• Juan (7/5): Mejorable, pero cumple las expectativas - La ubicación, el patio con la piscina. Las indicaciones para llegar y las instrucciones para el checkin eran bastante claras. Había mucho polvo al entrar a la habitación, probablemente de haber hecho alguna reforma. La limpieza deja un poco que desear, el baño estaba sucio. Los vecinos se pasaron dos días con la música a todo trapo, incluso por la noche y en la zona común de la escalera olía a porro.

• SONIA (6/5): En general bien, el problema con la limpieza baja la valoración - La ubicación. Genial para ver calas y playas sin coger el coche. Con la pasarela que sale de la misma playa de La Fosca, tanto a derecha como izquierda, puedes hacer rutas relativamente largas caminando. El pinar cercano, está muy bien para hacer deporte, mucha sombra. Aparcar se hace difícil de forma gratuita, sobre todo el fin de semana, supongo que en temporada alta será igual todos los días, de pago no tuvimos problema, pero es bastante caro. Le hace falta una vuelta a casi todo, es bastante antiguo y algunos utensilios en la cocina son escasos. Nos tocaron unos vecinos muy ruidosos en la planta baja. Supongo que eso es suerte. La limpieza bastante regular tirando a mal, lo que hace que todo lo demás desluzca, pero tras hablar con el anfitrión, nos dieron soluciones.
• Eliana (9/5): Bonito apartamento muy cerca del mar - La ubicación a muy pocos minutos cerca de la playa y la comodidad de tener la piscina junto a la terraza del apartamento. El apartamento tiene mucho potencial y podría estar un poquito mejor cuidado

• Fred (7/5): Agréable et ensoleillé - Très bien situé, appartement correct et agréable piscine. Comme souvent en Espagne, l'équipement était un peu faible. Trop peu d'assiettes, de couverts, de verres, pas de manique, peu de casseroles, etc.

• Ion Ander (4/5): - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa de la fosca y la piscina. 1. Que era el primer piso y no tenia ascensor. No podíamos subir la silla de la niña lo teníamos que dejar en el maletero del coche. 2. Hay problemas muy grandes para aparcar fuera. Hay 3 tipos de estacionamiento: gratuito, raya roja y raya azul. Hemos conseguido aparcar más o menos cerca a costa dar mil vueltas e intentar mover el coche lo mínimo posible y no hacer excursiones (lo que nos apetecía mucho). 3. Nada mas llegar tuvimos que limpiar la cocina y todos sus utensilios, porque estaban grasientos. 4. El frigorífico no enfríaba lo suficiente. No ha habido forma de tomarse una cerveza fría en condiciones. 5. Los utensilios de cocina necesitan renovarse. Las tablas para cortar y picar están más que amortizadas y daba bastante grima utilizarlas. 6. El apartamento no tiene un solo sitio decente donde tumbarse. Ni una tumbona en la terraza, ni un sofá en condiciones (bonito sí, pero duro y nada cómodo). 7. El piso necesita una reforma. Aunque limpies el baño está con las juntas negras, y necesita un lavado de cara. La cocina es de los años 80 con una placa vitrocerámica sucia que no se limpia aunque rasques y tiene electrodomésticos antiguos. Durante nuestra estancia el ventilador de techo del dormitorio principal no funcionaba. No lo han solucionado en 10 días y nos han dejado un ventilador de mano, que se agradece, pero era realmente ruidoso. Además, se cayó un zócalo, aunque priorizaron el arreglo y a la mañana siguiente estaba ya colocado. Ventanas viejas y con mal aislamiento. 8. Las camas, colchones y almohadas son horribles. Duros e inutilizables. 9. Hace un calor horrible y es difícil de ventilar. Hubiese venido bien un aire acondicionado. 10. Una pena no tener acceso directo a la piscina y tener que dar toda la vuelta y usar llaves. 11. Solo disponer de una copia de la llave limita el separar el grupo. 12. Los apartamentos no son para hacer fiestas y habría que haber respetado y no hacer ruido a partir de cierta hora (22.00 o 23.00 creo).
• Ludovic (9/5): Je recommande, et nous pensons renouveler le séjour à l’avenir - Le logement était très agréable L’emplacement du logement près de la mer est un vrai plus Ainsi que la piscine Petit point négatif, il faudrait voir à l’avenir si possible avoir des tarifs pour les parkings payants, car très peu de place gratuite, disponible et les places payantes à 16 € les journées . J’ai vu que pour les résidents c’était un euro la journée à voir si c’est possible avec la plaque d’immatriculation de bénéficier pendant le séjour ce tarif . Car c’est un budget à prendre en compte pour les vacances

