• Gesua (7/5): Alles in allem war es gut. - Die Lage war gut und auch die Unterkunft an sich. Die Unterkunft könnte mal einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Die Badezimmertüre könnte auch ausgewechselt werden. Das NUKI System zum aufschließen der Tür mag praktisch sein, war aber recht schwierig am Anfang. Ich musste die Vermieterin anrufen, die mir aber sofort weitergeholfen hat.

• Lutz (6/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß. Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür Nachts, da die Schlafzimmer zur Strasse liegen, relativ unruhig. Durch die nähe zum Krankenhaus öfters Rettungswagen mit Sirene vorbeigefahren. Fußläufig gut 15min bis zur Stadt.

• Christoph (7/5): - Insgesamt gute Lage,einfaches Check in, Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe Wohnung ist recht laut durch Straßenlärm und auch ziemlich dunkel

• Matthias (5/5): - Die Lage ist super, das Appartement ist groß und die den Preis erwartet man keinen 4 Sterne Standard. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen TV und die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Es wirkt wie ein privat vermietetes Appartement, das wurde bei der Buchung nicht deutlich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unbefriedigend und der Zustand des Appartements ist bestenfalls mittelmäßig. Beispielsweise riecht es modrig und rauchig und es gibt Löcher in den Wänden und Decken . Die Handtücher waren sehr fleckig. Für Familien mit Kindern nicht so gut geeignet
• Huenecke-Fenk (9/5): Alles in allem, immer wieder gerne - Die zentrale Lage. Tram praktisch vor der Tür. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Lage am Werdersee. Das Sofa etwas unbequem. Ein bequemer Sessel wäre sehr schön, und hätte den Auffenthalt aufgewertet. Mehr Handtücher in der Küche, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Vielleicht auch Sektgläser , und auch eine Küchenschere .
• Christina (9/5): Wir haben nichts vermisst und die Stadt Bremen von hier aus perfekt erkunden können! - Sehr gemütlich, hell und sauber. Alles da, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Nahe zum Zentrum, alles gut zu Fuß oder dem Rad erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel fast vor der Haustür. Die Fenster könnten mit Fliegennetzen ausgestattet werden, ansonsten war alles super 👍

• Irfita (8/5): A lovely house with everything you need! - Warm, homey and comfortable bed. There is no bathtub as described. Washing machine is too shaky. I think it’s needed to be fixed.

Sadly we didn't have the view from the property of the Weser as mentioned in the information. Also the key information didn't arrive via email the day before travel as expected.

• Jordanna (9/5): great apartment in good location in a wonderful place - fantastic location with tram stop just outside and local shops. the river walk behind the apartment was a great way to get into the centre too. bright and spacious with everything needed. very quiet building, there is some street noise but only what you would expect from staying on a main road can't think of anything
• Robert (9/5): great for families - big rooms and lots of space to move about. You can walk into town or get the tram nothing really but if I was going to be picky the trams run outside the bedroom windows so can be a bit noisy

• Maruko (10/5): - 2ベッドルームと広いリビングとキッチンあります。とても清潔です。近くの道路は駐車もできますので車の旅行者には便利です。お手製の街の案内などが置いてありましたが、ドイツ語なので分かりませんでした。英語だったらベストでした。
