Buona posizione

- Abubakr (10/5): - Decor and host was friendly
- Thomas (10/5): Premium Riad - Ausserordenlich schöne, grosse und sehr saubere Unterkunft. Sehr gut gelegen.
- Emma (2/5): A lovely preserved riad, however, it is a classic case of poor housekeeping … the housekeeper dominated the lounge , mos - Beautiful Riad, with lovely features, large comfortable beds. Steps to top terrace need fixing. Bathrooms could do with updating. Broken fixtures and mould present in one bathroom. House keeper is very firm & over bearing. Felt as though we were being told off quite regularly & that we were invading her home!

- coat (8/5): - Tres beau riad,gouvernante tres a l'ecoute,a recommander
- Fernandez (6/5): - La ubicación..
- Claudia (9/5): -

- Annunziato Massimo (10/5): Al Riad for S ci si sente a casa!
- Debbie (10/5): Excellent - Beautiful Riad, Ishmail was extremely helpful prior to arriving in helping us plan our trip
- Alana (9/5): Beautiful Riad with amazing home cooked meal! - Beautiful Riad with hand painted tiles and carved wood detailing. They offered to cook us dinner since we were returning from the desert late, and it was amazing! Some of the best Moroccan food we had on our trip! Thank you Riad for S!!
- Mohamed (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was good
- Zeri (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mong-trinh (8/5): Riad has beautiful decor and is close to medina - Simple breakfasts with crepe, Moroccan tea and coffee, prepared early in the morning to fit our schedule. We couldn't thank the housekeeping lady enough for her dedication and friendliness despite of the language barrier. We love the decor of the riad too. It's well decorated for the travelers to experience a real Moroccan traditional home. The host was friendly and took care of us well. It's awesome if bathrooms can be renovated in the near future, although it's functioning well right now.
- Heba (10/5): Exceptional - Mr/Ismail , the owner is a very polite and helpful person
The house is very clean , quite and well organized with the beauty of ancient Morrocon houses Nothing
- Richard (9/5): We had a fantastic time in Marrakech. RIAD for S was perfect for our stay. - Lovely property in a great location, that gave a great break from the hurly burly of the sound. Lots of room for our group of 5. Loved the roof terrace and decor. Very clean and comfortable. Ismail was fabulous, trustworthy and helpful. Did everything he said he would. Nothing but always a bit of room for improvement, the bathrooms could do with a refresh, breakfasts could have a touch of variety, perhaps an egg? And a first world problem, how about a sun lounger on the roof terrace ;)
- Chiara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lunn (8/5): Very good - Aversge Everything was cold
- Lucy (3/5): Bad breakfast and not for young children - The interior was nice. Nice big bed in the master bedroom. It wasn’t kid friendly at all. As soon as we arrived the housekeeper was shushing the children and the owner was asking for them to sit and watch tv. The housekeeper shushed the children throughout the stay no matter what time of day it was and no matter how quiet we tried to be. It was very uncomfortable. The en-suite to the master bedroom was too stinky to use, had to keep the door shut tight as it made me feel sick. The breakfast was pretty rubbish, it was a Moroccan pancake each and bit of bread with butter and jam but it was all just from the freezer, not freshly made or bought.
- Stella (10/5): Excellent, despite the inconvenience of having a wheelchair. - Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Ismails is amazing. We strongly recommend this place. No need to plan anything ahead. He will help with all the activities and always with a smile. Not very good for a person in a wheelchair.
- Jane (9/5): Superb - The style and rooms The AC didn’t work always, but Marrakesh is extremely hot too.
- Tatjana (9/5): Superb - I really liked everything. The owner was kind and was available at any time. Saida was with us 24 hours a day, preparing us breakfasts and wonderful dinners. Sights within walking distance. The rooms are clean, the mattresses are comfortable. I recommend I liked everything without exception
- Anne (10/5): I cannot recommend it enough you will love this building, so beautiful, comfortable and friendly :-) - The whole RIAD is beautiful, you want to see authentic Morocco architecture you should stay here, every room was amazing. The mosaic walls, the windows outer and inner stone glass, so the light was so colorful in every room. The hand crafted wooden doors. There are 2 terraces 1 where you can just lie down look at the stars, the 2nd covered with couches and a table so you can sit in the shade.
Breakfast is downstairs in a lovely sitting room where when you look up can see the banisters to the rooms, so very open and airy. Saida was there to make sure we did not run out of coffee or bread, the jams were lovely, the pancakes, 1 wee thing and I am sure if we mentioned to Saida she would have cooked some for us but eggs would have been a bonus :-)
The location is excellent only 10/15 mins walk from the Medina and a safe walk :-)
