• Franz (10/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Die Lage ist optimal. Das Frühstück ist für uns sehr ausreichend. Das Zimmer passt für 2 Personen. Es war etwas zu kühl im Zimmer.
• Jokela (9/5): Hieno kanavanäköala - Huoneestamme pohjakerroksessa oli upea näköala kanaalille. Huone oli tilava, samoin kylpyhuone. Suihku toimi hienosti. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja ensimmäisissä aamiaisvuoroissa oli mukavasti tilaa. Receptionin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Olimme tyytyväisiä hotellivalintaamme. Huoneen toimivuutta olisi lisännyt naulakot sekä kylpyhuoneessa että huoneessa. Nyt ei tiennyt mihin suihkun jälkeen märät kylpypyyhkeet ripustaa, samoin sateessa kastuneet vaatteet. Huoneessa oli hyvin tilaa yhdelle matkalaukulle, mutta toinen veikin koko rahin, kun sitä ei halunnut lattialle laittaa.

• Celina (7/5): - Die Lage ist super und auch die Mitarbeiter waren nett und konnten bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen. Im ganzen war der Besuch dort aber gut. Betten waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer war im Keller und man konnte keinerlei Fenster öffnen. Es hätte etwas mehr sauber sein können. (Nachttische hatten noch Ränder von Gläsern und im Bad war am Waschbecken noch Zahnpasta von vorigen Gästen. Dazu hat die Klimaanlage die ganze Nacht Geräusche gemacht, was extrem genervt hat.

The room came with a nice free breakfast, with hot and cold food offered. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to store our luggage both before and after check in.

• Johanna (7/5): Vastasi pitkälti odotuksia - Sijainti oli kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Lähellä oli kaksi ruokakauppaa (Aöbert Heijn). Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli nopeaa ja helppoa. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huone öli siisti. Aamupala oli odotuksua parempi ja sopivan monipuolinen. Ei ollut ruuhkaa. Kahvin sai ottaa mukaan. Vastaanotto oli auki myöhään. Saimme huoneen kellarikerroksesra (-1). Huoneeseen kuului hyvin äänet käytävältä. Huoneessa ei ollur minijääkaappia. Aamiaisen ajankohta piti varata vsstaanotosta etukäteen (ei mahdollista spontaaniutta ja aikataulittomuutta, mutta vähentänee ruuhkia). Kahdesta tyynystä jämäkämpi oli liian kova ja pehmeampi muhkurainen. Pari pientä ongelmaa siivoojan kanssa. Huoneemme ei ollut valmis, kun saimme sen, vaikka vastaanotto varmisti asian siivoojalta. Seuraavana päivänä lähdimme kiireessä päivää viettämään, ja siivooja sattui olemaan ovellanme. Hän kysyi meiltä, tarvitseeko huoneemme siivota, johon vastasimme ei (keventääksemme hänen työmääräänsä). Tämä ei riiittänyt, vaan hän vaati meitä avaamaan huoneemme oven ja laittamaan kyltin oveen hänen "supervisor" varten. Tähän meni harmillisesti turhaan aikaa, kun piti ensin ylittää kielimuuri, kaivaa avaimet laukun pohjalta ja hakea kyltti. Siivooja oli kuitenkin ystälällinen.

Miałam pokój na najwyższym piętrze i w nocy był hałas z dachu ( chyba klima albo jakieś inne urządzenia), które trochę utrudniały sen.

• Yevheniia Holovko (7/5): - Понравилось, то что всё таки на следующий день поменяли нам номера с двуспальными кроватями. Завтраки вкусные. Не понравилось то что при заселении нам дали другой номер, мы заказывали двуспальную кровать , а дали две маленькие, хотя я покупала и выбирала двухспальную. Когда был дождь, зонты были у них платные на прокат, в номере бутылки воды тоже не было. Я отдыхала ранее в очень хорошем хостеле, так там и зонты бесплатные были, и вода и завтраки вкусные, чай кофе вообще безлимит. А здесь такого не было. К сожалению.

Det var veldig simpelt, og lite ekstra. Frokosten var veldig fattig, savnet ordentlig juice, bedre utvalg av brød, frukt og grønt, noe mer pålegg. Eggerøra var skikkelig tørr. Hadde forventet mer av hotellet mtp på prisen, det var ikke spesielt billig. Hadde soveromsvindu rett ut mot meget trafikkert vei, så det ble mye støy med vinduet åpent.

• Jennifer (4/5): Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung... - Die zentrale Lage, das freundliche Personal und der Aufbau des Zimmers haben uns gefallen. Unser Hotelzimmer hatte auch einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal hinter dem Hotel. Die Sauberkeit war leider stark zu bemängeln. Trotz angemeldeter Reinigung wurde unser Zimmer nicht gesaugt und außerdem war ein Fleck auf dem einen Bettlaken, der beim beziehen wohl übersehen wurde. Anscheinend gibt es auf den Zimmern aus "hygienischen Gründen" auch keine Toilettenbürsten, weshalb man stattdessen an der Rezeption die Zimmerreinigung dafür anmelden musste. Nach der Reinigung wurde außerdem ein Putzlappen im Bad liegen gelassen. Ansonsten gab es zu wenig Haken im Bad, um Handtücher anhängen zu können. Das Fenster in unserem Zimmer war defekt und auch nachdem die Rezeption informiert wurde, wurde es nicht richtig repariert. Außerdem wurde das Toilettenpapier während unseren mehrtägigen Aufenthalts von der Zimmerreinigung nicht aufgefüllt, sodass man auch bei der Rezeption Bescheid geben musste.
• Skender (6/5): Hotel mit einigen Problemen - Das Frühstück war okay. Das Hotel befand sich 1Km vom Zentrum entfernt. Zuerst gaben sie mir ein Zimmer im Keller. Es gab keine Finken die man als Gäste benutzen darf. Leider wurde das Zimmer auch nicht gut geputzt. Es gab immer noch Haare von den letzten Gästen.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was well organized. I would recommend this place to others! It was unfortunate that we couldn’t get an earlier check-in. In addition, we were not aware that room service would come in the morning, as we were told that it does not necessarily take place every day.

• Khayala (1/5): My expectations wasn’t covered. - Place was good, around the center. Very disappointing and unacceptable experience. I specifically booked a room with a king-size bed, but upon arrival, the hotel tried to place me in a room with separate beds. This is a basic booking requirement, and failing to honor it shows a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. There was no proper effort to resolve the issue or offer a suitable alternative. It felt like my reservation details were completely ignored. I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially if you care about getting what you actually booked. Be careful — your reservation may not be respected.

• 325davidl325 (8/5): Good value and location - An excellent hotel stay. Good value and good location in the city. I could walk everywhere. The hotel is a two block walking distance to the Rembrandt Musueam. My room was cleaned every day. The tea bags and coffee was refilled every day. The stay was not 100 % perfect. There was no fridge or microwave in my room. The lounge space in the main lobby was limited.
