È un pochino distante dal centro storico. Ma comodo per chi arriva con il treno a Santa Maria Novella station.

• GonPareja (1/5): Nada recomendable - Tiene cafetera con café gratuito en la habitación. El alojamiento me preguntó a qué hora llegaría para tener la habitación lista. Le indiqué que a las 12 pero ignoraron mi respuesta. No le di importancia ya que el alojamiento pone en Booking que el check-in es a las 14:00. Llegué a las 14:10 y al abrir la puerta de la habitación, estaba completamente sucia con la cama sin hacer y todas las sábanas y toallas de los anteriores huéspedes. Nos tuvieron una hora y media esperando para poder entrar y, además, mandaron a un señor a limpiar que ni siquiera era alguien del servicio de limpieza habitual. Se puso a limpiar las mesas y sillas con una toalla sucia, que había humedecido con agua en el baño previamente, que había de los anteriores huéspedes .Le tuvimos que decir si no pensaba emplear algún producto para limpiar el baño y desinfectar un poco. Un auténtico despropósito! Tuvo que ir a buscar los productos, porque estábamos ahí delante mirando, pero da la sensación de que esa persona no era de la limpieza o peor aún que no limpian entre un huésped y otro.... Con todo esto, me escribieron recordando que el check-out es a las 11 para tener la habitación lista para los siguientes. Tarea que no hicieron en mi caso. El día del check-out, a las 10:40 ya estaban intentando entrar a la habitación sin llamar previamente ni nada, suerte que tenía la llave por dentro, si no hubieran entrado sin más!

La calidad de la cama no era la mejor, la separación de las habitaciones es de material ligero, por ende, a veces es se escuchaba de otras habitaciones.

• Peter (7/5): - Blízkosť vlakovej stanice a centra mesta. Ubytovanie bolo pomerne jednoduché, ale super k pomeru cena/výkon. Malá kúpeľňa. Chýbajúca chladnička.

Pokój brudny, gruba warstwa kurzu na ścianie, łazienka maleńka nawet jedna osoba ma problem z poruszaniem podobnie pokòj. Woda z prysznica nie odpływała, od razu zgłoszone dla osoby kontaktowej, odpowiedź że w następnym dniu podczas sprzątania zostanie to naprawione, niestety nic nie zostało zrobione. W nocy słychać pociągi i komunikację miejską, dzielnica nie najbezpieczniejsza.

• Marta (5/5): El ruido del tranvía por la noche no deja descansar. Ubicación buena. - El alojamiento está muy bien situado y acceder a él es fácil. La atención de Julia y recomendaciones (via whatsapp muy buenas). Al centro llegas andando en 20-30 minutos, asequible. Sin embargo el ruido del tranvía que se escucha desde la habitación es horrible. Al llegar nos habían dejado amablemente unos tapones en las mesillas... por lo que es conocido por todos. Es una pena porque es algo que no se puede cambiar pero realmente afecta mucho al descanso. La limpieza diría que es correcta pero podría mejorarse. Además se dejaron 2 días el producto de limpieza en nuestro baño pero uno de esos días no se limpió (el lavabo estaba manchado y con marcas de productos/agua como lo habíamos dejado tras usarlo).

• Simona (10/5): Amazing experience - The location and host were amazing, they attended out needs for the entire duration of the stay. They helped as with a lot of informations about very good local restaurants and attractions to visit. We had a positive surprise when we found out we had fresh water every day after our room was cleaned. Would 100% rebook/recommend this location!!!! Everything was perfect.

• Eva (7/5): Da valutare: buona qualità prezzo - La responsabile è stata gentilissima e ha assecondato tutte le nostre richieste. Ci siamo sentite tutti i giorni per messaggio, ci ha dato molti suggerimenti su posti da visitare. Il giorno della partenza le abbiamo chiesto di poter lasciare la camera3 ore dopo e ci ha dato il permesso agevolando la nostra partenza. Molto vicino alla stazione. Ci ha cambiato gli asciugamani e rifatto il letto tutti i giorni. Dettagli di pulizia un po' da rivedere (tende macchiate, muri macchiati e alcuni punti un po' polverosi), letto un po' scomodo e basso (suggerisco di cambiare o i materassi o almeno la struttura del letto). Data la zona, comunque molto comoda per gli spostamenti, consiglio di usare taxi/uber per tornare la sera, essendo che la strada più diretta e che il navigatore ci ha fatto sempre prendere per tornare a casa dal centro fa passare dalla stazione appunto, luogo che non è molto sicuro a certi orari.

