- Francesca (9/5): A comfortable stay - The hotel is affordable and super warm and clean. The staff on the front desk were friendly and welcoming, speaking good English and happy to help navigate the city and onward journey. I particularly appreciated that there were 2 dormitories and they had put me in a separate one to the men who were staying there too: it made me feel safer. They were happy to store my bag while I explored on the day I checked out which was super helpful! I'm not sure if they have any communal areas for guests staying in the dormitories, or whether they serve meals here (I arrived late at night and left the following day). I would have appreciated being told if there are, but understand that the lateness of my arrival may have had an impact on that!

- Fair (5/5): Extremely upset and not recommend this hotel to anybody. - The decor of the dining room and the staff. It is definitely not a 4* hotel; even not suitable for a normal guesthouse. You have to walk through alleyways 300m stink of sewage enroute to get to the hotel that made us so sick. Even more shocked for the dinner (We were on half board); if you choose a starter (soup or bread) you are only allowed 1 main meal (Thali) for 2 people. Only veg Thali is available (not any option). The room is so dirty and mouldy and badly needed redecoration ( attached with pictures).

They also provide towels and the bed sheet are clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area close to restaurant, shopping and cinema area.

Food quality of restaurant is good.Room are clean n with all basic amenities.One can also find hair dryer in washroom, that's not common but good to see that.Telivision, hot water supply, wifi....all basic amenities are there. I have asked restaurant to cut fruits for me n my mother ....they immediately responded positively. Value for money. Comfortable stay. Only problem is hotel is situated in a narrow lane but not very far from main road. Restaurant is on 4th floor n my room was on 3rd floor..just underneath their kitchen...so bit noisy at night.
