer service.
- Shirlie (9/5): Value for money and serves our need as a family as the apartment is spacious and it has WiFi connection and essentials t - It’s easy to check in and staff is very prompt, helpful and friendly. Security is good as one needs the correct access card to go to the designated level via lift. The facilities are quite clean and there are security guards at the lobby, swimming pool area to ensure our safety. It is a bit of a walk to Pavilion, especially if you are bringing elderly folks and young ones. But it’s still manageable with some planning and good footwear:) The shopping mall alone is Soo huge, hence that adds up to the aching feet at the end of the trip.

I booked 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms unit which comes with a kitchenette and living room. The unit is well maintained, clean, and looks quite stylish. It comes with fridge, microwave, hot plate, washer dryer, and basic kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, coffee mugs, pots, and cutlery to make your stay convenient.

- Geraldine (8/5): Convenient stay for groups in KL - Easy check-in with good communication. The access for Grab to get to places was more convenient, as it was also to organise food delivery. The rooftop pool was a welcomed relief from the heat with the lifts operating at good speed. As we were there during off-peak, the pool was a serene enough space to relax in although the views can be blocked by nearby buildings still under construction. The washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave were well used. We needed to be mindful of ants, though, and had to use the rubbish shute daily to keep them at bay. When the toilet got blocked, service came by within 3 hours to repair. The pool area could do with more shade to relax in for non-swimmers. The small kids' playground was also unshaded, which rendered it quite useless for most of the day. Would be good to provide some laundry powder and extra toilet rolls for stays >7 days with family groups. The main concern is the wet bathroom, which is a slip, trip, and falls hazard due to the shower recess not containing the water, and it spills out into the bathroom. We bought extra towels and mats to try to manage this, plus pointing the shower head towards the wall corner.

- Catalina (10/5): A nice and convenient place to stay. - No breakfast. Location is a short distance to the Pavilon. One or two hand towels if provide would be perfect to keep the basin area clean.

Property as per photos and well equipped including ironing board and iron and hairdryer. Good shower with hot water, access to rooftop pool was easy and pool was lovely. Comfortable bed and pillows, spacious property with everything needed, and the balcony was an unexpected bonus. Minor point but perhaps more towels for use for the pool? Nearest food places are 5 mins or so away except the cafe in the dorestt hotel next door,n which was decent if pricey, but not unreasonable for the central city location
