• Munawar (1/5): Bad - Property was ok But the staff was very bad first of all they start asking tax separately but it was even included in the booking via booking.com And when we said we will not pay anything separate than what we have paid already Then they said that we will not provide you the breakfast It was also even included in the booking via booking.com So they tried their best to take some extra money from us That’s why I can not recommend this property to anyone specially from overseas They don’t have professional staff They are all just cheaters 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 and money grabbers

• Asia (3/5): Location is good, basic place for few hours rest - The location is fantastic and they have a secure car park. They did provide us with an additional bed for my child, free of charge. Breakfast was also good The bedding wasn't changed in-between guests. This seems to be common in many places around Pakistan. Basic hygiene needs to be followed its unfair to make guests sleep in dirty sheets Stains all over the bedsheets, pillows and body hair from previous guest. It's okay if your staying for a night or 2 for resting. I was provided with additional bedding which I had to change myself

Unfortunately, I faced multiple issues during my stay, which I believe are important for your attention. The room I was assigned had significant traffic noise, which made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. The LCD in the room was not functioning, which limited my options for relaxation. The phone in the room was also out of order, making it impossible to communicate with hotel staff when needed. There was no night light in the room, which caused inconvenience during the nighttime. Hot water was unavailable, which was a major concern for comfort. Basic amenities like tissues were missing, which was surprising and disappointing. While I appreciate the efforts of your team and the overall ambiance of the hotel, these issues made my stay less comfortable than expected. I hope these concerns are addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

• Rubab (1/5): Bad - Daytimestaff is goosander location is good... I stayed for like more than 3 days, and it was worse. Specially the evening staff - front desk Receptionist Danish iqbal was very Rude and was keep asking to pay money for the Room and services in odd timings knocking at Door and the evening and early Staff was not very cooperative. After so many reminders they came to clean the room and change the sheets after 2 days and when I asked about laundry, they said we need money so we can fo it here and you can pay whatever you want. For towel, they did not even provide on time. Breakfast after 2 hours, they said shifted changed, so the previous guy forgot. It was deliberately happening because of the front desk guy . I tried calling their director operations, but there no answer. Not recommended, plus I saw mostly dating couples here.

• Khan (1/5): Bad - There was nothing to like about that hotel ! Dirty place, the toilet was dirty and the staff was not there to clean. Furniture was broken even in the bed. Tab water was given in mineral water bottles and was charged in Bill. bad smell in the whole premises. Asked for air freshener but the staff at night duty were rude as it's not a five star hotel. The location was very noisy as it was on the main road.. it was a very bad experience.
