- Feiby (4/5): - Area is not nice. Teenagers smoke weed and drugs at night. My car windshield was broken on first night.
- Grace (1/5): - Very nice pool, and nice area- lots to do around Room wasn't clean, smoke detectors going off(had to nag staff to replace batteries(replaced with dead batteries), stained linens, staff was unhelpful and manager was rude and argumentative.
- Aldo (10/5): -
- Naimah (8/5): I would stay here again - The location was close to everything I wanted to do. The bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. My tub was clogged but maintaince handled it quickly.
- John (10/5): A excellent stay - The wifi and internet wasn't working good at all
- Demetrios (8/5): -
- Samantha (8/5): -
- Erica (10/5): - The kitchen and the amount of space. The staff at the desk was awesome!
- Denis (8/5): Okay - I liked the location and room was clean. I didn't like that at night there was no hot water. There was no one to report it to because no one would answer.
- 167carolynb (6/5): Mostly positive stay - This facility is in a great location right in downtown Hyannis. You can walk to Main Street, down to harbor area, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. We appreciated having the kitchenette and being able to make our own breakfast. The downside, walls are thin, we heard the people in the next room talking, watching tv, etc. they were not yelling, just talking normally. Also we stayed in cold December and I was looking forward to a hot shower. No luck. Water was lukewarm at best. I would call this an average stay, nothing terrible, but nothing outstanding either.
- Amy (10/5): - Really comfortable and able to cook or warm meals as well as central location for restaurants and shops Stairs no ideal but manageable
- Lisa (10/5): Pleasantly surprised how nice and clean the rooms and pool were. Would definitely stay again! - Convenient to downtown Hyannis. No need to drive, just a walk across the parking lot!
- Belle_etrangere (8/5): Great Location for Exploring the Cape! - One can only imagine how busy this place is in the summer season!
There was some confusion as to when the front desk closed in the off-season. I had been sent emails saying that that closed at 5 p.m., yet when I called, I was told that the staff remained on until 9 p.m.
The room was very spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchen. The bathroom was clean. Wifi was fast.
This was the first time I had to deal with a fob key, not a regular key or a card key.
Didn’t like that the bed was positioned next to the a/c unit, so when it turned on, I would be swept away by the air flow.
Couldn’t find any outlet by the bed, which was inconvenient.
By the table and the sofa, there was an outlet, but only one device could be plugged in at a time, so I had to unplug the lamp.
One fills out the form indicating one’s car’s license plate; yet, one still has to remember to put a sign with the parking permit onto the dashboard.

- jeffreyjackjoe (10/5): Great place to stay! - This resort was centrally located to all the places we wanted to see in Massachusetts. We loved having a mini fridge and a stovetop with 2 burners. The only complaint we had was with the people in the rooms next to us. We could clearly hear conversations after the designated quiet hours. Other than our noisy neighbors, our stay was perfect.
- Hugh (10/5): Superb relaxing easy stay - Excellent large room with great well laid out and kitted kitchenette. Friendly staff. Wonderful pool and spa. Very well located close to JFK museum!, shops and Irish pub! Excellent and clean bathroom. Only one- no tea bags!
- Marta (8/5): - The location is great. Also love the hot tub and indoor pool.

- HollyL1436 (4/5): Never again - I had high hopes when I booked 2 rooms for a family of 6, and unfortunately it was a huge let down. At check in the girl was abrupt and rude not welcoming at all, handed me 3 keys with 0 explanations, 1 of the keys only had the number 2 that was actually legible (not her fault it's worn off but she didn't express what room it belonged to) and when I asked she looked at me like I was stupid and said they were both for the same room. I asked if the pool was open and what time it closed and was met with an abrupt 10pm same for the front... So I planned our day around ending with a swim only to find out if closed at 9pm. 2 very upset children later, we get into the room, and I pull back the covers to get into bed, the bedding is damp. Still rolling with the punches and trying to calm the kids I throw on the TV to find out the wifi is not connecting and tv isn't an option. I am not impressed.
- Petra (7/5): The size of the room and the location. - The size of the room and the location
- Andre (9/5): -
- Neil (7/5): - staff was helpful. Liked the kitchenette and the key access. The AC blew right on the bed. In addition, would have liked some tea bags.
- Mona (4/5): - Location was great The room did not have shampoo and toiletry in the bathrooms and the desk is closed in the night hours, so we had to wait till 9:00 am to get toiletries for a party of 4 to shower and checkout. Water in the lobby was over so could not fill our bottles. We had to walk across and buy bottled water. There is a sign in the room that says we need to take our own garbage out or there will a $100/- fine.
- JanetB1568 (10/5): CAPE COD VACATION - Great location to Main Street Hyannis, for shopping, eating and site seeing. The resort employees were friendly and helpful.
- Alceu (10/5): Was excellent - Jacuzzi , swimming pool the room, everything was very good for my 3 visits. Thank you very much For this time the bbq utensils was dirty, but not a big deal.

