- Robert (9/5): Super nice area!! Great internet and make sure to tell Bonnie and Michael room 314 said hello!! - The location was nice. Had a bunch of places to eat within a few blocks. Never swam but sat on the edge of the pool and dangled my feet. It’s really nice. Had a nice covered patio to sit under also next to the pool. Had an issue with the tub not draining it was over ankle deep after our shower. Didn’t get any help from the day time front desk. He was very rude. Bonnie head of house cleaning became maintenance and cleaned the drain and it worked Great!! Michael who cleans and tends to the front area came and mopped our bathroom and kitchen area it was dirty plus sticky, but squeaky clean when he got done. I’ve made two new friends with both of them! They are awesome people!! The second shift check in gentleman was very polite!! But don’t remember his name. Free Coffee was really good!! They don’t do breakfast but that’s okay. We would stay here again if ever in the area. Internet was great!! Really can’t think of anything I didn’t like other than the daytime check in guy.

Pillows were super flat. Thin flooring/ceiling - the people above us were running cattle all night I think. Not hotels fault, guests fault. Was a little loud as we were right next to the freeway, but that's expected.

The highway noise made it hard to sleep it was so loud. Soundproofing to outside not very good. Better blackout curtains needed. Elliptical broken, no weights in lower ranges pool didn’t open until 10:00. No breakfast Don’t get a room on the backside because you’ll hear the interstate all day and night. It’s LOUD.

Room was spacious. Pool looked nice. We didn’t get to check in until after 11 and check out was 11 am so did not get to use the pool or gym but looked nice.

- Matthew (4/5): It was a place to lay our head for the night to split up our long drive but it was not nice. - The front desk receptionist was very nice It looked like it was clean but the smell in our room smelled like dirty socks. It was disgusting. I’m glad we only stayed for one night because it was nauseating how gross it smelled in there. Also looked like something red was all over the carpet like blood?? It was weird.

- James (10/5): - Fantastic hotel and you can’t beat the price. Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was helpful. Appreciated the gym amenities and free laundry. Will definitely stay here again!
- Misty (3/5): Staff was disorganized but very clean room - Very clean! We were given a key to a room and took all of our stuff up and there were people in the room when we opened the door!!! Then second try- key to second room didn’t even work! It was a hot mess trying to get a room! Staff was apologetic and very nice but they need to work on their disorganization.

- Tiffany (10/5): Exc - Everything about this place was exceptional, if you’re looking for a nice, very clean place to stay. This is your place. Jayden was very nice and helpful. Everyone we ran into that works here was absolutely wonderful. Plenty of parking also. There was nothing I didn’t like.
- Tiffkay1 (10/5): Amazing Experience - We stayed here several nights. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The employees were very kind and helpful, especially Janae. The location is not too far from downtown. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Nashville.
