This is a small hotel in a border town. It is OK for where it is, but not at the same standard as Bangkok or other big cities in Thailand.

- Ian (4/5): Far from a Palace. - Good wifi, off road parking but limited.
Burger stall outside.
Staff helpful but limited English. Generally Old run down and worn out. Filthy wall tiles in small bathroom. Paintwork marked everywhere, old furniture, wobbly bed, lumpy mattress. Moldy wall in bedroom coming from shower behind. Faded bed linen and towels not pressed.
Restaurant closed except for breakfast. No foreigner breakfast options, only instant coffee and Lipton tea. Noisy residents in next room.

- Yulia (6/5): Unplanned stop in Mae Sai - I had an unplanned night stopover in Mae Sai, and as the last minute choice the hotel was more than fine. Good value for money.
Huge room, comfortable clean bed, hard mattress and decent pillows (it was crucial for me, as I travelled with a jammed neck). Shower looks scary) because of being very "tired". No toothbrush/toothpaste. Unhygienic slippers.
The biggest minus is that in the morning cleaning lady brought her child with her and left him in the hall, while cleaning other rooms. Child was crying, screaming and with all his efforts didn't let people to sleep. Just imagine echo of a cry in the empty hall all morning...
Breakfast is very basic, but, I guess, there are no enough guests in town, and they keep only products that can't go bad fast.