- Deissler (8/5): Great place to stay! Clean comfy and perfect location. Will stay again. - Clean and friendly staff
Excellent location! I felt safe and secure in my room as well. The ac was loud and very cold
No window to open so I could shut it off I was hot and cold all night. Could not shut light off on balcony to open door for fresh air
At night the tv could not load so no tv at night but was able to watch in morning
- Pamela (8/5): Pleasant - Clean, good location Was not notified in advance that $100 security deposit was charged to me credit card.
- Rick (9/5): No thanks - Nothing Nothing
- Nessa (6/5): Not very clean - 1. Good location
2. Easy check-in 1. The room was not properly clean. I could feel sand on floor and and mat.
2. The bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate quickly, which was unpleasant
3. There were birds around the property that started making loud noises early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep.
- Elizabeth (8/5): - Great one day stay
- Michael (10/5): Excellent stay! - Location, location, location.
- ZEKEA (10/5): -
- Luana (8/5): -
- Kofsky (10/5): - The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced, one worker, Aki, stayed almost an hour after the office closed to help me book my stay for that night. Amazing experience overall, no complaints.

- Ruud & Erna (7/5): -
- mark (6/5): -
- Cindy (3/5): Not sure what a good title would be - We had no face cloths. Plenty of other towels tho. Tv remotes didn't work half the time.. Had to shake them. I have a bad knee and had to do stairs to get to room on 3rd floor. No elevator. I guess I was thinking more on the "hotel/motel" type stay. Never have I been told to take my own trash out or face a $100 charge to my credit card.
- Carol (10/5): -
- gaborfrank (10/5): Outstanding location, beautiful environment - I could not have found a more central location in Hyannis, in the land of Kennedy's to vacation. Also, the availability for 24 hours of the Keurig coffee machine in the lobby was a nice added benefit to this coffee-holic.
- debrarH3160PR (10/5): Could walk almost everywhere in Hyannis from here - The public areas and our unit were incredibly clean! Loved being able to walk to almost every place in Hyannis! Main Street was easily accessible from the back side door, since the Resort shares a parking lot with the Fresh Ketch restaurant. The workers were friendly and very helpful. The new locks on the doors were amazing...took a little bit to learn how to use them, but the staff showed us how and we were fine. Met an RCI owner who explained what renovations had been done...it was a wonderful experience!

