Se aplican tarifas turísticas abusivas (6 euros por persona y noche), lo que debería tenerse en cuenta a la hora de establecer el precio del alojamiento, que per se ya es bastante costoso para instalaciones y ubicación.

Camera luminosa con affaccio su strada, molto gradevole. Pulizia impeccabile. Lo staff è stato molto cortese sia per depositare i bagagli al nostro arrivo sia il giorno del check-out.

• Elenia maria fatima (1/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B con grandi aspettative, purtroppo però l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. La stanza non era pulita come ci si aspetterebbe: le coperte erano sporche e davano una sensazione di scarsa igiene. Inoltre durante la notte c’era un forte odore di fumo che entrava nella stanza, rendendo molto difficile dormire e creando un ambiente davvero sgradevole. Per un posto che dovrebbe offrire comfort e riposo, queste sono mancanze piuttosto gravi. Mi auguro che la struttura migliori la pulizia e faccia maggiore attenzione al rispetto degli spazi non fumatori, perché così l’esperienza non è stata affatto piacevole.

• Sara (9/5): Ci ritornerei volentieri! - La stanza è pulita, accogliente e ristrutturata dotata di tutto il necessario per passare un weekend fuori porta. La posizione è perfetta, dovendo raggiungere sia DumBO che il centro storico a piedi, è a metà tra i due e ci ha permesso di spostarci molto comodamente. L’host Alessandro è molto gentile e ci ha dato anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Niente, è andato tutto benissimo!

• Kai (6/5): Preis-/Leistung stimmten hier nicht. - Es war sauber. Die fussläufige Entfernung zur Stadt war gut. Vor der Unterkunft war eine große Baustelle, von der wir nichts wussten, die bis in die Stadt führte. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig. Vor dem Fenster waren Gitterstäbe, die vor Einbruch schützen sollten. Zusammen mit dem Blick auf eine schmutzige Dachfläche knapp unter dem Fenster, kam es uns vor, wie ein Blick aus dem Gefängnis . Das Zimmer war auch sehr klein.

Pokój bardzo wygodny i czysty. Udogodnienia znakomite. Do oceny 10/10 zabrakło mi czegoś nieoczywistego. Czegoś, co przekroczyłoby znacznie moje oczekiwania. Ale nie oznacza, to, że nie był to pobyt idealny.

• JOACHIM (7/5): Für eine Nacht OK; - Das Zimmer war wohl vor kurzem renoviert worden und soweit sauber sogar mit einer kleinen Terrasse; Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und auch Kekse für ein schnelles Frühstück; dazu noch einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Für eine Nacht völlig OK, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis Das Haus war etwas schwierig zu finden, wurden aber per WhatsApp mit der Kontaktperson geleitet. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes befand sich in der Straße eine Großbaustelle, was insbesondere die Anfahrt und das Parken etwas schwieriger machten. Aber das ist höhere Gewallt und nicht vom Vermieter beeinflussbar. Für eine Nacht völlig OK.

Location was near center but it was a flat in a building not a independent building. It was in a street full of bars. We reached there at night og it was not that safe for a family with children.
