Beautiful scenary fro roof top at sunset. Stair could be tough for senior but can ask help in moving luggages. No place without stair in old town^^

The room was right in the middle of the old town which was beautiful and Caterina was so helpful across the time we were there, making suggestions, booking up taxis and trips. Nothing was too much. What a place. We will be back!! Nothing - we liked it all.

The air conditioning worked great and there was a fridge in our room. In the middle of the old town, it was close to dining ,shopping and spectacular views. They arranged parking for us and drove us to the hotel. Great place to stay!!

- Gary (10/5): Ideal place to stay in Polignano. - Palazzo Maringelli offers excellent accommodation within the “Old Town” of Polignano. Beautifully appointed the room was extremely spacious and has a lovely balcony to relax on.The bed is so comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay here.However the stairs to rooms 3&4 are really steep so anyone with mobility issues take this into account. Nothing.

The room was surprisingly very quiet despite the central location. We had the large double room and it was perfect! Very comfortable bed, lovely fluffy towels, mini fridge for water & a kettle for a cuppa! The toiletries were fab too! There is also a roof top terrace which was lovely to chill on! Our receptionist, Caterina was lovely, very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this fab base to explore!

O cheiro do quarto era de mofo. Não tem ventilação natural, muito barulho vindo da rua. Passamos até muito tarde na rua, para ficar o menos possível no quarto. Tive uma crise alérgica muito forte, seguida de falta de ar.

The room was meticulously clean, beautifully decorated and modern, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows. It’s right in the city center around the corner for countless restaurants and the beach. Everyone I came across in Polignano a Mare is very friendly. Overall I’d come back in a heartbeat.

- Reshma (10/5): - This was a fantastic stay. Starting up, this place is located inside the old city, so you enter the beautiful city gate to get to the residence, its a great feeling! Also this place is not very far from the train station. The staff is extremely friendly and they contacted me on the check-in day to get the arrival time. I arrived earlier than my check-in time & the staff helped me check-in earlier as well. She also enquired around & recommended with activities in the city. The room was very spacious and had an air conditioner. The room was beautiful, I cannot describe how nice and great the room was. The bathroom is clean and big. They had house slippers and essential toiletries. And the view from the roof terrace is really breathtaking. 10/10 stay . Definitely recommend this place!

- Pascal (10/5): In the heart of the lively streets of Polignano - A very nice stay in Palazzo Maringelli. Incredibly warm welcome and information through the stay, convenient transfer to the parking spot. To be noticed however, room 2 is on street floor, without window, it is mostly a cave room with old stones. We found it lovely and fresh but it might be strange for someone a little claustrophobiac. air conditionning was wonderful as wifi. The best point is the location within the center of Polignagno but with no noise in the morning, so the first thing you do is walk to the sea view and take your coffee, it is a dream. Bed and bathroom are very good. You might not go often on the terrace as it is better to stroll outside.

Room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs as there can be some noise.

- Szandra (10/5): - This is a unique property. We stayed in room 2, on the ground floor and the room was one of a kind and amazing, I would stay there again! Everything - beach, shopping, restaurants, cafes - are walkable and the front desk while not 24/7 was always available on WhasApp. The parking is a bit tricky as it’s not possible to park nearby. we had to park about a kilometer away in an underground parking garage. The transfer is free and readily available, so the parking overall actually was super easy.

- nereida (10/5): Excellent Choice - Excellent hotel in walking distance of all main attractions. Hotel is not located in the main road so you need to wheel your luggage to the property. But Caterina from hotel will assist and coordinate in getting your luggage to and from hotel. The location is perfect the rooms are specious and clean with excellent amenities. The services was excellent. If you’re driving to Polignano they make parking very easy. They have parking for a daily fee that they provided transportation to and from the parking location. Over all a pleasant stay. Caterina was extremely helpful.