- Erica (10/5): -
- Max (10/5): - Was in a great location and easy to check in and out.
- J7095ZFterryb (2/5): crappy resort - Terrible resort should not be in RCI. The best thing they could do is tear the building down and build new. Dirty broken-down motel that was converted to a timeshare with little thought on quality and this place smells bad. I suggest that you find someplace else to stay.
- Donna (10/5): Abgreat experience - I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness at this hotel. I will definitely return.
- Tiantian (4/5): Disappointed - Great location, nice staff The bathroom area is not prepared and we found out that before showering. There is no toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash. All we have is a conditioner and a soap. Some towels are used, …. Really disappointed this time, can’t wash my hair and brush my teeth. We bought toothpaste at the closest store at 7:00AM in the morning.
- Robin (10/5): - Clean, right near Main St, Hyannis. Disliked no housekeeping.
- Amy (10/5): - My experience was excellent . Good value location and full kitchen veryvnjce Door keys took some learning and steps up and down to all levels were not ideal but overall great stay
- ALBERTINA (6/5): - Just got home from our weekend birthday getaway to courtyard hotel/timeshare. When we got there three young ladies were at the desk. I had tried to contact this booking 4 times including letting Expedia know they weren’t responding. Well they never did respond to anything, wich is not a good way to conduct their business. I read others with similar experiences and they said they never got my messages???!!! I ended up taking most of my cooking pots and pans knives plates dishes silverware etc because I was planning on making all our meals. They had plenty ughhh!!!
Then they proceeded to randomly tell me they would be stopping renting these units out as they are timeshare????!!!!RANDOM statement.. the unit was cold took 21/2 hours to heat up.It’s clen, spacious for a few days
and runned like a timeshare. They have cleaning fee if you leave dirty dishes or cook certain foods. No leaving anything in the hallways no room service available and pools closed on Sunday oh lord it goes on.We didn’t mind because we are timeshare holders not here. NO one is on the premises at this time of the year after 5pm and on Sundays it’s crazy!!! It would actually be sort of lame for some people. Usually people like to swim on weekends. The bathroom was clean and spacious,Did mentioned the lack of hot water barely none. On a freezing January weekend WE WANT HOT WATER TO SHOWER PLEASE!!!
All in all for the price I would say I’d go back.
- Sheryl (10/5): - Room was very comfortable, clean. Great getaway. Location is close to a variety of walkable outings.
- Inna (4/5): Clean room by no Wi-Fi and cold shower and disappointment with the office. - The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
I like the kitchenette with pots and dishes. I could park in front of the window. The location was very close to my destination point, and it was right by Main Street with shops and restaurants. Check in time was 4pm and the office closed at 5 pm. There was only one hour window to check in in person and ask questions. I was in a seminar and came in after hours. It took me a long time to figure out how to lock my door from the outside. I couldn’t find a Wi-Fi password anywhere in a room. My shower was cold and water was not draining out. The coffee machine didn’t work. The office was closed next morning on Saturday at 8:40 am even though the hours were 8:30-5:30. I called the office number and they transferred me three times before someone answered who was in the property. They gave me a wrong Wi-Fi password, so, I couldn’t use my computer again a second night. They also said that no maintenance person was available to check on my shower until Monday. The office was closed again to check out on Sunday morning at 8:45am.
- Jennifer (10/5): - Great for short or extended stay.
- momola23 (4/5): Adequate, but unremarkable. - Nothing about this “resort” made me hope to return. Go to Sea Mist in Mashpee, or The Cove in West Yarmouth. We toured them while here and they are much much nicer for the same points.
- Kairo (10/5): - The best place I ever stayed came stocked with dishes cooking supplies and utensils loved it!
- Maureen (8/5): - The property was clean and quite well kept. Perfect location to walk to food and shopping. Quaint downtown area.
- E4173WCrobr (4/5): Wouldn’t Stay Again - The staff upon arrival were not friendly and the room we were in had a really bad odor. During our 7 day stay our room was never checked on or cleaned and we had to go find clean towel and wash rags. I didn’t believe you could ever have a bad wash rag until I experienced what they had to offer. The mattress was also very uncomfortable. The entire facility needs major renovations.
- BoardingPass389431 (6/5): Cape Cod save the gas - The resort was fine. Cape Cod working class people are amazing, kind, funny and helpful. Spare yourself the trouble of visiting the single most self-important, rude, socially inept out of touch people I’ve had the misfortune of sharing space with. Cape Cod was a dismal disappointing place. Not worth the trip, not worth the gas.
- Odyssey34722366898 (8/5): Decently clean and comfortable - When we arrived the mini fridge in our room was not working and so the whole room smelled bad. We were moved to a different room which was clean and adequate for what we needed. The place was very close to Main Street and within walking distance to many restaurants, to the JFK Museum, and to the waterfront where the artist shanties were. Also within walking distance to the Hyannis ferries. One thing we had counted on was being able to use the hot tub at the end of each day but it was not working and was never fixed the whole week we were there. Another thing we had counted on was being able to use the outside grill to cook some of our meals on but it was also out of order and never fixed or replaced while we were there. We asked about both of these things several times. Those couple things were disappointing since it's part of what we had paid for.
- S300PQcharlesf (10/5): Court Yard Resort in Hyanisport Massachusetts! - What an amazing resort! Great location to do everything that a tourist would want to do on Cape Cod! Very well maintained , always updating the units & the staff is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
- Irshad (8/5): - The kitchenette set up is perfect for the families with children who like to make their own quick food.
- Ray (2/5): - We arrived at the property at 5:10 PM. Locked up tighter than a drum. No lights on either. Called no answer, text no reply. We had to find another place to stay.
- Nancy (8/5): - The only problem we had was a lot of outside noise.
- conwy (4/5): Very basic unit - Check in was carried out by lovely lady. Unfortunately no lift and had a third floor apt so we had to lug a lot of luggage up three flights of stairs. Clean but very basic, dated motel with one room. Plenty of parking and with easy walking distance in Hyannis
- Christian (8/5): -
- rebecca (5/5): - The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. I ordered a room for 4 adults. The room is nice for a couple but it isn't suitable for 4 adult. The couch was very uncomfortable and my boys ended up sleeping on the floor. We checked out after a day, even though we booked for 2 nights.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Great location and walking distance to great places!
- Deborah (9/5): Would love to return for another stay. - Loved the desk clerk Elaine. She could make anyone feel welcome with her warm sweet personality! The description of room began “ this unit has a hot tub.” Slight misinterpretation because the “property” had a hot tub ( which was nice).
- Tami (9/5): Stayed there for the shuttle service to airport to airport - Clean, shuttle service, Too expensive
Cheap transparent toilet paper
- Ana (6/5): Para un par de noches - Ubicación excelente, en el centro de Hyannis y a 15 minutos paseando del puerto.
Habitaciones grandes y espaciosas y cama cómoda. Se ve bastante antiguo. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. Es bastante caro para lo que es.
- chugger3 (8/5): Great spot - Very central location to all that goes on in Hyannis, as well as easy drive to outlying beaches and Provincetown. Great restaurants and shopping all within walking distance.
- Verified traveler (6/5): It was ok but I won’t be back. - The location is great, in walking distance to Main Street, very convenient. There is no elevator so you have to carry your heavy luggage up all flights of stairs, there’s no wall plugs in the living/bed area to plug a charger, you have to use the kitchen outlets, the A/C is very noisy, the hot tub was filthy gross, and they tell you to call them for anything but then never answer their phone.
