• MIRIAM (1/5): Lo único las vistas y la ubicación - Las vistas y la ubicación El piso está en una planta 15 y desde la 14 tienes que subir andando el mando del televisor no funciona, el mando del garaje tampoco, no teníamos gas se llamo y dijeron que vendrían a darnos la bombona que nunca llegó la ducha no sale el Agua bien sale un chorrito pequeño platos casi no te dejan no tienes jabón de fregar no tienen detalles con el cliente lo máximo que tienes es unas toallas y un papel higiénico el toldo está rajado por la mitad no lo puedes meter por qué lo tienen atado las tumbonas tampoco estaban solo una y rota las llaves del portal no abrían de los dos juegos de llaves necesitas sacar los dos por qué uno abrís el portal y el otro la puerta de casa tener que ir a por las llaves y a dejar las llaves a la oficina tampoco me parece cómodo para el cliente y después de todo esto te piden la fianza de 200€ que me parece que suficiente el precio del piso

• Gladys (5/5): Buenas vistas al mar, - La ubicación cerca de la playa, lo espaciosa que era, la terraza impresionante .Tenia 3 aire condicionado,,con lo cual estaba fresco el piso El sofá cama muy duro y antiguo. La llave del apartamento no abría, Los mandos de la TV y aire acondicionado les faltaba las tapas, El toldo de la terraza no funcionaba. No había bombona de butano para la barbacoa.No había ningún detalle poco la vavajilla, esponja lavar…,,.etc,. Todo esto se lo comunique a Booking y no me solucionaron nada.

• Jan (4/5): Awful - View was lovely poor cleanliness, dirty walls, mattresses slid off beds, poor cooking facilities, no trays or racks in oven, so unable to use, no lock on bathroom door, front door not fitted properly, had to clean patio doors as was filthy on arrival, bathroom un hygienic, clothes horse falling to pieces, dusty, no bowls, poor cutlery.beds very uncomfortable, sofa bed in living room, very uncomfortable to sit on. wall sockets in bedroom loose. Extremally disappointed

• Louise (1/5): No just no. Don’t put yourself through it! - The location and view from balcony Where to start… it’s dangerous! The electrics don’t work, the sockets or lights do not work. Broken glass which has been left cracked for months. The shower door does not shut and water is everywhere, my mum slipped and hurt herself. The bbq is filthy, you would catch food poisoning and has cockroaches round it. The blinds don’t shut, black spots in the beds. Due to the faulty electrics the cooker hob is faulty and the kettle overheats. No oven trays, no bowls, no sink plug. The keys are very temperamental. Awning is broken and so are the patio chairs - they are taped together. Reported this and no maintenance man came out, we had to leave and they did not refund and actually was very rude and disgusting, we evidenced everything with pictures and videos. My advice is do not put yourselves through the trauma, honestly it’s bad.
• Marion (6/5): Didn't meet expectations - The view was fantastic. Bed comfy but small. Air-conditioning efficient The awning didn't work as it was broken. No sink plug or washing up bowl. Bbq unusable due to not being cleaned. No cleaning products whatsoever. No wine glasses or bowls. Grease from bbq attracted cockroaches. Lounger had been repaired with tape. All this has been advised to letting agent. Key has to be collected and returned to letting agent. A 20 minute walk away.
• Wil (5/5): Apartment with a very poor price-performance ratio. - The location and the terrace. The mattresses were okay, the beds are narrow if you are used to 180 cm. Actually, the rest! The photos are deceiving, the decor is such that it looks beautiful on the photos. In reality exactly the opposite. The refrigerator in the living-room, also the broom cupboard! No sofa in the living room, but a bed, with a second mattress that you can slide out from underneath. So, in fact a 3-bedroom flat. The terrace has 6 plastic chairs. With 1 lounger, for 6 people! The beautiful, green loungers, were no longer available. See the photos in the review on this site from last year, 2023, June. All that for 130 euros per night in the first week of June.
• Alix (7/5): Good - love the area quiet location love the balcony views comfy beds nicely made beds/towels folded nice touch clean and newshower cubicle no wine glasses no tumblers no bowls only plates only 1 sun lounger no plug for kitchen sink
• Bunning (1/5): Unusable bathroom, floods and just an overall terrible time. - The balcony. The shower flooded after one use and the whole bathroom was unusable all weekend. The staff put the phone down when trying to get someone to the apartment to fix it. We needed to be placed else where with a functional bathroom and they refused to do this. Someone did eventually come to fix it after several hours, but it was flooding again after the shower was used. It was a horrible weekend as we had to remain in the apartment all weekend mopping water otherwise it would have flooded the whole apartment. The small amount of towels that were provided we needed to use for mopping. They said they would give us some more and they never came. The apartment is very small. Much smaller than pictures show. Not suitable for 6 people to stay in. Also it stated there was on site parking, and there is no parking. Broken furniture and marks all over the walls and floor. Not enough cups, plates etc. Overall. A terrible place to stay and would never recommend anyone stay here again. Poor. Hugely unsuitable 200 euro deposit for such a badly looked after property.

• Alix (7/5): Good - The view was absolutely amazing the balcony perfect size and so good to get the views and sun all day long location nice and quiet next to the beach and shops and a few restaurants A lovely walk away from the old town and strip and taxis available easily to go to and from if you need comfy beds black out rollers despite the few negatives that can easily be fixed we would definitely stay again very good service from booking.com shower poor limescale build up all over none of jets or big shower head works... did not function well seals all stained and looks dirty and old handle missing from shower door to slide open deep cleaning poor in bathroom lots of yellowing stained dirty areas around toilet in corner of door mirror frame broken in bathroom toilet roll holder rusty could be perfect with deep clean andnew shower bathroom smells very musty if u close the window so left open wholestay sun loungers rusty and chords all broken some chairs cracked need table or drawers in bedroom opposite front door to put lamp on only has small shelving at side of bed so lamp on floor bedroom air con not working needed cereal bowls

• Helen (9/5): It's all about the view and location. - Stunning view, quiet location, very close to beach with convenience store below as well as restaurants. Kitchen small but adequate. Weather too nice to use living room so all time was spent on amazing terrace. Beds were comfortable. Aircon throughout, if needed. The shower has seen better days! A side panel is becoming detached from the walls and the main shower head is broken.
