Also when I checked out I was made to pay again for some of the food even though I paid for everything I ordered when it was delivered to me, I paid cash. So actually very unhappy.

The manager even escorted me to my room to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I will definitely be staying here again.

• Mike (4/5): Think twice about Sogo Hotel - It was not so good. The reception staff was not friendly for starters. The air conditioner was very loud, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no hot water for the shower. Also, there was no window in the room as the ad said city view. The only bright spot was that the room service was very good.

• Lcar89 (6/5): Average hotel - Stayed here for a night as we are both tired and all the other branches are fully booked. They only have the Regency 1 offer which was around 2,800 PHP for a 24 hr stay. The room was big and the window is a breather. Maybe if they will put some plants inside the room, that will make it more livelier. We had a bath tub so what a relaxing way to end the day with some warm bath. Had some cons during our stay like - TV not working, local channels only - Wifi connection not that fast - A bit noisy as you are very near the road - Not so many wall sockets available, actually only 1. - When you go out of the room, you can smell smoke and it's very unpleasant. All in all, we had a good stay and we hope that the hotel will do some improvements.
• melle343 (4/5): Just Ok . . - Hotel Sogo Roxas Blvd is easy to access by taxi or Uber/Grab . I stayed for 1 night on the 13th April - 14th April 2018 . I found it rather weird that the entrance to the room was through the garage (refer to the photo I posted) . The room was okay spacious and clean but it felt claustrophobic . If you wish to buy food you can get room service or walk up the road and Jollibee is there as well as some other cafes and restaurants internet cafe etc . On check out none of the staff asked me how was my stay it was rather check me out and that's it , was like they were disinterested in me . I doubt I'd stay there again .
