• Edyta (10/5): Duże, jasne i przestronne mieszkanie w cichej i spokojnej dzielnicy - Duże, czyste i przestronne mieszkanie w bardzo cichym , spokojnym i co ważne bezpiecznym miejscu. Dosłownie kilka minut spacerkiem od M1. Dotarliśmy do Mediolanu Flixbusem. Od samego dworca autobusowego do samego mieszkania dostaliśmy się metrem M1 bez przesiadek. Szybko, sprawnie i tanio (od razu wykupiliśmy karnet na 3 dni). Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste, przestronne i jasne. Nie brakowało nam niczego od dodatkowej pościeli po kosmetyki czy przyprawy. Właściciel jest bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Wskazówki jak dotrzeć do mieszkania są bardzo jasne i zrozumiałe. Nie było żadnych problemów z dotarciem pod wskazany adres czy dostaniem się do mieszkania. Wszystkie instrukcji korzystania z urządzeń są również zrozumiałe i opisane w segregatorze. Bardzo blisko do Aldi i Lidla. Po drodze do stacji metra kilka sklepów, pizzerii i ciastkarni. Ogólne wrażenie jest bardzo pozytywne. Polecam w 100% ten apartament! -

• Angela (7/5): Overated and not a good location - It was clean. It wasn't in a great location with no cafes and transport nearby. The contractual requirements made us wary of using the kitchen and added a level of stress that we didn't expect. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

• SzZoli (9/5): If you don't need a breakfast in a hotel, you will like this accomodation. - Our apartement was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room is spacious, the bed was quite big for 2 of us and fortunatelly it didn't creaked. The sound-proofing was perfect, we heard nothing from the other apartements. I could make tea and coffee in the kitchen and it was enough for us. The nearest underground station was about 10 mins walk away, not too far which was important for us. There were no disturbing things. After we arrived we found an information folder on the dining room table. It contains some instuctions about how we should behave during our stay and how to handle our apartement and some things in it, but there wasn't any special request, I think it was okay.

• Klajn (9/5): - It was in a more quiet part of town, with Aldi and Lidl nearby. The bed was big and comfy and the window right behind it gave a beautiful scene in the morning. The metro is about 7 minutes away from the apartment which was very convenient. The tiles on the floor were very cold most of the time, so a pair of slippers would've been nice.

• SASHIKALA (10/5): Wonderful stay. Fully stocked home away from home. - We had a great stay at this apartment. There is an elevator/lift which was good. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The host, Guido, has kept ALL the things needed for a comfortable stay. It is fully stocked with everything needed for cooking including salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, pasta, risotto rice, flour etc and had many utensils. There is a file with all the practical details for the stay inside the apartment. Even the toilet was fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, deodrant, make up remover etc. The host has thought of everything for the guests. We truly felt that it was a home away from home! It is a bit far from the tram and metro station and far from the city centre.

Cependant tout était assez bien indiqué, assez clair, bien situé et le propriétaire disponible. La literie de la chambre était bien, par contre très mal isolée donc nous entendons à 00h les bruits des voisins du dessus. Pour le divant lit, c’était une catastrophe, le « matelas» était semblable à du cartons posé sur du fer, 2 nuits assez compliqués. En ce qui concerne la douche, il y avait un manuel qui nous expliquait comment allumer l’eau chaude et que faire en cas de problème cependant nous avions eu droit à de l’eau gelée malgré les explications du manuel. Il était donc impossible de se laver…

• Nikolaos (9/5): Γενικά, ήταν μια πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία. - Το σπίτι των τριών δωματίων είναι πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό. Έχει πολύ θετική ενέργεια, είναι φωτεινό και σε καλή περιοχή. Πολλά πιάτα, μαχαιροπίρουνα, συσκευές που δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε καθώς μείναμε μόνο δυο βράδια. Επίσης, πολύ όμορφη βεράντα. Το ένα μπάνιο είναι μικρό και ένας ενήλικας δεν μπορεί να κάνει εύκολα μπάνιο εκεί. Την πρώτη μέρα το ασανσέρ δεν λειτουργούσε αλλά γι' αυτό δεν έφταιγε ο οικοδεσπότης - κατά την γνώμη μου θα έπρεπε να μας ενημερώσει για την βλάβη καθώς δεν γνώριζε αν όλοι (ήμασταν 8) μπορούσαμε να ανέβουμε 5 ορόφους με τα πόδια.