• Laura (9/5): - La posizione è ottima, vicina alla stazione, ma tranquilla. Centro facilmente raggiungibile in tram. La struttura è accogliente e non manca nulla.Julia è estremamente gentile e attenta, sempre disponibile a dare utilissimi consigli.
• Emanuela (9/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. - La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, dotata di un balconcino e di varie comodità (macchina del caffè, TV, aria condizionata), acqua e prodotti da bagno in omaggio. La posizione è ottima, la struttura è situata a meno di dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, e nei dintorni sono presenti molti servizi come la fermata del tram, bar e minimarket. Infine, Julia è stata estremamente premurosa e disponibile! Purtroppo in bagno non è presente il bidet.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza della host Julia, la sua premura nel fornirci indicazioni e suggerimenti utili per la nostra permanenza a Firenze e la sua disponibilità nel venire incontro alle nostre richieste,come quella di poter rimanere in struttura con i bagagli sino all'orario di partenza in stazione Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'erogazione dell'acqua calda in doccia,in quanto dopo un utilizzo prolungato, iniziava ad uscire fredda. Avremmo voluto venire a conoscenza prima della problematica in modo da effettuare docce a distanza di tempo l'uno dall'altra. Le bottigliette di acqua non sono state fornite giornalmente come indicato all'inizio
• Blin (1/5): Attention aux voleurs et au manque d’honnêteté !!! - Nous avons séjourné, dans la chambre d’hôte seulement deux nuits. La première nuit s’est passé sans problème particulier, le matin suivant nous avons laissé nos affaires personnels en chambre et avons laissé le lit en partie défait. A notre retour dans la chambre d’hôte le soir même nous avons pu constater que du personnel était entré dans la chambre que nous avons loué sans nous avertir, avait fait le lit, s’était servi dans notre nourriture, déplacés des affaires personnelles et que mon IPad que j’avais laissé sur la petite table d’appoint accroché au mur M’AVAIT ÉTÉ VOLÉ. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire de l’établissement qui a gentiment sous entendu que nous étions responsable de cette perte et qu’elle n’avait rien à voir là dedans et que nous avions qu’à mieux chercher de notre côté.. (bien sûr l’iPad bornait à ce moment là dans un endroit de Florence que nous avions pas visité et auquel nous n’étions à ce moment même). Nous avons alors porté plainte et lancé un litige Booking pour lesquels nous sommes à leurs actuels sans réponses. La propriétaire et sont personnels rencontrés s’étaient alors (oralement) engagés à nous remboursés les objects volés avant de nous contredire et à nouveau nous tenir responsable du problème devant Booking.

Located near busy street so could be noisy at night but our host left earplugs to sleep comfortably through the night. Easy to reach and check-in, great communication with hosts.
• Lars (9/5): Fußläufig alles erreichbar - Schöne Wohnung. Von hier aus kann man zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn direkt zum Bahnhof fahren. Wir waren allerdings immer zu Fuß unterwegs. In der Nähe befindet sich auch ein Café zum frühstücken. Für das einchecken bekommt man alle Daten kurzfristig mitgeteilt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin.. Mit offenen Fenster schlafen dürfte keine gute Idee sein, da Verkehr doch sehr laut. Mit geschlossenen Fenster war es ok

Flexible and friendly check-in/check-out processes. Friendly staff, specially the host Julia who provided support and recommendations for meals. No soundproofing in the room; bed was very low and not so comfortable for person 50+; unsecure feeling after realising that someone visited to my room and took some snacks without permission.

