- Marie (2/5): Central location but disappointing overall - - central location - there was avery strong smell of sewers in the toilet, as well as in the common areas of the building - persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment - very uncomfortable bed -only one small heater on the hall for the whole apartment - we were asked to pay a city tax in cash upon arrival (and no information about this in advance) and when we asked for a receipt we were told we'd receive one "later", but we didn't receive one.

Douche was goed, maar water stroomt niet snel genoeg weg, waardoor alles nat wordt. Geen trekker om droog te maken. Te weinig spullen om te kunnen koken en schoonmaken

- Jordi (4/5): Fotos falses, sorollós i insegur - Molt proper a l'estació de tren. Molt net. El menjador era molt gran. Vam triar l'apartament que era una mica més car per l'equipament que tenia i les configuracions de les habitacions: una amb un llit doble i una amb un llit doble extragran. Tot i haver pagat un apartament superior, l'apartament que ens van donar no era el de les fotos: tenia mobles molt més antics que els que sortien i la configuració de les habitacions era diferent: una tenia llit doble (petit, res proper al king size que s'anunciava) i una altra amb dos llits individuals, en lloc de un doble. Els matalassos no eren gaire còmodes i el coixí era molt prim i no vam descansar bé. L'armari no tenia prou penjadors així que no servia de gran cosa. A la descripció posava que tenia "tetera/cafetera" i de fet a la foto del suposat apartament es podia veure una cafetera. Vaig enviar un missatge a la propietat preguntant on era la cafetera i em van respondre que a la web posava clarament que no n'hi havia, cosa totalment falsa. Vist el to de la resposta, vam preferir no dir res més, ja que a més el pis no és gestionat per cap professional: sembla ser que és un particular que té diversos pisos del mateix edifici posats a lloguer turístic, però no sabíem quina reacció podia tenir la persona i no ens volíem arriscar tenint les nostres coses allà. Una altra falsedat era que tenia forn, quan l'únic que tenia era microones tot i que a la descripció ho posava i a la foto de l'anunci es veia un forn. L'edifici és en una zona insegura. Al portal hi ha una botiga que ven begudes i casi sempre hi havia gent bevent a la porta i els havíem d'esquivar per passar. La porta del carrer estava tancada amb un codi però anava amb un imant que donava la sensació que era molt fàcil d'obrir. Tota l'entrada i l'escala de l'edifici feia mala olor. EDITO: És fals que ens trobessim al "lobby".

Kein Spülschwamm fürs Geschirr, keine Küchentücher…

- Kirsten (9/5): Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Es liegt zentral, war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war z - Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mitten in Amsterdam. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Schlafzimmer sind nicht groß, aber ausreichend, die Betten sind gut. Es war nachts relativ laut, da das Apartment an einer der Hauptverkehrsstraßen in der Nähe des Bahnhofes liegt.

Check in ging soepel. Goede wifi Geen koffie apparaat, stroom in keukenblok deed het niet. Sober ingericht qua glazen ed. Gehorig, vooral de lift. Badkamer geen afzuiging, werd hele natte vochtige ruimte. Geen buiten/balkon.

Above all, the host was very responsive, very considerate and allowed a delayed check-out. The mattresses could be more comfortable and a washing machine would be desirable.

- Antonio (6/5): Genial ubicación pero terribles vecinos - La ubicación es genial. Al lado de la estación central de Amberes. El apartamento estaba bastante limpio y era muy amplio. No te puedes guiar por las fotos ya que mezclan todos los apartamentos que tienen y es muy difícil saber el apartamento que estás eligiendo. Un único rollo de papel higiénico. El menaje de la cocina era muy escaso. Y lo peor sin duda son los ruidos de los vecinos de arriba: movimientos de muebles, peleas, violencia, golpes... y todo siempre de madrugada. Las paredes son de papel. De 5 noches que estuvimos, no pudimos dormir 2.

- Alexander (8/5): Ruim, verzorgd en rustig appartement op een toplocatie - De locatie is uitstekend: vlak bij het Centraal Station, maar omdat het appartement aan de achterzijde ligt, is het heerlijk rustig zonder straatlawaai. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en flexibel rond onze late aankomst. Het appartement is erg ruim, hygiënisch en verzorgd. De grote badkamer met inloopdouche en de aparte woonkamer met Telenet-tv waren grote pluspunten. Het gebouw is vrij gehorig; we konden geluiden van andere appartementen horen. Ook stond de boiler bij aankomst op 40 graden, waardoor we eerst koud water hadden. Een infoblad met instructies voor de boiler en de microgolfoven zou handig zijn. Het bed (140x200 cm) kraakt wat en is aan de krappe kant voor wie groter gewend is. Tot slot ontbrak de rookmelder aan het plafond (houder was leeg) en zijn sommige pannen aan vervanging toe.

Niedaleko parkingi, polecam parking pod dworcem, co prawda jest nieco droższy ale za to nie śmierdzi;) Najbliższy sklep w tym samym budynku, a w najbliższej przecznicy market. Jako ze bylo koło dworca to jednak natężenie dźwięków bylo większe niż na peryferiach, ale lokalizacja nadrabia te niedogodność.

