- Yip (4/5): - Remote location; room small and outdated; the shower water is cold, despite turn to hot water, so end up with no shower for 2 nights. The room rate is unreasonably high.
- Frankfurt (10/5): - 雪の為お迎えをお願いしたら、とても感じの良い応対をして下さり、すぐにお迎えに来て下さって とても助かりました。 ホテルに着くと、「寒かったでしょう」と優しいお言葉とコーヒーを出して下さり、心も身体も暖まりました。 犬連れにも優しく、夕食も朝食も美味しく、 また行きたいとおもいました。

- Glen (10/5): - Had an enjoyable stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Hotel is walking distance to the lake and close to transport. Friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely go back for a longer stay.
