• Trang DO (9/5): - We had a fantastic stay in the Club Room. The breakfast was a highlight, offering both Asian and Western styles in a great family-friendly setup near the pool. We also appreciated the hotel’s flexibility; when we had an early departure, they prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us. The evening canapés (5–7 PM) were a lovely touch, and the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The parking staff at Basement Floor was also helpful and nice.

• Bradley (9/5): Overall we found this hotel represents excellent value for money in the area, and really enjoyed our stay. - We enjoyed our stay here. On the plus side it’s in an excellent central location, the rooms are spacious, clean and we really appreciated the excellent showed (great water pressure). Staff were helpful and very friendly. The check in and out process was seamless. Only a couple of areas could be improved. The lounge chairs at the pool don’t have cushions, so it’s not conducive to extended stays relaxing by the pool. The pool could also benefit from more upbeat music. And there aren’t nearly enough beach chairs on their section of beach, so we ended up renting chairs each day further down the beach. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.
• Anna (7/5): Ładny hotel i profesjonalna obsługa, ale istotne problemy obniżają komfort pobytu - Hotel jest estetyczny i zadbany, a pokoje ładnie urządzone. Cały obiekt sprawia bardzo dobre wrażenie wizualne. Na duży plus zasługuje recepcja – bardzo profesjonalna obsługa, pomocna i świetnie mówiąca po angielsku. Śniadania oferują duży wybór i są różnorodne, a dodatkowym atutem jest piękny widok w trakcie posiłku. Największym minusem jest bardzo krótki czas dostępności ciepłej wody pod prysznicem – trudno, aby komfortowo umyła się nawet jedna osoba, a przy pobycie z dziećmi jest to szczególnie problematyczne. Podczas śniadań często brakowało poszczególnych produktów, a obsługa jeszcze przed oficjalnym zakończeniem posiłków podchodziła do stolików i ponaglała gości do kończenia jedzenia, co znacząco obniżało komfort. Dodatkowo w pokojach umieszczono liczne informacje o karach oraz bardzo szczegółowy cennik zniszczeń (włącznie z kosztami za stłuczenie kubka). Jest to podejście, z którym spotkałam się po raz pierwszy i które sprawia wrażenie nadmiernej kontroli. Mimo uprzejmej obsługi, gość może czuć się bardziej jak intruz niż klient.

• Vu-Dung (8/5): - Der Aufenthalt im TUI BLUE Nha Trang war insgesamt sehr positiv. Der Check-in gestaltete sich anfangs zwar etwas mühsam. Wir haben dies jedoch direkt zurückgemeldet und waren beeindruckt, wie ernst das Personal und das Management unsere Rückmeldung genommen haben. Es wurde umgehend und äusserst professionell darauf reagiert. Das Essen sowie das Frühstück waren sehr fein. Zudem punktet das Hotel mit grosser Sauberkeit, hohem Komfort und einer ausgezeichneten Lage. Wir können dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Вернуться желания нет - Вид с балкона, укомплектованность мебелью Очень маленькие кровати в номере с 2 раздельными кроватями. Я боялась повернуться, так как падала, хотя я стройная. Полным будет совсем не комфортно. На кухне вся посуда пластиковая и ее очень мало, нет мусорного ведра, нет ножа, которым можно что-либо отрезать. И при этом ее использование платное, что не указано в профиле отеля. На завтраках всегда не было сыра, не было нормальных мюсли, плохой выбор фруктов, которые постоянно заканчивались. Приходилось много еды с собой приносить. Бестолковый ресепшен, который простейшую проблему решить не может и зовет директора.

• Victor (7/5): - В Нячанге не в первый раз. и Этот отель приметил давно еще когда он по другому назывался. Большой номер с кухней. Рядом Lotte Mart. Фактически до всех значимых мест можно дойти пешком. - очень много русских туристов, прилетевших по путевкам. По этой причине, видимо, этот "тагил" одну ночь активно бухал и шумел до 6 утра. - завтраки скудноватые и однообразные. На третий день мне уже надоели. Интереснее позавтракать бан-ми в местных закусочных. Что я сделал пару раз.

• Andrey (9/5): - Очень вкусные завтраки, вид из номера на море. Потом у нас ещё была угловая комната с видом на горы, город и море вид потрясающий! До моря надо немного пройтись, минут 10, но это не напряжно. Расположение очень удобно. Рядом много магазинов, кафешек. На ресепшене есть русскоговорящая девушка и парень, нам с нашим незнанием языков было очень комфортно и всё понятно. На пляже им всего разрешают 30 лежаков, но нам они не нужны были.

• IULIIA (10/5): Все очень понравилось, приезжаем только сюда. - Останавливаемся здесь уже не в первый раз. Приветливый персонал, всегда готов придти на помощь. Замечательный бассейн. Просторные номера и чистое свежее белье. Халаты- отдельная сказка. Завтраки вкусные, есть все и даже больше. Пляж рядом, полотенца выдают. Сам отель находится в центре, локация очень удобная. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить работу сотрудницы Анны на ресепшен (говорит на русском). Помогла нам с билетами на автобус, была все время на связи. Без нее бы точно не справились, огромное спасибо 🙏 во многом благодаря работе таких сотрудников хочется возвращаться в отель. Это важно ! Нет такого.
• Zhanara (10/5): We like the hotel, the staff is so nice. Pool is very clean and there is the room for children. We like the opportunity - It is the second line from the beach, actually it’s a good location as it’s not so noisy at night, but it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the beach as you have to bypass the buildings that are in front of the hotel. The sinks in the bath and at the kitchen are not comfortable as you get wet while washing hands or doing dishes.

