Non eravamo alla ricerca di un resort stellato, giusto una sistemazione dove riposarsi e fare una doccia dopo il mare, e questa nostra basica esigenza non è stata soddisfatta. Partendo dalla colazione buona ma 45 minuti per 4 pancake mi sono sembrati eccessivi, ma non abbiamo voluto lamentarci e la mattina dopo ci siamo svegliati prima in modo da non tardare nelle gite e il tempo impiegato è stato 1 ora ma questo nonostante non di nostro gradimento non è stato il problema principale. La camera cadeva a pezzi, sporca, insetti ovunque e sfornita di ogni comodità. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e per un giorno e mezzo non abbiamo avuto acqua in camera, più volte siamo andati a chiedere di risolvere il problema o darci una camera libera (che era inoltre disponibile) per farci la doccia. Siamo consapevoli che possa capitare un intoppo, il problema è stato il completo disinteresse da parte di tutto lo staff, dopo aver insistito per farli venire in camera tre volte hanno smosso qualche tubo non risolvendo ovviamente niente e sono andati via dicendo che sarebbero tornati, cosa ovviamente non successa. Siamo successivamente tornati a cercarli e la risposta che ci è stata data è che stavano facendo la lavatrice e per quello la nostra camera non aveva acqua, alla nostra richiesta di spegnarla per farci giusto una veloce doccia la risposta è stata “NO” assurdo, riassunto non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia e la mattina nessuno si è preoccupato di chiederci se andasse o scusarsi. Mi dispiace fare una brutta recensione ad un così piccolo business, ma per questa esperienza non lo raccomando assolutamente.

• harimurti (5/5): nicht zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist ok, nich er zu weit von Strand und vom Zentrum entfernt. Personal war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind in einem maroden Zustand, bei der Türe zur Toilette fehlte das Schloss, die Zimmertüre ließ sich nicht schließen. Sehr abgewöhnen Zustand, allgemein in der Hochsaison zu teuer für die Leistung

Wer schlafen mit der Klima gewohnt ist, ist das kein Problem. Das 2er Zimmer dagegen ist Tip Top ! Hier reichen die Fenster und der Balkon zum Lüften aus

• Jazpah (10/5): Perfect accomodation - Great location near the main strip and dock for boats surrounded by loads of great food places. Tim the manager went absolutley above and beyond for everything during our stay and the rest of the staff were amazing as well. We were able to rent bikes, get a private boat tour organised for us, use the kitchen facilities (fridge etc), massage spa place on site, AC works really well, comfy beds and clean. The temple is right next to the accomodation and is quite loud but didnt bother us too much.

The breakfast (included!) was simple but fresh and tasty — perfect to start the day. What made my stay truly special was Tim, the host. He was kind, helpful, and always around in case I needed anything, but also gave me space to enjoy my time on my own. Traveling solo, it meant a lot to feel both safe and cared for without it being overwhelming. If you're looking for a peaceful spot in Gili T that's still close enough to everything, I absolutely recommend Bale Sasak — especially if you're traveling alone. Staff was only drunk teens, not helpful and still loudly singing, all day all night. Also no fan in area wasnt running. Room was possible to lock with childish locker, no security. Pool was hot and hell, smells so bad. Never ever!

• Anya (2/5): Worst experience at a hotel - Location is perfect as it’s close to the port and main bars. The pool area was decent. Staff were friendly. Bike hire at the hotel which was easy. 1. The room didn’t look like it had been cleaned for months! Floor had a layer of dirt. Bathroom needs a good clean and mop. The toilet brush was laying on the floor. Hygiene and cleanliness very poor. 2. Bedsheets were poor quality. One thin pillow That smelt foul. Doesn’t look like they’ve been washed. Not sure if the linen was washed between guests. 3. There were rats / mice running by the pool and hotel doors. 4. Very noisy 24/7. The locals were screaming / playing on the streets until 1am. Walls are thin. Music plays prayers songs thought out the day and night which woke us up. 5. A lot of light came into the room as the curtains Were a bit of thin fabric. Massive slice in our window where mosquitos came through. Door was locked with a flimsy padlock. Did not feel secure or shut properly. Aircon very loud. 6. The shower only produced cold water. It was more like a garden tap than a shower. They did not provide hand soap and asked us to use body wash which is very unhygienic. Over all it felt like we were staying in a cell. We could not wait to leave.

