There was visible dirt on the walls, bathroom and beds. The television needed repaired when we checked in and the phone in the room wasn’t functioning. While I have stayed in worse hotels overall this was a disappointing experience.

Room was very clean and spacious. Would stay here more often for hiking in the nearby state forests but the rates are usually much higher due to nearby PSU
- Damien (10/5): Valentine's Weekend - We booked last minute and hand noting short of an exceptional weekend. From check in to check out everything was so easy. Plenty of parking, every staff from maintenance to front desk was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, the pool was clean and ready, the laundry room worked perfectly. Our room was nice a clean with plenty of room, the heat and a/c worked perfectly. My only "complaints" would be the water pressure isn't very strong for the shower and the hot water peaked at luke warm at best, but thats grasping at straws for a complaint. Exceptional stay and would/will definitely return next time im in the area.

I'm just not sure if maybe the company doesn't want to invest in this hotel. There were no curtains. Just a see through shade so no one really got any sleep. No sheets in the room for the pull out sofa bed. I just felt like resources were scarce. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Things seemed overall clean.

- Lori (8/5): - An upgraded hotel convenient to highway. Room was good size, and fairly clean. It was evident that no deep cleaning was done. A quick pass with the vacuum and wipe of the counters. Grime and mold in bathroom corners and shower. Beds were comfy and clean—the most important part.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Very wrinkled sheets. - I would have been more comfortable if the sheets were not so wrinkled and looked used. There was a long black hair deep on the bottom sheet.

- Josh (6/5): An okay stay for a day or two - The room itself is not bad. The eco-friendliness of the hotel makes it somewhat uncomfortable when the air condition shuts off on hot days. The air conditioner tends to shut off while you are sleeping and you wake up hot and uncomfortable. The breakfast is delicious and usually pretty good for the most part this varies from day to day. The rooms facing the highway are very noisy and you can hear the trucks all night. Housekeeping is the worst part they make your bed but they do not clean very well and they do not change the Linens all that they do is make the bed they do not replace the sheets or the covers this was during an entire week's stay.

- Nomad824337 (6/5): Nice hotel, but bad for business travelers. - This hotel was modern and clean, however I won't be back. I was in town visiting a large manufacturing facility in nearby Lewistown. When I went to do my expenses, this IHG property doesn't list the receipts on the online profile, so the only way to get it is to reach back out to the hotel. Also, disappointed to find that they don't do a special rate for the factory. You are better off driving the extra few miles to State College.
- Laura (10/5): - Newly updated property - nice rooms. Modern. Small patio with a grill off the dining area. Staff was nice and helpful. Would def stay there again.
- 938kennithd (2/5): Had to cancel for medical issue. Rude and overcharged - We had changed to this being our go to hotel for the area. The others are getting run down and dirty. This one is fairly new. Morning meal is terrible we would go down and then go somewhere else. TV channels are lacking. Bed is comfortable but bedding is too heavy. Now this time we were coming for family reunion and my doctor advised I not travel because of a condition on my leg/foot. We called Thursday morning to alert them of my cancellation for Friday afternoon. Near as I can tell they are going to charge me for one day stay of a two day reservation. I have never in 40 years of travel had this occur. Owner was not helpful at all. I seem to need a Hilton in the area for future travels here.
