- Amy (10/5): Perfection! - Perfect! The staff are so lovely and our room was great. We loved the pool (which does have sun for most of the day), the comfy bed and the luxury resort feel. For this level of comfort, the price is fantastic. The washing service over the road was great and our favourite restaurant was Sokdee down the road. We also arranged the waterfalls through the hotel and we would highly recommend. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Luang Prabang! Nothing!

- Anke (9/5): Kleine Oase mit erfrischendem Pool - Sehr hübsch eingerichte Unterkunft. Die beiden Deluxezimmer nach vorne raus 201 und 202 waren die einzigen, die quasi einen kleinen 'Privatliegeplatz' am Pool hatten. Die Lage ist fantastisch und fussläufig ist alles Wichtige zu erreichen. Die Mönche laufen zwischen 6.10-6.20 Uhr durch die Strasse und es ist viel schöner und intimer, hier zuzuschauen als im Touristenrummel. Den kühlen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Es wurden jeden Tag Wasser und Handtücher gebracht, selbst wenn die alten noch frisch und unbenutzt waren. Ausser dem reinigen der Mülleimer und ein wenig an der Bettdecke zupfen wurde in 5 Tagen nichts gemacht. Mein Zahnputzglas sah nicht mehr gut ;-). Ein Minischränkchen. Personal freundlich aber wenig hilfreich, konnten zum Beispiel keine Vorschläge für Touren machen schlugen bei Fragen vor, dass wir googeln sollten.

Chambre confortable avec douche et WC séparés. La piscine est plutôt un couloir de nage, agréable bien que fraîche L’accueil et aide du réceptionniste pour organiser et réserver nos billets de train et taxi La salle de petit déjeuner qui ressemble plus à une cantine avec toutes les tables mises bout à bout. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt composé de plats salés asiatiques mais c’est pas très dérangeant

The morning breakfast was filling and had decent options to choose from. The staff was super helpful. The water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot so there was no such thing as taking an”hot shower”.

- Fernanda (5/5): Disappointment. I expected more from the hotel. - This is a simple hotel. Good to stay 2 or 3 days, not 8 nights like my experience. I couldn't take a rest. The location is great, very near in the Night Market. The time of the reception are excelent, especialy the boy Tai. The bed are very hardy. We need change the room and Tai got the other matress to can sleep. The hotel are very noise. The room's doors are very noise when you enter and gon out to the room. It's possible hearing the others rooms. The breakfast have a variety, but is not good. Is very simple and not delicius. The pool is unusable because it doesn't get any sun and the water is too cold for my liking. The offering ceremony for the monks is not in front of the hotel. Finally, I want to say that the comments from other guests misled me, stating that the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast delicious.

Ils nous ont bien conseillés et se sont chargés de réserver nos billets de bus pour Niang Khiaw sans abuser sur la commission. Le service landry est efficace et abordable. La chambre est belle, spacieuse et confortable. Nous avions précisé que nous étions en voyage de noces, ils nous ont donc donné une chambre avec de très belles prestations : salle de bain avec baignoire, lit king size et accès privatif à la.piscine depuis notre baie vitrée. Un régal. Le petit déj est copieux et varié. Il y en a pour tout les goûts et à volonté. Des plats asiatiques, occidentaux, des fruits, des viennoiseries, des gâteaux... Il y a de quoi changer chaque jour de repas. Quant à l'emplacement, il est idéal. Pas dans l'hyper-centre donc plutôt isolé du bruit de la foule qui se presse dans la ville mais à 5 min à pied du night Market. Toute les attractions du centre historique sont accessibles à pied tout comme de bons restaurants et des petites supérettes. Profitez de vous balader dans les rues de la ville, elles en valent le détour. La ville n'est pas classée à l'UNESCO pour rien ! Franchement, je ne trouve rien à redire. Peut-être la fraîcheur de l'eau de la piscine mais vraiment on s'en accommode.

- Roelof (9/5): Very nice hotel in quiet area. - Location great, the pool is small and rarely used is my guess. This is not a grand resort with usable pool. The hotel was quiet and is located on a quiet street, and that is hard to find in Luang prabang, as most areas are noisy and hotels have little sound insulation. The toilet was smelly, and this was a constant issue. The rest was all good. 👍

We got out of our taxi and had left a bag with passports etc in the taxi which drove off. The staff heard us shouting and three of them without hesitation chased the taxi, one on foot, on a bike and a motorbike! The motor bike found him and the bag was returned. We are so grateful and they all were so happy for us too! Nothing

- Bettina (8/5): Ein schönes Boutique Hotel im Zentrum von Luang Prabang! - Der Mekong, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Nachtmarkt waren sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sowohl asiatisch als auch kontinental. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gab täglich 2 Wasserflaschen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne Architektur im Kolonialstil. Der Pool war sehr kalt. Wenn man etwas später zum Frühstück gekommen ist, war einiges schon aus, z.B. das frische Baguette, und wurde auch nicht nachgereicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine Bar, die am Wochenende Karaoke Wettbewerbe veranstaltet.

- Megumi (6/5): アクセスの良いルアンパバーン旅行の拠点！ - 観光地中心部へのアクセスが良く、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。朝食にラオス風お粥やトロピカルフルーツがあったのが嬉しかったです。 壁が薄いからか、隣人の声が真夜中や早朝に響いて睡眠環境は悪かったです。

- Evelyne (8/5): Rapport qualité /prix très satisfaisant. - L’hôtel est près du night market , des temples. Il est dans une rue calme et dispose d’une piscine - non chauffée- mais agréable après les visites. Des bouteilles d’eau sont mises à notre disposition tous les jours ainsi que des brosses à dents. L’accueil est très sympathique. La chambre est vieillotte. Elle donne directement sur le patio et n’a que des rideaux occultants. Il faut les fermer quand on est dans la chambre parce qu’on est à la vue de tous les clients. Ce qui fait qu’on se sent un peu enfermés. La douche aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré - œufs au plat froids -

Very thin walls, and very limited hot water, some days lacking hot water at all. Sewer smells in the room and squeaky beds.

- Monika (6/5): Ok für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Sehr gute Lage Leider roch das erste Zimmer das uns angeboten wurde ganz schlimm nach künstlichem Lufterfrischer. Uns wurde dann aber schnell ein anderer Raum zur Verfügung gestellt. Allgemein ist das Hotel nicht das sauberste . Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht abwechslungsreich.
- Anna (8/5): Für ein paar Tage super! - Für ein paar Nächte in Luang Prabang super, Wlan funktionierte gut, Zimmer war groß genug, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher vorhanden, ein sehr leckeres Frühstücksbüffet, in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, Nightmarket 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Almosengang kann direkt vom Hotel aus beobachtet werden, Wäscheservice 35k/kg, trotz der negativen Punkte würden wir es als Hotel mit Pool empfehlen Pool war relativ kalt, aber ok, Zimmer roch wenn die Klimaanlage aus war modrig, Mülleimer im Zimmer selber wurde nicht jeden Tag geleert, aus der Dusche lief leider ein bisschen Wasser, Preis Leistung stimmte im Verhältnis zu den anderen Unterkünften nicht, HDMI Stick lässt sich nicht am Fernseher anschließen, Nachts ein wenig zu laut durch andere Gäste!
