We will definitely be back. There's nothing we didn't like. I'd just be mindful of the step down into the living area from the hallway and kitchen as it can be hard to see.

• Joe (9/5): Great location, quiet and close to restaurants - Perfect for our needs and our family get together. Villa is end of row and v quiet. All facilities you would expect. Pool was nice. Short walk to Marina and shops and restaurants. Not our first or last visit to P.Calero - we usually book villas locally - so this was a good experience Aircon only in living room. We had a visit from the Camino from the Sahara, so we had several 30-35° days and sweaty nights. Still enjoyed ourselves hugely.

Very spacious and clean and amazing views from all windows! Walk to the shops was down a massive hill- not easy to buy water and carry it up.

Very good amenieties. 10 minutes walk to restaurants and cafes. Very quiet residential area. Port of Calero has daily boat bus to Puerto de Carmen (10mins) or you can walk the coast path, a busier vibe if too quiet for you at Calero. Spa supermarket 10 min drive away. Small supermarket in the Port. Our week we had unprecedented heat did not drop below 30 degrees in October. Even though there was air conditioning in lounge, it would of been nice in bedrooms. Sleeps x6 , so a family or friends , comparible villas have a games room or pool table.However it was ok for us. No welcome pack. Water and tea or coffee only.

• Gilroy (10/5): Beautiful Marina with a great variety of restaurants. Great holiday for a family - The villa was amazing. The views are just stunning. Pool was a good size. Puerto Calero is the nicest part of Lanzarote in my opinion. Near enough to Puerto Del Carmen if you want a bit of night life but if your objective is to have a calm safe holiday you wont find better. The Marina was less than a 10 minute walk away and if you were tired going back to the villa you could grab a taxi for €3/€4 euro. The only complaint I had and its a small one was sometimes you would notice the noise from the hiper dino building work that was going on. The good news is that Puerto Calero will have a good supermarket in the near future.

• Deborah (10/5): Wonderful! - The most lovely and well-equipped villa I’ve ever stayed at. The villa has everything you could possibly need and is beautifully furnished. The views from the terrace are wonderful and the location is perfect - very peaceful and secluded yet just a short distance to the harbour with shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing- it was perfect!
• Colin (10/5): Beautiful villa in great location! - We loved the size, location and amenities at the villa. We read another review that mentioned that the photos don't do the property justice - I think this is fair as the villa exceeded our expectations and gave us the wow factor when we first set foot in the property. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in all but the living room. However, the property had loads of opening windows and doors, and I am not sure why you would go to a villa and location like this to sit inside anyway! Perhaps air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been better as there were a few hot nights. It is peaceful enough to sleep with windows and doors open though, and we didn't get attacked by any bugs in the night.
