Area felt very safe as a solo female traveler. The rooms were stylish and comfortable, although the bed was on the firmer side. Beds a bit too firm but otherwise comfortable. A bit too expensive for what it's worth.

Enquired with one of the young female staff if we could post the dinner bill to our room, her answer was "should be and you can check with the staff/cashier located at the bar counter". A little surprised that she did not know and did not take initiative to check and give us the correct answer.

- Alexandra (9/5): It is a very cute and eclectic hotel with good perks like a free drink from the bar and a voucher for souvenirs that we - It’s a super cute design in a great location near the creative park. Lots of places to get unique souvenirs. Awesome that we were able to use the machines to do laundry at the end of our trip. Everything was very clean and nice, but there was definitely a smell coming from the public and room toilets. It reminded me of when my parents renovated their bathroom and there was a plumbing issue after that made the bathroom smell. They needed to flush the pipes with some chemicals to get rid of it. The bed mattresses were also very firm so if you like a firm mattress that’s great, but if not it’s something to be aware of.

Everything is very clean and there are a lot of unique and artistic touches that make this place stand out compared to others. Also the location is close to Fuhang soymilk, Taipei Main station and the Huashan Creative Park and other shops. Maybe some foreigners might find the rooms small or claustrophobic, but for the area, the designers made a really smart use of space
