- s (2/5): - No parking at all. Steep flight of steps we were not informed of. We did not stay there, It is some not what i expected very very disappointed and out a great deal of money. stayed at a hotel.
- James (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE AND WATCH OUT FOR EXTRA CHARGES!! - PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT STAY HERE. THIS IS MY FIRST NEGATIVE REVIEW ON HOTELS. IT IS NOT A SAFE AREA. AFTER DARK THERE ARE LOUD MUSIC PLAYING IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND LOUD MOTORCYCLES DRIVING BY. YOU HAVE TO STREET PARK AND THERE'S NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACE AROUND. I WALKED ABOUT HALF A MILE TO GET TO THE HOUSE. BUT WORST OF ALL IS THE HIDDEN CHARGES. HOTELS.COM SAID IT WAS AROUND $130 PER NIGHT AND I STAYED TWO NIGHTS. WITH TAXES AND FEES THE TOTAL CHARGE WAS $348. BUT THE CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $463!!!! I CALLED AND ASKED WHY EXTRA $115 CHARGES AND THEY SAY "95DOLLAR CLEANING CHARGES". I STAYED THERE BY MYSELF AND KEPT THE ROOM VERY CLEAN. STAYED AT MORE THAN 100 DIFFERENT HOTELS AND SUITES AND WAS NEVER CHARGED SUCH FEE. I AM FILING A COMPLAINT.