• Karin (8/5): Was een fijn verlof en zwembad is zeker meerwaarde. - enkel logies, locatie was zeer goed. badkamer is afgeleefd en gaf geen propere indruk. Bad en douchekop niet verstelbaar. Douchegordijn voor ons niet ok maar stond op foto. vb potje dat voorzien was voor tandenborstels was vuil maar hoef je niet te gebruiken natuurlijk.
• otalvares (5/5): Apartamento ideal para amigos pero no para familias - Esta muy cerca de la playa y la terraza esta bien, corre airecito super agradable al igual que en las habitaciones cosa que se agradece en épocas de mucho calor. Todo muy limpio y en general bastante bien equipado, sabanas en la cama, dos toallas por persona, estropajo, aceite, azucar y algo de agua). Un plus muy grande es la cercanía a la playa (no mas de 200m) y la piscina. No necesitas quedar con el anfitrión para nada ya que va todo por códigos y cajas de seguridad. A nivel calidad precio no se si merece la pena. El piso de la parte de arriba es bastante antiguo, funciona todo perfecto pero por el precio esperas al menos unas instalaciones o inmobiliario mejor. Las dos habitaciones tenían ventilador de techo pero la de la matrimonial no funcionaba, menos mal que habia uno de pie que lo reemplazo. Luego, el sofa se hacía cama pero no nos dieron sábanas para poder usarlo al igual que una unica tolla súper pequeña que no nos quedo claro si era la alfombra o toalla de manos. En general, son pequeños detalles que harían la estancia mucho más cómoda y agradable por el precio que pagas, nosotras porque eramos un grupo de 4 y nos salió bastante bien de precio pero si sale todo del mismo bolsillo, no lo recomiendo. Se puede encontrar algo un poco mas lejos pero mejor calidad-precio (lo digo por experiencia). Considero qje podían invertir un poco más.
• Sergii (9/5): Would stay again - Fosca is a lovely town and highly recommended to visit. The apartment is very conveniently located within a walkable distance to main city beach and the glorious Castell beach, where you can also do some hiking. We had a very noisy neghbour upstairs, but the property management dealt with the situation very professionally.
• Kaspar (1/5): Nothing working. Rude personel. - The apartment was close to the beach. Upon arrival, both apartments we rented were not cleaned. As an example, the rubber mats in the tubs were completely dark underneath, and old sand and hair were lying underneath. In one of the apartments, birds were nesting in the ventilation shaft just above the kitchen. The swimming pool was not cleaned, and for our entire stay of one month, the kids' pool was never confirmed functional. Further in both apartments, the washing machine caused the electricity circuits to cut off, and it took a long time to get fixed. As we were staying there for a month, it was essential to be able to wash. Last, the internet was continually on and off. After two weeks and still no solution to the pool, cleaning, and washing machine, we demanded a deduction of the price we paid. We were met with the reply that the rental company thought the apartments were not meant for us and that they could cancel the rest of the stay without us having to pay an extra penalty. So we, in their opinion, were the problem. In general, the buildings are worn out. The roofs are filled with holes with birds nesting in them. We can by no means recommend these apartments. Booking.com also tried to reach an agreement with the rental company, but the rental company continued to decline, giving any compensation. Instead, Booking.com compensated us 10 per cent for both apartments, which we see as an acknowledgement by Booking.com that our complaint was real, based on the documentation we send (pictures and chat history with the rental company).
• Lucia (8/5): Nice apartment near beach + easy parking - The apartment is very close to the beach, to a supermarket and to the town. Very good location. It is also very easy to find a parking spot outside. Overall a good experience. We had a very pleasant stay and we are overall very happy. However we went during a heat wave and the lack of AC was noted, all the fans were just not enough.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Agradable pero a mejorar - Buena propiedad con un trato excelente por parte de Carlos que estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros. Esta muy bien situada al lado de la playa y además tiene piscina. Lo único negativo es que la limpieza es muy mejorable todo estaba que te pegabas especialmente en la cocina y el estado del mobiliario es mediocre. El acceso a la piscina es por fuera del edificio.
