Thieu (10/5): Great experience in first time stay at LADALAT - EVERYONE in staff is well dressed, polite, cheerful, and helpful. I am totally impressed. Breakfast is great with lots of varieties in Vietnamese, European, and American styles. A la carte meals from 10am to 10pm are also very good and reasonably priced. Has many options for vegetarians/vegans diet. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance that I did not know when booked the room.

Verified traveler (10/5): Recent stay at La Dalat - We recently stayed at La Dalat hotel in May. The facility is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and were able to service our every need. We especially liked the rooftop bar/open area. It is a very pleasant and comforting space. We really liked that they grow their own vegetables and serve those vegetables with their meals. Very nice touch. The quality of the food is excellent. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning. We had a great view of the lake across the way. We loved that. The only area that needs improvement is the hot water service. While there is hot water, you must run the water for a few minutes in order to get hot water. This is a huge waste of a natural resource. The hotel should investigate putting hot water heaters on each floor to eliminate water waste. We look forward to our next stay at the La Dalat hotel in 2025.

May (8/5): Very spacious hotel and friendly staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms. - Location was great, away from the chaos and noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel spacious and room was very comfortable. Views were amazing. Facilities were fantastic Cleanliness wasn’t good at all, there was always a bad smell near the main restaurant. And we found a cockroach while having breakfast. Can include a shuttle bus.
Ichha (4/5): Not good and not worth it - The place was no where like a five star the place was dilapidated and old!!the breakfast restaurant was dirty and unhygienic. There windows were not sound proof and the club on the 7th floor was so loud in the night. They really need to sell this as a 3 star and not 5

Tiberiu (9/5): Superb - The hotel is quite nice, big, with decent facilities. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The breakfast can accommodate many tastes. The staff is helpful and responsive to every request. Having a Valley view room (which I recommend), it faces the main road, and that can be noisy during the day, but gives great views for the sunrise. Even though the gym is well equipped, is could use some more attention to cleaning and additional water bottles in the gym.

Ninjarat888 (10/5): Beautiful getaway in Dalat to enjoy Old World Charm, Nature and Good Food - Peaceful Location with Beautiful Rooftop Garden. Rooms were very spacious and very nice. Breakfast spread was excellent and food items were very tasty. Staff/Service was on point during my stay. We really enjoyed the stay. Follow up on the housekeeping could be improved. We ran out of toilet paper and it wasn't replaced, likewise with the bath gel. Otherwise, not much else to dislike, this was a great stay in Da Lat!

Most staff a matter of fact with the odd exception on reception. Single restaurant open. Very limited choice. Some exercise equipment broken. Pool often murky. 5* Hotel. No aircon.

DH (4/5): - The hotel it self was lovely. Very clean, well presented and staff very helpful. The only downfall was the lack of people. On the 2nd night I was the only one in the restaurant, for my whole visit no one was ever in the bar or the lounge or the swimming pool. For a single traveller not a very entertaining place but apart from that a very nice place - even if it is a distance from the town centre.

Edward (10/5): Great stay! - Pros- New.. Large rooms, several outlets near bed for recharging devices, 2 large screen TVs with English TV stations. Desk staff extremely helpful- , -Thanks Amy and Tweeng! Last 10 years of my life I have spent mostly on the road-working or on holidays, and I have to say this is the most attentive staff I have ever experienced. Although many of the staff (apart from the desk staff) speak little to no English, there always seems to be someone on site who can speak English and they will find that person for you. Pool is warm and large enough for swimming laps and very clean, towels provided. Fitness center with good selection of free weights and helpful on-site staff. Breakfast offers omelet station. Beautiful grounds on hotel site. Some rooms have fans which help keep temperature down, otherwise rooms can get a little stuffy at night. Cons- a bit far from city center, but only $3USD taxi to get there. Breakfast menu- Asian options not that tasty. Dinner menu -limited things I found tasty After my first few days there, wifi issues began-dropping signal occasionally, then have to log off my computer to get back to hotel wifi logon page, annoying. Housekeeping starts cleaning some rooms early- and can be quite noisy out in the hallways. Cardio machines in fitness center need replaced. Hotel Manager- dedicated ppreciates feedback. Recommend- address wifi issues. Perhaps weekly in-service meetings with staff to address guest feedback. Book early, prices will fluctuate
