- Keith (10/5): It’s a nice and comfortable relaxing stay. - Location of this property is great, nice and quiet. Nil
- Manuela (10/5): All you could ask for in a stay in Daylesford - A super comfortable stay with amazing views. The house was well decorated so it wasn’t stuffy but still felt homely. It had all you could wish for, hairdryer, lovely bathroom toiletries, brevillle coffee machine as well as a stove top coffee maker. There was a bbq, blue tooth music players in the kitchen and the lounge. The backyard was divine and it also had an electric patio cover. The house is well situated and private. Our little old dogs loved tottering around the garden. That’s we couldn’t stay longer

- Andrea (8/5): - Good amount of space for everyone. Views were lovely and the heating was great.
Bluetooth speakers upstairs and downstairs were great.
Having some pantry supplies was very helpful and the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch.
Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure not fabulous, but thats the area I think.
Staff were accommodating and very responsive. Nothing to complain about really. Had everything we needed.

- Lisa (10/5): Total bliss - I will be back 43A. - Beautiful relaxing views. Staff very kind and accommodating - thank you.
- Natasha (10/5): A Tranquil Escape at 34A Retreat, Daylesford - We had a wonderful 2-night stay at 34A Retreat in Daylesford. The accommodation was cozy, stylish, and well-equipped, making it the perfect getaway. The serene surroundings provided a much needed & peaceful escape. The retreat was just a short drive from the town, making it easy to explore the local attractions, cafes, and shops. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, which I highly recommend. Outside light globes weren't working.
- Lyn (10/5): Relaxing time in a beautiful house with family. - It’s spacious, comfortable for a relaxing break with the family. The views are beautiful. It was particularly quiet. The living room being down stairs from the kitchen was a little tricky.
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Russell (10/5): incredible play....would love to live here! - The place was amazing - exceeded expectation and our dog just loved the garden and the walks in the woodland straight off the back garden. The kitchen was stocked more than most houses, had Bose speakers to play music and even an awesome chess board. One of the most relaxing holiday homes I've ever stayed at....will be back for a longer stay soon. Nothing at all
- Amanda (10/5): Very happy with the house. Comfortable, clean and great location. - The house was so comfortable and clean. Facilities were great.

- Brent (9/5): Superb -
- Nejlaa (10/5): Loved it enough to consider purchasing it 😄 - The privacy, coziness of downstairs and the serenity. - love the artwork! The water pressure was very low and there was an unusual smell around the house but nothing the supplied essential oils and candles couldn’t fix.
- Gavin (9/5): Superb -
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional - the art work and books the stairs
- Ian (9/5): Superb - location and facilities
- Amy (7/5): Good - The house and furnishings are beautiful. There is plenty of space and a wonderfully safe yard if you do bring a dog. Pretty view with lots of trees and privacy. The downstairs room is incredibly noisy, and the bed is hard as a rock. Even walking quietly upstairs is still easily heard from downstairs.
- One (7/5): Good location, comfortable rooms, cleaning kitchen and bathroom. - The air-condition on uplevel not working well .
- Patrina (9/5): Superb -
- Tim (8/5): Very good -
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anita (10/5): Luxurious, warm & exceptionally appointed property - Retreat @ 34a was nestled up the hill away from the road. Upon arrival we opened the door to the warm fire going, music playing softly and a wonderful scent. House was immaculate and interior decoration was absolutely gorgeous. So much art to look at in each room, the most fancy collection of books, exceptional wifi, sound system and tv. A selection of puzzles and games. Heating everywhere. Luxury bath towels. And other touches which we’ll leave for you to experience yourself. Ps. You can go on a bushwalk literally through the back gate! Daylesford is still suffering the post covid blues. Lack of staff saw so many eateries (even the chocolate mill) randomly closed due to staff shortages. We found 3 places unexpectedly closed during our 3 night stay. Luckily retreat @34a had everything you need to enjoy breakfast and dinner in.
- Wilden-ross (9/5): Superb -

- Verified traveler (10/5): Beautiful Stay - Such a wonderful stay. Very cosy and incredible artwork throughout. Was perfect for a small group. Small touches like having the heating on for us on arrival made it very nice!
- Cerise (10/5): What a house! - A beautifully decorated house with fantastic amenities and gorgeous views. We fell in love with the art and furniture and felt at home amongst the cosy furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with treats including delicious The Fitzroy Naturopath tea, and the abundance of teapots and teacups meant we were sipping all weekend!
Loved having the state forest on the door step and seeing wildlife from the floor to ceiling windows.
Can't wait to come back - will be bringing my pooch next time!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Retreat 34a - Excellent Accommodation. Very relaxing with everything you require from comfortable beds, to well equipped kitchen. Very clean and tidy.