We were going to the Gnaoua festible in Essaouira and wanted to get a bus there, Esmail kindly and wisely suggested he phone Supatours for us and it was fully booked at the time we wanted he then asked when there were 6 free seats and booked straight away on his card, charging us no different than if we got the ticket at the bus station.
Now that I have found this gem I will never stay in another RIAD in Marrakesh and I have stayed in a few as have been going to Morocco for years. Enjoy your visit to Morocco.
- Dulcie (9/5): Excellent authentic Riad offering real value for money in great location! - Location excellent. Breakfasts very good. Ismael was a fantastic host. I thoroughly recommend his tours, a fraction of the cost you pay on the internet and excellent guides. Around €80 for a family private day trip with air con car, guide fluent in English. The tours we did through him made our trip! The Riad was typical, making you feel less like a tourist! The roof terrace was lovely as was the inner terrace. The live in cook, we hardly saw her, but she was lovely. I thoroughly recommend a meal at the Riad 1 night, as it was the best meal we ate in Marrakech! But...be hungry as quite a feast!! For the price we paid we could not complain about anything! Excellent value for money. A wardrobe in the main double would have been good as would a full length mirror somewhere. The bathrooms are tired, but again, this is amazing value for money and I would happily return! The double bedroom onto the alley side was noisy but the other 2 bedrooms, the twin and the upper double very quiet. Would be nicer if the cook didn´t make so much noise early in the morning...
- Doug (9/5): Very nicely presented Traditional Riad walking distance to the main tourist areas in Marrakech - Beautiful Riad close to the souks with rooftop balcony breakfast was below par
- Matej (10/5): perfect -
- Hetty (8/5): Very good - The Riad, near by everything. The breakfast could be more: variation and fresh fruit, eggs, jams and cheese.
- Kazim (4/5): Awful experience. - Overall rooms are good without iron so please buy one. ...................................................................................... .. You need to pay for eggs price 1 Euros ;( despite breakfast included.
Wifi is free so you cannot capture it. Try it and let me know
There are hidden charges that can come on the way so be careful.
- Nina (9/5): Recommended! - We have booked last minute for one night and the host was not personally there, but was available on Whatsapp to answer all our questions. Also the housekeeper Saida was very helpful and despite the language barrier we managed to communicate perfectly. Another advantage was that we could leave our luggage in Riad for a couple of hours after our check out. Great location. n/a
- Dd (7/5): Good - My room, although there are 3 different rooms, with very different furniture. The smallest one has twin beds, and is very ordinary. No window from that one. the middle one has a large bed, but almost nothing else, except wardrobe and it's own bathroom. The nicest one is large and has a bed and a couch but no wardrobe, no hangers, nothing to put your clothes. The breakfast- is was a bad joke - a sad pancake, a triangle of cheese, some margarine 😲, jam and coffee.
Also, the personnel staying at he location doesn't speak a word in English and used to talk loud on the phone at bed time.
- Guy (10/5): Exceptional - Great place and great hospitality
Haziza is lovely and funny
- Michael (9/5): A very nice 4-story apartment with housekeeper in a convenient location. - Breakfast was very good, provided by the live-in housekeeper Saida, a very nice lady. The riad was quite roomy with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths scattered over the 2nd and 3rd floors. There was also a terrace. The owner gave me a motorcycle tour around the local area, which was exhilarating and very Moroccan! The tagines and pastillas that Saida prepared for a couple of dinners were amazing. We communicated ok, but my lack of French and Arabic was a detriment, however everyone tried hard and the host also spoke Italian. The surrounding area, not the riad, was somewhat dirty.
- Shefa (5/5): Not good at all - The house was clean The location was absolutely horrific with so much smell and dirty everywhere. My kids wanted to come back after seeing the location where riad was. The owner didn't speak English at all which made our life hell. We slept on same bedsheets for 6 days and he never changed it. He was good at keeping an eye on if we switched air con and lights off before going out. Never asked if we were ok and needed anything. Breakfast was included but it was just dry bread n butter and pratha every morning. He gave coffee but we don't drink coffee. I only went to this riad because of 9.0 reviews but I think those reviews are made up. Waste of money none of us enjoyed the stay. Not ever going back to the place. We had to ask for toilet tissues. There was no body wash or shampoo in the bathroom. There was no AC in one room so my son and husband couldn't sleep all night because of heat. They put my 15 and 8 year old on king size bed. 8 year old should have gone small bed in the room. I told owner but he didn't do nothing about it. Please Don't go there. Terrace looked so nice in photos. Its awful.
