• Marco (9/5): Ottimo - Santa Clara Lisbon Rooms si trova nel cuore dell'alfama, in un apposizione fantastica e strategica per esplorare lisbona. Praticamente siete letteralmente a 2 passi dal panteon nacional e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa apolonia che ti consente di prendere la metro per gli altri quartieri Inoltre la camera con bagno privato risulta essere molto spaziosa e confortevole. Devo dire che anche il letto è risultato molto comodol La televisione per tre sere consecutive si è accesa da sola a mezzanotte forse c'era un timer impostato da qualche altro cliente in precedenza Ma nulla di grave

• Christa-Maria (6/5): Kein überragendes Erlebnis, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ok. Wie gesagt netter Gastgeber und angenehme Atmosphär - Sehr freundliche Atmosphäre, besonders durch den Holzboden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns schöne Tipps geschickt hat. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, die Lage an sich aber ruhig und ich konnte gut schlafen. Für den tollen Ausblick muss man allerdings das richtige Zimmer erwischen. Schöne Lage, allerdings sehr hügelig- man sollte nicht mit viel Gepäck anreisen. Außerdem muss man zur Unterkunft und zu den Zimmern zwei steilere Treppen hinauf. Es sollte erwähnt sein, dass das geteilte Badezimmer im Obergeschoss zwischen 3 Doppelzimmern, d.h. in der Regel 6 Personen geteilt wird. Da kommt es öfter doch zu Wartezeiten. Ich verstehe, dass sich durch das frequentiert genutzte Badezimmer eine gewisse Feuchtigkeit nicht vermeiden lässt. Allerdings muss man Schimmelbildung vorbeugen und wenn es so weit fortgeschritten ist wie hier auch mit Behandlung eingreifen. Das hat mich tatsächlich etwas entsetzt. Es bildet nicht nur unangehmen Geruch, sondern ist auch gesundheitsschädlich!
• Brett (10/5): Great value on safe, comfortable, and very nice rooms in an amazing location. - Very nicely appointed room, clean, comfortable, exactly as described. It had everything we needed, including access to the kitchen. Located in the Alfama neighborhood, in the heart of the old city. The Feira da Ladra flea market is a few minutes away. The scaffolding outside obstructs the view, but this is just a minor issue. Also, noise from other guests walking upstairs is noticeable. Not a deal breaker, but just something to be aware of. Overall the building was very quiet at night.

• Isolde (9/5): - Schöne saubere Wohnung; wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, das war perfekt. Küchenmitbenutzung, alles da. Bestens Eine Baustelle vor den Haus, aber die ist ja irgendwann wieder weg. Sehr gute Lage, alles zu Fuß machbar.

• Danielle (8/5): Great value for a lovely view - The location was close to many cafes, small grocery stores, and eclectic restaurants, while also having a great view of the water. The room size and bed were very comfortable, and the area was peaceful for relaxing/sleeping. Communication with the host was excellent. I would recommend providing at least one coffee pod per guest and a few pans in the kitchen in case someone wishes to make an egg or a simple meal. Accessing this property involves many steps, so keep this in mind if climbing is an issue.

• Monika (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Die Lage war hervorragend - mitten im ältesten Viertel der Stadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig und mit tollem Blick aus dem Zimmer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt. Am Vortag wurden die Zugangscodes per Whatsapp geschickt.. Man muss also nur wissen, dass man während der Reise Internetzugang braucht und keinen Gastgeber zu Gesicht bekommt. Ich hatte nur einmal kurzen Telefonkontakt, als ich einem etwas hilflosen älteren Gast behilflich sein wollte. Die Stimme am Telefon war außerordentlich freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es günstige und gute Restaurants, aber man sollte sich vorher informieren. Den Mietwagen konnten wir (mit Behindertenausweis) in der Straße gleich gegenüber der Haustür während des Aufenthalts stehen lassen. Alles bestens!

On nous dit sympathiquement de pouvoir laisser nos bagages au-delà de 10h00 le dernier jour de notre séjour et quand ma fille et moi venons les récupérer en début d'après-midi, la porte principale est close et les codes changés. Sympa en mots pas en actes !!! 😱

• Erik (9/5): Beste Lage in Lissabon - Sehr schönes Zimmer mit toller, zentraler Lage! Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen und man bekommt per Direktnachricht oder WhatsApp viele Tipps. Von außen wirkt das Haus eher alt und unscheinbar, die Zimmer und der kleine Gemeinschaftsraum sind aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Dadurch wurden wir jedes Mal wach, wenn unsere Nachbarn erst gegen 4 Uhr morgens nach Hause gekommen und die Holztreppe hochgepoltert sind.

