- Carol (7/5): Harbour Club Great but with a few tweaks it could be even better - Harbour Club location excellent. Hotel lovely, clean and bright but all the rooms should have balconies and definitely windows that open. The food bland and tasteless except for the omelette and pizza. Guest want authentic Caribbean food with traditional flavouring not overpowered with garlic. Big chef change needed quick. Lower level staff absolutely lovely, welcoming a pleasure to be around especially reception. the pool, breakfast and bar staff. Management poor, lacking in experience, business eticate and maturity. Decisions made on personal emotions and not professionalism. The night manager and restaurant manager (males) both excluded they were empathetic, realistic, flexible and clearly aimed to delight their guests. That said I would stay there again but book and do things differently now I know the score. I hope this resonates and some changes can be made. See above says it all.

There was no oscillating fan available. The restaurants offered very fanciful menus when sometimes a person would like something simple, such as curry chicken and rice. - Robin (4/5): Lovely hotel but they need to deal with the mosquito issue. - The restaurant staff were amazing and very professional. Food was awesome. Very delicious. Beautiful property. For a room charging a nightly cost of US $564.23 in total, it was quite uncomfortable having to deal with mosquitoes in the bed area and in the shower. I was killing mosquitoes quite often. I had to ask Front Desk for insecticide spray to which the gentleman delivered a can of BOP immediately. I couldn’t even risk having the door opened to use the swim up pool as I feared that it would have encouraged more mosquitoes into the room. The manager at front desk was alerted about this and they would have provided a reimbursement of US 100.00 after I had checked out for the discomfort.

The staff was unfriendly, rude, and seemed constantly in a bad mood. The breakfast was disappointing, with poor replenishment of food items. The service was slow and disorganized—it took an extremely long time just to get coffee at the table. The staff seemed lost, and there is clearly a lack of management and organization. The hotel facilities are dirty and poorly maintained. There is also a lack of clear information. For example, the hotel offers a shuttle van that charges guests like a taxi, but this is not explained during check-in. Only one elevator was working, and it was quite dirty. Staff members were using the same elevator as guests without giving them priority. I have never seen a resort charge for bottled water.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. In unserem ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, wir haben dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Die Reinigungskraft hat leider das Zimmer nicht zufriedenstellend gereinigt. Bei unserem Checkout am frühen Morgen war leider die Rezeption nicht besetzt (trotz vorheriger Ankündigung)

When I checked in, the receptionist took the time to check that I was okay and not being disturbed by my driver. As a solo traveller, it was very thoughtful of her. Thank you for checking in. We did enjoy our stay but very expensive for the hotel, is a 3/4 star. Was rated as a 5 star, definitely not that. Expensive stay, it needs a price review. Also beware all rooms don’t have balconies! Lady who worked on trip bookings could but be bothered in the slightest too much effort to answer questions. More busy on personal phone calls. Not enough sun beds for everyone.

For two nights, 723US$ instead of 597US$ !!!
- Nicolas (5/5): Testé mais pas approuvé - Situation dans la marina Personnel oppressant au petit déjeuner (à tourner autour de la table pour récupérer la moindre assiette ou tasse vide), à la piscine et au jacuzzi pour vérifier chaque jour votre numéro de chambre et le rendu des serviettes. Petit déjeuner varié mais peu qualitatif pour le tarif. WC dans la salle de bains. Chambre à la décoration impersonnelle. Globalement, l'ambiance de cet hôtel est assez froide, à commencer par le hall d'accueil jusqu'aux couloirs de desserte des chambres (long, sombre...). Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rendez-vous, en comparaison d'autres hôtels de l'île. Nous étions 5 couples, avions réservé via booking et avons eu d'étranges différences de tarif au check in à l'hôtel entre le prix initial annoncé par booking et entre nous... avec un niveau de chambre équivalente.