- Ingela (10/5): Mysigt o fräscht litet hotel - Ett mysigt litet hotel precis innan för porten till den gamla stadsdelen. Väldigt fräsch och snyggt. Bra storlek. Väldigt bra service. Pigg tjej som tog hand om oss och fixade bl.a skjuts åt oss till samlingspunkten för en båt utflykt. Hon kommunicerade via WhatsUp vilken var mycket smidigare än via email. De hjälper till med garageparkering för 20€ dagen o fixar schutle fram o tillbaka. Enda nackdelen för just vårt rum var att rummet ligger precis i gatuplan med en enkel glasdörr in från gågatan vilken kan vara störande på natten när folk går förbi och tjoar. Men tror att det endast gäller detta rum. Finns en fin takterrass med härlig utsikt. Kommer gärna tillbaka❣️

The roof terrace was lovely and we used the private car park which was easy to find. The staff were super friendly and we would stay here again. Apart from steep stairs, which were fine for us, but may have caused problems for others, there was nothing we didn't like.

- Alexandra (9/5): A lovely stay in a lovely seaside appartment. - This was a lovely little B&B in the heart of old Polognano, easy to reach from the station and in a lovely spot surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. The room was spotless and clean and the balcony was so lovely to sit out on in the evenings. The staff who attended us was lovely and helpful and was available via WhatsApp for anything else we needed. The bed was a little soft for our tastes but not enough to be an issue. We loved everything about the room, but be aware there are stairs which are steep and narrow (like most older buildings) to the appartments and rooftop so consider that if you have big luggage. I would also like suggest to the management team that maybe some wine glasses for guest to use might be nice, we only had plastic cups to drink our Prosecco from on the balcony which was not as elegant.

Just steps away from everything as well as the beach. The staff was incredible. We left our jewelry by accident and they were more than accommodating to make sure it got back to us. I am actually very excited to stay there again in the future!!

From the photos we expected the rooms to be newer, more renovated and of better quality. In addition, although in the room description both rooms should have a queen bed, in one of the rooms the bed was really small and not so comfortable.

It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The property is very well positioned in the “old town” of Polignano a mare. Caterina was our “contact” whom was very helpful with any query of the area. We had no complaints at all !

- Frank (9/5): Superb - Very cool apartment in a wonderful location just inside the old city. The room is modern in an every way. We needed a bit more communication ahead of time to deal with parking and the specific fix location of the palazzo since it was Sunday and all the roads were blocked to the old city.
- Bill (10/5): - David greeted us and was very welcoming. Our room was perfect and location could not have been better. A gem of a stay.

- Gordon (9/5): Great spot just inside the old town gate. - The host, Davide, was excellent. He met us outside the city gate and walked us to the hotel. He provided great recommendations each night for dinner and made several reservations for us. He was instantly responsive on WhatsApp to any request or question. There is a roof top terrace above rooms 3 and 4 which we enjoyed in the afternoon before dinner. Good AC, lots of hot water, good room darkening shades, clean and quiet. The location just inside the old town gate was ideal for both sightseeing and dining, and just a short roller bag walk. Our room (4) was up two flights of stairs, which we knew, but guests should be aware of that. The rooms are full of artistic decor which is attractive, but which eliminates most useable shelves and storage alcoves.

- Jacqueline (8/5): Beautiful accommodation in the heart of old town - Very friendly staff to check us in. We were quite delayed but it wasn't an issue at all. We' were given many great tips on where to eat and visit. The room was very large with the most beautiful tiles in the shower. We had a lovely little balcony, which was nice to have fresh air. Randomly , the accomodation smelt absolutely amazing. Everytime we walked in ...I thought...YUMM! Location wise was perfect ! Stay here again for sure . Nothing to fault

- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Location is perfect! Right in the middle of everything which we enjoyed as you can easily walk anywhere within the town. The room was spacious, very clean and theres a beautiful rooftop terrace for relaxing. Also, the bedding and pillows were the most comfortable so far throughout our trip. Our host Davide was excellent! Very prompt and responded to messages right away about any questions we may have. Wifi also very good! We would stay here again whenever back in Polignano
- Luana (10/5): - This hidden gem is in the perfect location, and the place itself was wonderful. Spacious room with all amenities, we had the room that was a little underground that resembled a cave and it was stunning. Would absolutely recommend this b&b to friends and family and can’t wait to stay here again. The staff were great as well, Davide was lovely and really made sure we found everything good and ready, as well as helped us with dining options, reservations and boat tours. Overall a wonderful vacation spot!