• Chiara (6/5): Wie beworben aber enorm ringhörig. - Wie beworben. Sehr ringhörig, schlecht isolierte Türen. Verkehr sehr gut hörbar. Die Haupttüre ist extrem laut wenn sie auf- sowie zugeht und man hat das Gefühl die anderen Gäste sind im eigenen Zimmer.

Номер неуютный: огромная кровать- большая часть помещения, 2 пластиковых стула и открытая вешалка-2 металлических прута. Весь комфорт. Долго находиться неприятно.

• Brigitte (8/5): Um Florenz zu erkunden, ist das eine super gute Unterkunft. - Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und proaktiv über alles informiert. Auch wenn ich Fragen hatte, wurden diese sehr schnell beantwortet. Ich fand die Einrichtung sehr schön und es war blitz sauber. Im Badezimmer hatte es während meinem Aufenthalt sehr speziell gerochen. Habe das gemeldet und sie haben sich sehr bemüht diesen Mengel zu beheben. Leider ist der Geruch nicht weggegangen.

• EUN JOO (8/5): - 깨끗하고 매일 청소해 주었다. 뜨거운 물도 잘 나와서 샤워하는데 불편함이 없었다. 공간이 좁지 않아서 편했다. 기차역이랑 도보 10분 거리에 있다. 바로 옆이 트램이 지나는 길이라 예민한 사람은 잠잘 때 불편할 수도 있다.

• Martin (9/5): Excelente habitación, muy completa, super limpia, ubicación ideal si llegas en tren a Florencia. - El hospedaje es muy amplio, el baño muy cómodo y nuevo, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias como mesa y sillas, percheros, espacio para maletas, etc. La cama es super amplia y es muy limpio. Hay una cafetera tipo nespreso a disposición. La atención de Julia ha sido fantástica, siempre atenta a todo y nos dio muchas recomendaciones muy buenas. Lo único que creo que hay que considerar es que se escucha bastante el ruido del tranvía ya que pasa por la misma ventana de la habitación. Para remediarlo, nos han provisto de unos tapones auditivos en caso de necesitarlos para dormir. El tv es algo pequeño para las dimensiones de la habitación.

• Evelyn (5/5): Very very very basic. - It was in a convenient location and cheap. It was clean too and the bed was comfortable. The owner checked in regularly through text with recommendations for places to go. There was no fridge. There was a coffee machine but that’s no use if you don’t drink coffee. I don’t. The coffee cups were tiny! No milk or creamer. There was only one power outlet to charge a phone or plug anything in which was poor.

Мы приехали рано утром, чемоданы сразу оставили в отеле, а по моей просьбе нас заселили раньше, как только освободился номер. Джулия очень быстро всё подготовила и пригласила нас. Отдельная благодарность Джулии: всегда на связи, советовала где поесть и что посмотреть, интересовалась, всё ли нам нравится. Очень приятное и внимательное отношение! Отель чистый, в номере есть кофемашина с вкусным кофе, хорошие ванные принадлежности и удобный душ. Всё необходимое рядом, можно дойти пешком. Нам всё очень понравилось, рекомендуем! Утром довольно шумно из-за транспорта за окном, но это скорее особенность расположения в центре города

She asked until she was sure of my comfort. All information came through booking before logging in. Then Julia said she could send it via whatsapp if I wanted, but there was no need. She said that since I left early from the check-in time, I could leave my luggage until the room was ready without me asking. The same thing applies when leaving. Actually, there's nothing I don't like. It would be better if there was a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, but I had already come knowing this. That's why I didn't drop points. Julia helps in every way anyway.

The Air Conditioner was perfect too and I'm from Ireland so needed it cool a lot. I would certainly agree that perhaps even a common refrigerator in the corridor to share with other rooms would have been perfect but there's lots of shops in walking distance that have ice and cold drinks if you need them I used the Conad near the train station on Largo Fratelli Alinari. Florence is just beautiful and I always recommend a Guru walking tour (pay what you want) on and this was an absolute BONUS experience, I went to a Pasta making and free as much as you can drink wine evening and WOW. It blew me away how amazing this was. I booked via Get Your Guide App and is was at the Via de' Bardi, 23 r, 50100. Stunning!
