Mark Christian (3/5): Disappointing - Friendly staff, the receptionist's professional attitude. The interior design of the building is unique (which was one of the main reasons for booking it). However ... I usually don't like to give negative reviews, but I have no choice this time: The mattress is very uncomfortable and full of dents, and the bed creaks. The conditions for a good/quality sleep are far not met. The breakfast is incredibly poor. That "free" breakfast included with the Genius 3 tier is worth about that much... 😏 Toilet seat broken. The toilet flush button is stuck; it takes several presses to stop the water from running. In the shower stall, instead of shower gel, there’s the same very cheap, low-quality hand soap as by the sink. The small refrigerator in the room is very old; it's door doesn't close properly, and it's very-very noisy. The room door (101) was stuck; it took a lot of effort to open it. (If anyone were to question this, it is all documented, see photos attached) What the advertisement calls a "sea view" is actually a view of an unkempt yard, and between two walls there is a very narrow "view" of the harbor. Parking is far away—more than two hundred meters to walk —and the entrance is very narrow for a mid-size SUV. Plus, there’s a huge surcharge; they charged me 18 euros extra for one night parking. Along the "good advertising", I would humbly suggest to pay some more attention to a few basic details and needs, to meet some minimal decent conditions – and not just taking the money from tourists, but also carrying out a minimum amount of maintenance. Not even a single chair in the room called "suite". A total disappointment for a hotel rated "4 stars"...

Guacci (5/5): - Mi è piaciuto solo il punto dove era collocata Non si può considerare un 4 stelle sia per le stanze che comunque anche se grande non era molto pulita , il letto scomodissimo, i cuscini per niente confortevoli. La colazione nemmeno ,trovi colazioni molto più abbondanti in dei bed end breakfast. Sicuramente con qualche ritocco può migliorare notevolmente.
cristiana (6/5): l'albergo avrebbe delle potenzialità - E' la prima volta che mi capita che in un albergo posso prendere una cosa solo una volta altrimenti deve essere pagata. Credo che a questo punto basta inserire la colazione a pagamento la struttura di per se sarebbe bella ma avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, tanta manutenzione e un pò di arredo.

La colazione, la pulizia, il bagno… nello specifico a colazione cornetti freddissimi già dall’ora di apertura, poco salato, per la maggiore prodotti confezionati non di altissima qualità. La pulizia della stanza era discreta ma quella del bagno lasciava molto a desiderare con delle macchie sulle pareti e moltissimo calcare, persino sui dispencer. Bagno anche poco illuminato.

Svetlana (5/5): Overall, the experience did not match the price or the advertised standard. - The location is convenient and the staff were polite. The room did not meet the deluxe standard. The air conditioning was not working despite being reported and was not fixed during the stay. The bathroom was in poor condition, with visible signs of wear, corrosion and cleanliness issues. Basic amenities such as slippers and bathrobes were missing. The breakfast was very limited and did not meet expectations, especially considering that the hotel was fully occupied during the Easter period.

Ampia scelta per colazione, servita in una sala con splendida vista sul mare. Ottima posizione vicino a luoghi di interesse storico e servita da punti ristoro e negozi. Ci torno ad ogni occasione.

Ho prenotato questa struttura per la volontà di effettuare la Spa ma arrivati ci è stato comunicato che sono inagibili e che eventuali servizi connessi, come massaggi o fanghi, andavano prenotati 24h prima. Sarebbe stato carino sapere prima dell'inagibilità della spa. Per il resto tutto più che perfetto, location accogliente e curata.

vincenzo (1/5): Mai più! - Nulla! Ho prenotato una camera DELUX vista mare per un evento con la mia fidanzata, ma all'arrivo in hotel mi hanno dato una camera non DELUX e senza vista mare! Torno alla reception per farlo presente e mi dice che non hanno disponibili camere vista mare ci è stato un errore. Provano a riparare dandomi una camera con bagno sotterraneo e vista cortile abbandonato spacciandola per camera superiore. Torno di nuovo alla reception e mi assegnano una camera spacciata per SUITE...in pratica per la struttura una camera fatiscente ma quadrupla viene spacciata per SUITE inoltre si passa da vista mare a vista degrado allego foto. Colazione pessima la scelta era tra cornetti vuoti e crostata del supermercato. La reception non mi ha comunicato i costi del parcheggio che sono anche elevati per il servizio offerto ovvero 18€ per un parcheggio distante su una salita ripida all'aperto e in un cortile abbandonato! Ovviamente mi è stata rovinata una serata particolare. Da notare che nemmeno booking.com mi ha fornito assistenza sul problema. Non consiglierei questa struttura e non consiglierei nemmeno più prenotare tramite booking.com

