Etienne (2/5): WORST STAY EVER. - The apartment is very big and spacious. Avoid if you can. It’s such a shame because the apartment is quite pretty, got lots of sun light throughout the day. But it’s very dirty, there wasn’t a house manual to show you on how to use oven, washing machine etc We tried to use the washing machine and it got stuck with our cloths in. I had to leave it there. There’s NO WiFi, I’ve messaged the host and she SAID the it was there. I’ve sent photos of the place that it was supposed to be and no answer was given. No even soap for the bathroom was provided. The amount of kitchen soap provided was ridiculous. I feel very disappointed with the stay, it was supposed to celebrate my mums birthday but instead we just worried about things in the flat. No support was given at all.