• Sophie (6/5): Lots of lovely points but sadly, the noise, lack of lighting and aircon was difficult. - Staff were so welcoming and lovely! Really helpful and made is feel at home. Unfortunately our aircon did not work, meaning we had a hand portable fan which was very drying but appreciate them providing something! Our room was so noisy and we were awake most the night due to what i think was a bar on the other side. I wouldn’t have stayed longer than a couple nights, which is a shame as it was great decor and lovely staff!! Internet doesn’t work well which wasn’t an issue but more of a note. Again for £16 and the amazing staff it is worth a visit just make sure you have aircon!

We ate out most of the time, especially if we had a tour booked early. * Blocked drain in bathroom - flooded after each shower and left a weird smell * Only a combination padlock to lock the door, we had our own padlock so used both * WiFi wasn’t good in bungalow 8

I was surprised when I first got there as this place is cheap and affordable for its quality and perfection. At night, staff members play guitar and welcome you to join them. Good and healthy food what they will bring to you any time when you feel the need for it.

• Freya (10/5): Exceptional - The staff really made our stay very enjoyable. Funny, friendly and happy to help with literally anything, and always up for a laugh. Pools lovely, big enough that you can do actually use it for exercise purposes, location is very central but far away enough from the main strip to not be too noisy. Always someone playing guitar, had a few great nights drinking, chatting and singing with the boys who work there. Definitely would recommend for the price and general vibe of the place Air con could be better, but it works better than some other places we've stayed. Wi fi signal wasn't too strong but there's several different routers to connect to and at least one is always decent enough to get work done if you need to.

• Tanja (2/5): - Horrible run down two storey family bungalow. Everything was broken! Dangerous ledder to climb to the upper floor. stayed one night and it was the worst on our 2 month Bali trip. Wanted to leave the same day but the manager refused to refund the money so we were forced to stay. Luckily we only booked 1 night. The night we couldn't sleep as the room has no windows and no soundproof. you can hear talking staff until midnight as if they were staying in your room. It was super hot upstairs becasue neither aircon nor fan was working. All night long we heard mice running and scratching the ceiling between the first and secind floor. Wooden floors broken and a real hazard if you step in. see pictures. Dirty dusty never cleaned floors, spiderwebs. broken not closing doors, 2 TV's but non of it working. Leaking sink so thatvthe bathroom floor was flooding. Absolute unsafe and dangerous condition of the room. Do not stay here! Especially with children.

• Anastasiia (1/5): Worst accomodation in Gili - I am glad it was only for a night - Well, it was the only available option that I would never choose otherwise. There was a good a/c. For starters, there was no basic facilities like no hot water, no bedside table, no mirror, no wardrobe, no good lights, no toilet paper, no shower soap. Not to mention that for 50 USD per night you could also expect some TV and a roof in the toilet :D Yes, the toilet is roofless like a cabrio and is basically in the street - when I asked a guy why there is no roof, he said it is traditional. Also, I don't recommend the bike rentals that they offer.
• Lock (10/5): Highly recommend! - Gorgeous pool and it was lovely and warm. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great location, less than a 5 min walk from the beach. We could not of asked for a nicer group of staff! They were so welcoming, friendly, funny and helpful and they made our stay! We had a great time and we would highly recommend bale sasak.

Very dirty, stained sheets, cat wee, stinky toilet, ceiling falling in. Lumpy gross beds, Curtains ripped and stained. We didnt go in the other rooms but the family room needs to be pulled down. Great to have a pool but there is so much chlorine in it!!! We piad $85000 for this experience !!???? Way to exspensive, our worst accom yet