It was super warm when we arrived and we did not know how to lower the heating. We had to open the windows and the street was a bit noisy, for the rest all great.
- Joren (1/5): Slechtste accommodatie ooit! - De ligging in het centrum Van de 4 dagen maar 1 dag een beetje warm water gehad. Eettafel lag kapot op de grond bij aankomst maar hadden geen tijd om het te maken. Stoel was niet te gebruiken, poot was kapot. Kabels lagen los door het appartement. GA HIER NIET HEEN!
- Jason (8/5): Zentral großes Apartment - Das Apartment war sehr groß und zentral gelegen. Bahnhof war in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und der Aufzug ist deutlich zu hören.
- Femke (10/5): We hebben hier heel graag verbleven :) - Appartement en locatie was perfect. Slaapkamers zijn niet ruim maar de woonkamer was erg ruim en dat was heel erg fijn. We konden gemakkelijk ons ding doen. Het appartement was erg goed bereikbaar. In de keuken is er weinig apparatuur en de stopcontacten in de keuken deden het niet. Er waren precies 4 glazen en 4 borden ed wat er voor zorgde dat we de afwas steeds bij moesten houden. Er waren geen handdoekjes voor in de badkamer of het toilet.

- Tobias (5/5): - Fijne locatie bij Antwerpen Centraal station. De boiler deed het telkens niet waardoor wij geen warm water hadden en niet konden douchen. Hierover contact gehad met de eigenaar en zij gaf aan iemand de volgende dat te sturen om naar de boiler te kijken. Er is nooit iemand geweest. De laatste twee dagen hebben wij niet kunnen douchen omdat er geen warm water was. Dus maar met een waterkoker warm water gemaakt en met een washandje moeten schoon maken. Hele slechte service.

- Claudia (7/5): Goed uitgangspunt, weinig slaap - Fijn appartement in het midden van Antwerpen, tegenover het station. Het appartement was niet zoals de foto's van het appartement dat ik geboekt heb. Geen koffiefaciliteiten. Zeer kleine bedjes voor volwassenen. In de keuken geen handdoekje of schoonmaakdoekjes. En het is zeer gehorig. 1 raam was stuk, dus was ook koud. Maar daar hebben we n handdoek tussen gestopt. s nachts zorgde dit voor weinig slaap, na 5 nachten waren wij erg moe. Je hoort ze zelfs gewoon praten buiten. Daarnaast schreeuwen, openbaar vervoer, veel sirenes en aan/afvoer van goederen/vuilniswagen (2 uur s nachts) Dus was n tegenvaller, ook kreeg ik geen contact met de contactpersoon omdat de kachel niet aan ging (thermostaat zit in de slaapkamer) Verder kun je overal makkelijk heen lopen vanaf het appartement.

We could not close the window facing the street, it was wired with a thread so it would not open completely. One of the bedrooms was a windowless room with a rectangular cut off above the door. Probably the only reason I did not suffocate in my sleep 🤣. Heavy smell in the entry and the lift.

Host was super kind, he waited for us to give us keys and other informations for getting into the apatment, and was there for every request we had. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The apartment is located 3 minutes by foot from the central station, so it means that everything you need is in your reach. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone!
- Heike (9/5): Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. - Es war sehr sauber, und die Lage war für einen Städtetrip super. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Man hat echt viel Platz. Die Ausstattung mit Besteck, Tellern und Gläsern könnte besser sein. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Gäste oben und auch nebenan.

- Irina (1/5): Low quality - Рядом зоопарк. I don't understand how these apartments got an 8-star rating. They're ripping off tourists! The ratings are clearly inflated and don't reflect reality. Without warning, we were moved to a different room than the one we booked. It was very uncomfortable. The windows let in cold and street noise, and the interior and furniture were old. The bed linens, mattresses, and pillows were of terrible quality! Wires were sticking out of the light fixture above the bed.There was no sponge to wash dishes or rag to wipe the table in the kitchen. The tiles on the floor are very cold everywhere.The neighbors were very noisy. Someone was yelling aggressively in the entryway at night, and there were some kind of fights. We couldn't sleep all night; we felt unsafe! We ended up leaving early and checking into another hotel. Our experience and mood from our trip to Antwerp were ruined! Choosing these apartments was a big mistake! The location is terrible. When we asked to move to the room we originally booked, we were denied.

- Jonathan (10/5): We had an amazing time, the flat is decorated nicely, comfortable and the check in and check out process was very easy. - It was centrally located and near everything we needed. The only issue we had was none of the bathrooms had the keys in the door so we were unable to lock the doors
- Peter (8/5): Fijn appartement voor een lang weekend. - Het appartement ligt vlak bij het Centraal station, geen parkeerplaats vlakbij, wel veel parkeergarages in de buurt. Keurig appartement, met een nette badkamer. Er is aan keukenspullen het minimale aanwezig, net voldoende voor een kort verblijf. Badlinnen was ook aanwezig, en de bedden waren keurig opgemaakt. De app van booking.com werkte niet op mijn telefoon, daardoor konden we niet bij het bericht wat de verhuurder heeft geschreven aan informatie en dus het appartement niet in. Uiteindelijk via een telefoniste van booking.com de juiste gegevens gekregen.

- Iris Henrica Helena (9/5): Genoten van het appartement en locatie - De locatie en de matrassen waren super. Bedden zijn twijfelaars. Dit kan wat krap zijn. We kregen een upgrade; een grotere appartement. De keuken was prima met alle benodigdheden erin. Het appartement zag er mooi en schoon uit. Campingbedje was op aanvraag voor ons beschikbaar. Dit was fijn. Bij de faciliteiten stond beschreven dat er een kinderstoel aanwezig was. Dit was helaas niet en kon ook niet geregeld worden ter plekke. Dit was het enige min punt.
- NJM (7/5): - Ligging appartement perfect. Vanuit Nederland parkeren bij PenR De Luchtbal en met metrolijn 6 in ongeveer 30 minuten bij station. Dan nog ongeveer 150 m lopen. Groot appartement met mooie badkamer en aparte wc. Bij afhalen beddengoed, haren op matras en vlekken in dekbed. En gehorig.