• Anouk (9/5): Een aanrader, mooie locatie. Vlak bij het station, alles binnen handbereik. - Heel mooi schoon fijne ligging. Goed werkende airco waardoor de temperatuur in de kamer prettig is en je een goede slaap temperatuur kan regelen. Accomodaties kan er niet veel aan doen maar het riool stonk. Dit rook je gelukkig alleen in de badkamer. De locatie is door de houten vloer heel gehorig. Overige gasten waren heel rustig waardoor dit geen probleem was maar je hoort het als iemand in de nacht naar de wc gaat.

Pokój ładny i czysty, duże wygodne łóżko, pokój przestronny, ogromna szafa, piękny widok z okna na rzekę (na zdjęciu). Łazienka wspólna, o czym wiadomo w trakcie rezerwacji. Łazienka była blisko pokoju, bardzo czysta, ładnie wykończona i przestronna. Na niższym piętrze dostępna kuchnia. Dobra lokalizacja. Wszystko ok.

E anche il personale delle pulizie gentile e sorridente. La posizione perfetta per girare ad alfama e spostarsi con i mezzi pubblici. La stazione di santa apolonia vicinissima per prendere treni e metro e poter girare in tranquillità. Bello bello.
• Aleksey Kovalev 21.5 (3/5): - Удобная кровать С самого утра и до вечера идёт ремонт и в комнате как и в доме в целом бесперебойно удары по стенам , дома стоят рядом и как открыл окно слева строители бьют по стенке молотком . При заезде в комнате была вода на полу и открыты ставни , нам поменяли комнату , но отношение и подготовка говорит сама за себя . В комнате не работала лампа на потолке , её обещали поменять, поменяли спустя 3 -4 дня , но обещали на след день в понедельник ( чего не сделали). Сюда нельзя загрузить видео как бьют по стенам и слышно как в комнате нельзя находится , но я с удовольствием загружу эти видео в гугл карты где есть этот хостел где вы сможете все посмотреть и послушать . Добавлю фото с комнаты #1 как открываете окно летит мусор , пыль и грязь , вещи нельзя сушить на улице, так же открыть окно тоже будете дышать грязью стройки и пылью

• Meike (2/5): Anders als erwartet. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Mein Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen. Es sah anders aus als auf den Fotos. Zudem wurde mein Schlüsselcode für das Zimmer versehentlich an andere weitergegeben und jemand kam in mein Zimmer. Dadurch habe ich mich als Alleinreisende nicht sehr sicher gefühlt.

A noite a rua de acesso ao apartamento é sem iluminação. Local bem mórbido. Não gostei e não me senti segura para andar à noite na região. A padaria é o mercadinho mais próximo fica na estação de trem. Que também não é vantajoso dependendo do trajeto na cidade. A localização é ruim. Não recomendo.

• SHI BAOQIANG (10/5): Overall, a very pleasant stay! - I like everything this apartment has to offer. The rooms, toilet, and kitchen are kept very clean, tidy, and functional. The ocean view from the window is unbeatable. The property owner/manager Telmo is very friendly and attentive. I can feel that he has put his heart into managing this property. The communication with Temo is always very smooth and pleasant from before check-in to after check-out. The self-check-in process is quick and convenient. Telmo even went out of his way to give me a heads-up warning and offered to help about an upcoming strike that may affect public transit. Overall, a very pleasant stay! Probably because I visited during a low season, and for most of my stay, we were the only residents, the fact that there is only one toilet that is shared by three rooms didn't affect me at all. But I could imagine that this may bring some inconvenience in high season when all the rooms are occupied by visitors.

Our room has a lovely balcony but unfortunately no views. Should have chosen the river view room if available.

Очень понравилось наличие деревянного пола. Есть возможность постирать вещи и сушилка, чтобы их развесить. Нам было вполне комфортно. Хорошо слышно было соседей и соседям нас. За пять ночей пребывания в нашем номере никто не убирал и полотенца не менял, убирались только общие зоны и номера, из которых выезжают гости. Еще на кухне не хватило таких мелочей, как соль, сахар и хотя бы по одной капсуле кофе на тот случай, если вы приезжаете поздно, и нет возможности купить их в магазине.
