• CRISTINA (6/5): cerca del centro - Lo mejor del hotel esta la ubicación. Esta muy cerca de la Medina. A tan solo 10 minutos andando por el paseo. La habitación y el baño un poco anticuado.

• Jenny (10/5): Great hotel in a busy part of the city - Loved the location near restaurants and shops, and the beach was basically across the street. The gentlemen at the 24-7 reception desk were very helpful and informative. The hotel felt traditional and had a very nice "living room" space on the first level. Hotel is an easy walk to/from the ferry port. Would have liked better water pressure and hotter water in the shower -- I had been looking forward to a soak in the bathtub but the water just wasn't right. Oh well. Loved my stay here anyway. Thank you!

• Svetlana (9/5): Хороший отель у вокзала Casa Voyageurs. - Отель очень удачно расположен: 10 минут пешком от ж/д вокзала Casa Voyageurs. Около вокзала есть трамвайная остановка, так что очень удобно добираться на общественном транспорте до основных достопримечательностей города. Номер просторный, всё очень чисто. Есть чайник, фен, розетки около кроватей. Хорошая ванная комната. Очень приветливый и предупредительеый персонал. Нам всё понравилось, с удовольствием вернёмся ещё раз. Завтрак неоправданно дорогой (90 дирхам) и невкусный. И вроде бы это шведский стол, но выбор на нём не очень богатый для тех, кто предпочитает здоровое питание: в основном всё мучное и не особо вкусное, даже яичницу или омлет не могут пожарить. Порадовало только наличие йогурта и фруктового салата. За такие же или даже меньшие деньги можно прекрасно позавтракать в городе.

• consuelo (7/5): - Location is genuinely good. The shuttle that wasn’t I chose this hotel partly because they advertised an airport shuttle. When I asked the price, it was 250 MAD. I asked if they could instead arrange a petite taxi, and was told no, only the shuttle was available. Given my 6am flight, I didn’t want to risk it and agreed. At 3:45am on departure day, a petite taxi showed up. Not a shuttle. A regular petite taxi, for which I paid 250 MAD, roughly three times the going rate for that ride. Whether this was a miscommunication or a deliberate upsell dressed as a service, the result is the same: I felt deceived.

• Yves (8/5): Je reviendrais car je suis seulement de passage - L’emplacement est stratégie le seul petit problème les escaliers car arrive à un âge avancé cela est dur de monter ! Les moyens de lavage baignoire qui est dépassé de nos jours .

Pasamos 4 noches y no hubo cambios de toallas, las toallas del baño no podíamos secarlas y cuando salíamos de la bañera las toallas seguían mojadas del día anterior. En nuestras 4 noches no hubo servicio de habitaciones, nunca me he duchado 4 noches con la misma toalla mojada, es un punto a mejorar. ¿Quién se ducha en pleno 2026 con la misma toalla durante 4 días y que el servicio del hotel no entre a tu habitación a cambiar las toallas mojadas? Es un punto negativo a mejorar!

On peux tout faire à pied. La propreté des lieux. Les ascaliers avec un tapis sale, les chambres étaient poussiéreuses. En bas des lits, il y avait des bouteilles et des mouchoirs des personnes précédentes.

• Zineb (10/5): - The staffs were so polite and helpful. The room was so clean and big. There was extra towels and bed covers I did have a heavy bag so I asked for a room on the ground floor. The problem was the noise outside. So if you want a goodnight sleep better get a room in the top floors