• Iulian-Cosmin (9/5): Recomand cu încredere, proprietar serios si amabil. - Amabilitatea gazdei, amplasarea, usurinta check-in ului, dar si amenajarea apartamentului in care am stat au fost punctele cheie ale cazarii. Curatentia pe jos putea fi imbunatatita (doar praf, nimic altceva) si nu am avut masina de spalat.

• José M. García Santana (6/5): No era lo que esperábamos - Bien situado en las afueras de la ciudad y cerca de una estación de metro. Bastante aparcamiento en la calle. El anfitrión nos ayudó bastante con las preguntas que le hicimos. El proceso de check-in es muy complicado y se tarda bastante en hacerlo. El termo tiene un sistema de calentamiento irregular y no siempre sale el agua cliente. Los electrodomésticos están algo anticuados y les hace falta una renovación. Al estar el apartamento en una planta baja, cerca del jardín, la ropa no se seca en el tendedero (que no tiene pinzas). Estaría bien una secadora. Estuvimos seis días, cuatro personas, y no tuvimos un recambio de toallas ni suficiente papel higiénico. Además, a pesar de que se cobra un suplemento de 49 euros por limpieza, el apartamento está bastante sucio y necesita una limpieza más exhaustiva. Los útiles de limpieza necesitan ser renovados.
• Mª Gema (9/5): Muy bien! - Pasamos tres noches mi pareja y yo en el apartamento y está muy bien. Es pequeño, pero no hace falta más! Tiene todo lo necesario. La llegada al estudio también fue muy sencilla. En cuanto a la ubicación, hay una estación de metro cerca y se llega bien a todos lados. Recoger las llaves es super sencillo, pero el check-in online previo es bastante tedioso. Hay mandar fotos tuyas con tu DNI y dar muchos datos, cosa que a mí no me gusta porque nunca se sabe. Pero entiendo que lo hacen por seguridad y que protegerán tus datos. Por otro lado, el asiento del váter estaba medio suelto y era un poco incómodo, pero todo lo demás perfecto!

The apartment is near a few parks and the metro station is at about 6 minutes on foot. It is a rather old apartment that would benefit a lot from a renewal, at least in the living room. It was clean, but there were signs of insects in the kitchen and bathroom.

However, make sure to carefully check the details and all the photos of the listing when booking. I thought I had booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be a ground-floor room without one. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is nice, though the metro is a bit of a walking distance. I would have been happier if the kitchen and kitchen utensils were a bit cleaner. Mr. Guido was very responsive to our queries and provided a lot of recommendations for our stay in Milan. The view from the terrace was stunning, offering a wide panorama of the skyline and perfect to enjoy both at night and during the crack of dawn. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby grocery stores for essentials. The cleaning staff could pay more attention to the cleanliness of kitchenware and utensils, especially frequently used items like moka pots, coffee machines, and the boiler.
• Md (7/5): Avoid this place. - Location and supermarkets near by and centre They shouldn’t use 2 single mattress in king size bed and I found kitchen floor was bit slippery and dust everywhere. Sofa bed also not comfortable either. And cooking stuff they don’t have any single lids for cooking saucepans. Baby cot was terrible I found some bed bugs and my baby has bites all over. Oven not cleaned, fridge not cleaned , cutlery not cleaned , toaster not cleaned, coffeemaker not cleaned lots of things. We are not happy.

• Denis (10/5): The property was comfortable, clean it was near the metro station. - The apartment was comfortable and clean. It was near the metro station, quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped for staying more days.
