• Moyra (9/5): We absolutely loved our stay and made ourselves at home! I enjoyed the mornings on the balcony overlooking the ocean and - Location was perfect for us - easy access for both walking and driving and morning runs. Apartment itself was great- had everything we needed, was comfortable and clean. Also very safe. Nox Staff were amazing! Nothing comes to mind. Oh, blinds were broken in the bedroom but to be fair they also told us upfront.
• John (5/5): Disappointing due to the performance of Nox rentals. However, great location. - See previous review of our stay (26/02 to 07/03). Location perfect. NOX not reputable/ dishonest. We had stayed at the apt for 10 days earlier and had reported the broken washing machine (drum was falling off). The first question to the Nox representative who met us on our return, having been travelling for 10 days, was "is the machine working?" We were assured it had been fixed. Unfortunately this was not the case. I eventually spoke to the NOX manager who confirmed they were aware of the problem - it needed spares from overseas or a new machine and they should not have marketed the apt as having a machine. Nox are very quick to take deposits, issue rules etc but they need to get their own house in order.
• John (4/5): Disappointed with the professionalism/honesty of Nox. Great location. - The location was perfect for our needs. 40 metres to Metropolitan GC. and on the Beach Road - being on the 7th floor, no noise from outside . Apt was comfortable and secure. Nice views over the golf course or ocean. Had dedicated parking space. NOX are not reputable. The apt was marketed as having a washing machine. The machine had been broken for some time. However when I reported it to NOX they said thank you for bringing it to our attention as though they were unaware of the issue. As we were returning to the apt on March 17 for a further ten days we requested to ensure the machine was operable. The freezer was totally iced up and had obviously not been checked for some time. The apartment is fine but "cluttered"with too many plant pots. As the bathroom is on the other side of the apt from the bedroom (Not en suite) it interferes with easy access.
• Richard (9/5): Highly recommended for a happy and comfortable stay. - Excellent location, the apartment is modern and comfortable with all the extras you need. Truly a home from home! The washing machine was not working. The host reported this to the office. Fortunately the staff made another plan for us.
• Deon (7/5): Loved it over the weekend when there was no construction going on. - Great location, very modern inside, and well equipped. Was a lovely apartment. Loved the simple touches that made it feel like home, like the record player, fish tank etc. Good TV and internet connection The shading system to block out the setting west sun not working as well as it should. Difficult to pin down in the wind. The balcony faces West, with great views, but the setting sun is a problem into the apartment. Double bed is a bit small. The construction in the apartment block very noisy especially if you are there to do some work too. And the offer of a R200 rebate for the noise is insulting.
• Ohoud (8/5): Perfect - The location very good , nice view, clean the owner and staff are professional and friendly so cozy and comfortable home Bed need more soft mattress and bed room need curtains
