El restoran parece estar muy bueno pero no hicimos a tiempo de ir (cierra temprano) Pedimos camas separadas y nos dijeron que no tienen esa opción dentro del hotel para la categoría de habitación que habíamos reservado

Tom (7/5): - Stylish, and the room was great. Location is exceptional, and the breakfast was cooked really nicely! The overall experience was ok. We came back one evening to find that our room hadn’t been cleaned. The bar that is advertised wasn’t working through our stay, and they didn’t have any bottles of soft drinks or beer to offer instead (despite the fact that there must be a store somewhere from which to refill the minibars?) Staff slightly inexperienced currently, so maybe the overall experience will improve for guests in the future

Polite staff at the reception with their outstanding service and support, they even press the elevator button for the guests, this is something that I have never ever experienced it in my entire life, I am a regular traveler due to my work requirement, I have never seen such a service before, I personally congratulate the Botique hotel staff and the management 3. The young staff at the breakfast, they were also amazing and very professional in their service and handling the breakfast, they showed that they were up to standards even beyond the standards. All was perfectly good

Hugo (7/5): Ligging fantastisch, personeel prima, maar wel wat kanttekeningen - De ligging is fantastisch, kan bijna niet beter; op loopafstand van alles wat leuk is in Kopenhagen. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij aankomst 's morgens vroeg konden we gelijk een van de drie kamers in. Prima. Wat tegenviel was het ontbijt; geen buffet maar een soort keuzesysteem met een aantal opties, en als je iets meer wilde moest er bijbetaald worden. Mijn vrouw eet glutenvrij en dat was nergens in Kopenhagen een probleem, behalve bij het hotel; zij kon bijna niets eten en er was geen enkele aanpassing, ook niet de tweede dag. Dat viel wat tegen. De ontbijtruimte is ook te klein, er was beide dagen niet genoeg ruimte voor de gasten. Het 'overschot' werd naar de wijnkelder verwezen waar het nogal donker is. In de kamer was airco die niet merkbaar werkte maar wel veel lawaai maakte. Ik heb lang gezocht naar een manier om die uit te zetten maar dat bleek alleen te kunnen door de receptie te vragen dat te doen, zelf uitzetten ging niet.

Richard (10/5): It was just perfect :-) - We spent a long weekend in Copenhagen at the Hotel Herman K. The hotel is in a perfect location, very modern with exceptional design, an excellent breakfast, and, above all, polite and attentive staff—the likes of which I’ve rarely encountered. Dinner—we had a 5-course meal—was also exceptional. I highly recommend everyone stop by here at least once.

So many places in walking distance. And the subway station is 2 minutes away, which makes the airport transfer super convenient (12 minutes door to door). Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast served between 7am and 10am. Great service and very friendly and efficient front desk team. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

La ubicación del hotel era excelente, se podía llegar a todas partes andando. Lo único que no me gustó de la habitacion fue que no hubiera separación física entre la ducha y el resto del baño.
Beth (10/5): - We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a short visit (only one night), but we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Copenhagen. It was perfectly located close to tourist attractions and Metro stops. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

Toby (10/5): Amazing stay and great staff but your financial data is not safe - Great location and a wonderful base to explore Copenhagen from. Really well kept and fantastic staff. The food was also really great a breakfast. They lost my data and scammers contacted me. They have never come back to me with how they managed to lose my data. I was contacted on the Whattsapp twice by someone pretending to be from the hotel reception seeking money. I suspect a staff member must have passed our details to scammers, or been the scammer or lastly they may have been hacked.
Lotte (8/5): - Beliggenhed , seng , badeværelses og sæbe/ shampoo. Baren i underetagen Skulle vente 5-7 minutter da vi kom da der overhovedet ikke var personale- kl var 17 hvor det er typisk indtjekning. Og morgenmaden var lidt småligt at man skal betale ekstra for en omelet på et 5 stjernet hotel.

Dianne (7/5): Staff were so helpful, and perfect location. - Breakfast very good, best thing about this hotel was definitely the location. We had a couple of issues with the shower, it was blocked, and gave off a bad smell. The staff at the hotel soon moved us to a better room.

christian (5/5): Flot hotel - skuffende teknik. - Super morgenmad, fantastisk imødekommende personale, flot hotel. Jeg købte opgradering inden ankomst. Lidt større værelse og velkomst champagne. Champagnen manglende dog, på trods af mails om at det var klar ved ankomst. Jeg tænkt ok ingen katastrofe. Det mest skuffende var dog aircondition. Der var hamrende varmt på værelse 305, så vi åbnede vinduet den første nat. Det næste nat skruede jeg ned for aircondition. Det skule jeg aldrig have gjort. Vi vågnede 4 gange den nat pga. sindssyg støj fra anlægget. Støj der var så høj at det skar i ørene. Jeg blev derfor nød til at skrue op for varmen på aircon igen så aircondition blev slået fra - 4 gange den nat blev vi vækket af skærende lyd - ulideligt at sove til. Det var skuffende og levede ikke op til 5 stjernet standard.

Hans Joergen (3/5): Kommer neppe tilbake - Det beste ved hotellet var beliggenheten. Det beste ved rommet var badet. Noe mer positivt er det ikke ved det hotellet. Rommet var altfor lite som dobbeltrom. Garderoben minimal. Ingen plass til å plassere kofforten. Utsjekking kl. 11 er for tidlig (normalt i Europa er kl. 12)

Robert (6/5): Good location, but the rooms can be tiny. - The location close to the train line to the airport. Free wine in the evening was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious. The small double room is tiny. If you have a lot of luggage or you would like a bigger room, don’t choose the small double paid for.

TINA (10/5): The perfect hotel for my unexpected stay in Copenhagen - Dennis & Fredrik were both very helpful to me. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Best nights sleep I had I over 2 weeks of traveling!! Everything was great. No complaints.

Mohr & Mohr (8/5): Super vriendelijke. - Super vriendelijke personeel, schoon en mooie kamers. Hotel is heel centraal gelegen bij de metro en de bekende winkelstraat van Kopenhagen. Eigenlijk niets.
Ewa (9/5): Många små goda ting, skapar en stabil o trygga plattform. - Mycket proffsig personal. Läcker o smart miljö på liten yta. Excellent läge. Lite små rum. Men uppvägdes av att allt annat var perfekt.
