• Ana Liviana (10/5): Soggiorno piacevolissimo - Appartamento ben arredato con tutto quello che si ha bisogno quando si viaggia per un po di tempo,lavatrice,asciugatrice (che noi non abbiamo usato)il kit di cortesia ,tutto molto pulito.ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Se dovesse ritornare a Seul sicuramente torneremmo qui.

• Hui-Ju (9/5): - 住宿地點非常方便，距地鐵站近，樓下有兩間便利超商，路口就有Olive Young。房間乾淨整潔，幾乎所有需要的東西房內都有，兩張床中的雙人床令人印象深刻的舒適！ 我住的這間沒有窗景。Wifi穩定但有點慢。

• Claudia (10/5): Maravillosa - La ubicación es excelente, la vista hermosa, el anfitrión es muy amable, contestaba los mensajes muy rápido. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí. Lo único que no me gustó es tener que cambiar de habitación cuando reservamos por varios días y que había polvo debajo de la cama.

• Ines (10/5): Ich würde beim nächsten Seoul Besuch wieder dort buchen. - Ich war das fünfte Mal in diesem Appartement Haus und es war das Beste Appartement.Wir hatten zwei Vorhänge vor dem Fenster die gut die Kälte draussen lassen und alles optimal verdunkeln.Betten waren sehr bequem . Es hat uns zumindest an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Zentrale Lage und die Nähe zur Bahn Linie 2 ist optimal. Für uns gab es nichts auszusetzen.

• hiromi (9/5): とてもリラックスして過ごせた - タオルは沢山ありました。加湿器をリクエストしたら途中で用意してくれた優しいオーナーさんです 。コーヒーメーカーは無いけど電気ポットがあるので、ドリップコーヒーを持っていくと良いです。料理はしないけど、キッチンがあるとちょっとした洗い物ができて快適です。 ソファがあるかと思って行ったら無かったので、ちょっと残念

• Angelica (3/5): Disappointed - It’s very close to the mall that has everything that enrede I even find diapers for my baby, medicine. It’s a nice area. I really like the products the place had for body care. And that the laundry was at least clean and functional the dryer as well. Me. Kim can answer your needs right away but not sure how much he can get things done. This place was very filthy the bathroom, the fridge and the kitchen had bad smell. When I arrived I wash my hands and the sink it was clogged. I chose this place because I saw a good rating about cleaning but it was very disappointing. It’s ok if the place is from another year if they maintain the property. The bathroom is broken apart. It was the most disgusted fungus in the shower that door was scary. I just can’t believe after he fix the sink, because I told the person, he didn’t send no one to clean that place the next day it was at least the less he should do. I spend 6 days It was very uncomfortable. I travelled so long with my 2yo and I didn’t have the energy for looking for another place also I will lose my money. Otherwise I wouldn’t think twice.

• Lian (10/5): Excellent location to public transport. Comfortable stay. Responsive host. - We stayed in a studio apartment that had a queen bed and a single bed. Location was excellent being near diagonally opposite the Hyundai Department store - Trade Center branch. There are 2 convenience stores (CU and 7 Eleven) at ground level of Sinan Metro Khan building which is super handy. We bought the Climate travel card from the CU convenience store who has a worker that speaks English and was very helpful telling us we need to add money to the card at the metro station machines. The host Mr Kim is very responsive and informative. The studio apartment was well catered for in terms of microwave, large fridge, hot water kettle, and amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toothbrushes, hand wash, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags. Netflix was provided too which we were glad to watch some English speaking TV shows during our stay. You can easily walk to the Coex mall which has the Starfield library and Sealife Aquarium via the basement level (-1 level) of the Hyundai Department store. There is an Olive Young store very close. The nearest metro station - Samseong station is about 5 minutes walk. Apartment also close to bus stops. The shower cubicle walls could do with a splash of bleach and a scrub to get the mould off from the wall grout. A couple of teaspoons would have been useful. No tea or coffee provided.

• Ирина Дан (10/5): - Отличное расположение. Около ТЦ Coex и знаменитых "ручек". Далековато от исторических дворцов, но близко к разным тц. Мини-кваритра. Есть все необходимое. Хорошие кровати, отличный санузел с нормальной душевой кабиной. Есть мини кухня, можно готовить, если надо. Даже стиральная и сушильная машины есть. Все работает. Прямо не выходя на улицу, на первом этаже круглосуточные магазинчики 7_eleven и CU. Хороший интернет. Остались очень довольны!!!! Огромное спасибо хозяину.!!!! Бесконтактное заселение. Вся информация понятна. Не было такого. Разве что вид из окна. Но не для этого приезжали!

The location was great, 5 min walk from the subway, from the COEX mall, just beside a CU and a 7 eleven, plenty of restaurants and bars. Easy to store the luggages before the check-in. • SAKURA (10/5): - 仁川空港からCOEX行きのリムジンバスで行くことができるので楽ちんでした。三成駅も近くにあるので滞在中も江南やソンスなどの人気のスポットに短時間で行くことができます。 部屋は多少年季がある部分もありますし、トイレバスに仕切りが無いので抵抗がある方はいるかと思います。寝泊まりだけで十分なら気にならない程度です。 室内に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのも便利です。とくに乾燥機があるところはあんまり無いので、着替えなど最小限で済ませられます。 今回泊まった部屋のドアが閉まりにくく、何回かエラーになってしまいました。防犯上、オートロックがきちんと閉まっているのを確認してからエレベーターに乗った方がいいです。

• 영혜 (7/5): - 위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 낙후된 시설이나 침대가 불편하긴했지만 그 모든것이 상쇄될 만큼 위치는 너무 좋았습니다. 지하철역과 가깝고 맞은편에 별마당도서관과 백화점이 있어서 편리했어요. 근처에 사무실이 많아 음식점도 다양하게 있어 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 침대 꺼짐이 좀 불편했어요. 시설이 오래되서 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났지만 크게 신경쓰일 정도는 아니였어요.

• Kamilya (5/5): Great location, affordable, but not clean enough - The location is good, there are many places nearby. It has everything in it, like kitchen with utensils, washing machine and drier (haven’t used any of it though). I don’t know where all the perfect reviews are coming from. Maybe it was just my flat, but the level of cleanliness was quite low. I didn’t feel comfortable from the moment of entering the apartment. It felt like somebody lived there and left it urgently. The toilet seat had some black stain on it (I tried to clean it several times, so it was clean, but was really disturbing visually). There were stains on the walls and furniture here and there, so I felt very disgusted. There wasn’t bedsheet for some reason, just mattress cover, a blanket with duvet cover and pillows with pillowcases on it. I slept wrapped in blanket like burrito as I didn’t want to sleep on mattress cover. To be honest, I was super happy to finally leave the place
