• Zarja (8/5): Tastefully furnished spacious flat near the University of Graz - The apartment is located in the hospital district, close to the old town centre and University of Graz, where our conference was held. The place was spacious, very comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything we needed, plus a lovely balcony. What I especially appreciated was how tastefully furnished the flat was — it avoided that tacky, overly generic Airbnb aesthetic and genuinely felt like a real home. Check-in and access were also very straightforward. One unpleasant surprise on the first morning was the ants, which I assume were coming through small holes in the walls, possibly attracted by the coffee mugs we had left in the sink overnight. Another downside for me was the curtains, which did not block out the street lights at all, so the room stayed quite bright during the night.

• Ali (9/5): Gayet iyi, sorunsuz bir konaklama. Rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir. - Konumu toplu taşıma duraklarına çok yakın. Merkeze de erişilebilir mesafedeydi. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Güzel, rahat bir daire. Temassız check in de işleri hızlandırıyor. Yatak biraz daha rahat olabilirdi.

• Raucher (9/5): Peaceful and comfortable and convenient - Great location with great access to bus and tram services. Comfortable apartment, kitchen, balcony, lounge room and nice bedroom. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Clothes washer and drying rack very convenient. Some occasional ambulances sirens as located near the hospital, but not too bad Shower head holder broken. Management informed and indicated they would remedy and update it. Seemed appreciative of my informing them, which is a good sign
• Heidi (10/5): - Die Lage direkt zur Meduni ist für uns ideal. Strassenbahn, Bus, Bäcker usw alles vor der Tür. Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht.

Moeilijke deur, toen we ze niet dicht kregen, kwam er wel direct iemand helpen, top, maar we vonden dat toch een beetje lastig. Ik vond de matras niet goed, stond elke morgen met rugpijn op, mijn man vond de matras prima.

Der Vermieter reagiert promt, die Modalitäten für den Bezug des Appartements funktionierten einwandfrei. Ich habe das Appartement für ein Paar gebucht, die beide vollst zufrieden waren und beim nächsten Graz- Aufenthalt wieder diese Unterkunft wählen würden! Das Appartement ist ruhig und sehr gut gelegen, wenn man nicht unbedingt mitten im Zentrum sein möchte!

Das Appartement ist schön, sauber, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht- Fön, Waschmaschine, Küche usw.. Das Doppelbett ist sehr komfortabel. Ich habe ausgezeichnet geschlafen. Vermieter immer per Mail erreichbar. Parkplätze in der Schanzlgasse direkt vorm Haus. Mo - Fr gebührenpflichtig.

The apartment has all the amenities one could need for a short stay. The bed is comfortable and there is enough space for two people. We felt a bit cold inside in the first night we arrived.

It is equipped with anything you might need for a short or longer stay (even 2 coffee machines). The beds were very comfy. The location is perfect when visiting the LKH or MedUni. The host was very helpful when solving an unexpected issue. I definitely recommend.

• Jelena (9/5): For recommendation!!! - The property is very good, spacious and comfortable. It provides everything that you need for your shot or long staying. It is clean, well organized and everything is in order. The location is good, 10-15 minutes walk to the old city center. All credit to the owner for his dedication and organization that our stay in the apartment was very pleasant. Probably to postpone the checkout for later, 11 am 😁since the cleaning lady was there almost 10 minutes before 10 when we were supposed to leave the property.

• Zhitian (9/5): Pretty good! - The facilities in the apartment is awesome. It's perfect for one or two persons to stay. It has kitchen and includes almost all the stuff for cooking (especially the caffe machine). The bathroom also includes necessary cleaning stuff for shower and washing machine. The apartment is near a loud street, hospital and church. So you can hear the traffic, ambulance and even helicopter 🚁. But I wear earplugs all the time in the apartment, so it was fine. I would recommend people who stay here to wear earplugs, just in case.