Judith (6/5): - Frühstück für Italien gut. Zimmer / Suite geräumig. Sauberkeit ok, Ausstattung etwas spartanisch. Die Dame an der Rezeption bei Abreise sehr nett. Der Empfang sehr einsilbig. Auf die Feststellung, dass Fotos bei booking stark von der Realität abweichen, kam der Kommentar "just like McDonalds" Parkplatz kostet 18€, davon war bei Buchung nicht die Rede!

Le 4 stelle sono un una cosa seria - +L'idea della struttura che potenzialmente potrebbe essere molto valida per come architettonicamente è il palazzo + La posizione +Personale abbastanza gentile - la struttura necessita di una profonda ristrutturazione e ammodernamento. Le stanze non sono neanche lontanamente paragonabili alle foto dei siti di - L'arredanento è costituito da mobilio di differenti stili e colori e di scadente qualità, in alcuni casi in pessime condizioni ( - - Nella mia camera sulle sedie si sprofondava letteralmente. Stesso problema per il materasso perchè si affondava - Il mini frigo produceva un rumore simile a quello di un aereo acceso in un hangar tanto che la notte ho dovuto staccare la spina). - Un senso di grande abbandono vecchiume e scarsa pulizia in generale. - Per non farmi mancare nulla, durante i due giorni di permanenza non funzionavano neanche le luci della stanza e ovviamente neanche hanno considerato di riparare creandomi difficolta in quanto ho dovuto lavorare al buio. La situazione è stato solo temperata dalla messa a disposizione di una lampada da comodino - La colazione non merita alcun commento ( cornetto vuoto, qualche fetta di prosciutto e yoghurt bianco ) con caffè e cappuccino preparato ad un banco bar; il tutto servito nella veranda antistante il terrazzo, ovviamente non riscaldata neanche in questo mese di Dicembre quando ho soggiornato - Dulcis in fundo il parcheggio ( sostanzialmete un giardino con cancello situato su una ripida salita che rende complicato l'accesso) Il tutto alla considerevole cifra di 18 euro al giorno che sommate al costo della stanza rendono il costo totale non giustificato per il livello qualitativo offerto, se oltretutto viene paragonato al costo di altre strutture in zona
Fabio (5/5): - Nulla Dalle foto su booking sta struttura è totalmente differente, camere piene di muffa ed io ho preso la deluxe, sono stato male tutta la notte per via dell asma, le porte farte di cartongesso che per aprirle gli dovevi dare una spallata, bagni non ne parliamo antichi e sporchi per non parlare della doccia, non esisteva un porta doccino percui dovevi perforza tenerlo in mano. Davvero deludente e soprattutto le foto non sono affatto vere.
Fabio (4/5): - Dalle foto su booking sta struttura è totalmente differente, camere piene di muffa ed io ho preso la deluxe, sono stato male tutta la notte per via dell asma, le porte farte di cartongesso che per aprirle gli dovevi dare una spallata, bagni non ne parliamo antichi e sporchi per non parlare della doccia, non esisteva un porta doccino percui dovevi perforza tenerlo in mano. Davvero deludente e soprattutto le foto non sono affatto vere. Per non parlare del parcheggio lontano dalla struttura ed isolato. X arrivare dovevi fare 100mt di salita. Queste cose vanno specificate non tenute nascoste, poi sta all'ospite scegliere se venire in questa struttura.

La vasca idromassaggio non funzionante. Pagare di più per la stanza con vasca e poi scoprirla non funzionante. Odore di fumo nella stanza. Colazione da hotel a 3 stelle.