• Evgeniya (9/5): Все было супер! Спасибо! - Тот момент когда понравилось все:) были в апартаментах 13 ночей. Завтрак включен и он отличный. Конечно за неделю нам уже все приелось, хотя выбор большой, и мы ходили в разные кафешки другие. Но это мы такие:) уборка отличная каждый день, замена полотенец каждый день. Мы не готовили, поэтому посуда нам была на нужна ( в случае если нужна кухонная утварь на ресепшен дается ключик от шкафов на кухне). От моря 5-7 минут. Вид у нас был на море 17 этаж. Банные принадлежности меняют каждый день. Хороший спортзал, отличный бассейн с лежаки, проблем найти лежак никогда не было. На море у отеля своих 30 лежаков, и как бы разделены в пользование на две смены. Если хотите утром и есть маленькие детки например - идите пораньше к 9.00. Мы ходили к 12.00 (вторая смена) и практически всегда доставались лежаки. Дня 3-4 брали рядом лежаки платно за 150 донгов (450 р) на человека на весь день. Море чистое, прохладное, медуз и планктона нет. Просто любовь. На пляже выдают полотенца! Шезлонги на пляже до 16.30 и нужно сдать полотенце. Лило модно это сделать позже, принести его просто на ресепшен. Кароче отелю однозначного больше да, чем нет! Хотела еще отметить работу ресепшен- все запросы выполнялись сразу, я в положении и попросила дополнительно еще три подушки - девочки мне все предоставили. Да, конечно не помешает немного обновить здание. Ковролин в холлах грязный и воняет сыростью, полотенца не белые уже давно, но если не обращать внимание на это - то все отлично. И нам еще повезло в наш заезд было мало китайцев. Когда мы выезжали, заехали два автобуса)) а как вы знаете они шумные, наглые и крикливые:))) всем добра () В лифтах не работает кондиционер, хотя он там есть. Запах сырости и грязный поникший ковролин в холлах, требующий замены, линолеум в номерах - просто прошлый век.
• Ruslan (8/5): В целом норм, но на 5 звёзд не тянет, по сравнению с новыми отелями - Удобное расположение, красивый вид на море, просторный номер с большим балконом, замечательная веранда на 30-м этаж, вкусные завтраки Уставший отель, запах сырости в лобби, видимо по многочисленным отзывам, устранили, но на этажах остался, потемневший ковролин на этажах, убитые посеревшие полотенца, в номерах линолеум. Очень мало фруктов на завтрак.

Расположение хорошее. Указано, что первая линия, но до пляжа нужно пройти в обход зданий минут 8-10, на пляже есть лежаки от отеля, но из катастрофически мало, это минус.

• Khalid (9/5): - Verbleven in een appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Zeer ruim, praktisch en hygiënisch. Hotel/personeel schenkt fijne aandacht voor dingen zoals verjaardagen, bepaalde dieet. Ook een speelruimte voor zij die met kinderen reizen. Zou hier zeker terug verblijven! Weinig strandbedden.

• Marat (9/5): Superb - We just finished our two nights stay at Tui Blue which was so relaxing. Our checking in room was smooth and pleasant. The reservation manager at the reception, Mr. Chi very warmly welcomed and put us up in a spacious and cozy room with a stunning sea view on 16 th floor. From the beginning of our meeting Mr. Chi showed his strong willingness to help us with various issues we faced. The breakfast buffet on 30 th floor of the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options, including pork meat dishes (which is not suitable for guests from Malaysia and Middle East countries). The restaurant staff is attentive. Ms. Nhu, an assistant at F&B , anticipates guest needs, providing prompt and efficient service. When the fruits corner at the restaurant buffet was running out of watermelon, dragon and other fruits, Ms. Nhu, having noticed my searching look, assured me that in a few minutes she would bring the desirable fruits to our table. We were touched by such a proactive approach, efficiency and professional attention to individual preferences of guests. general, Tui Blue is a very good hotel. Yet, there are, of course, a few premises for the hotel improvement: electric outlets for plugging-in sockets in the room are definitely needed to be fixed, the door and other facilities in the bathroom are worn out and required to be renovated; one of three lifts is out of service for some time. The above comments and suggestions for the hotel upgrading do not undermine a high level of the hotel. When we travel again to the beautiful Nha Trang, we will definitely return to Tui Blue and recommend this cozy hotel to our friends.

Would recommend this hotel!!! 1. Only 15 sunbeds from the hotel on the beach. This is very small for such a hotel. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning and all the sunbeds were busy. The first days of our vacation every morning we saw the same tourists on these sunbeds. After talking with the hotel staff, they set a limit on the use of a sunbed - a maximum of 3 hours. If the sunbeds were busy, they were put on a waiting list and as soon as the queue came up, they provided the vacant sunbeds. 2. Plastic cups are provided in the hotel room for hot drinks. One such cup burst immediately when boiling water was poured into it!
• Line (9/5): High quality service - The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very big with a lot of wardrobe. We appreciate a lot the balcony. Very good breakfast. As the hotel have to follow the city regulation, some days no more beach chair available. However, you still can have the beach towel (at the beach or reception desk) and chair very close with other provider (around 80.000 and 100.000 vnd). The beach is clean.

• Jennifer (8/5): - This property was pretty nice. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. The pool filter could be better and they should clean the bottom of the pool. Breakfast was decent. They aren’t quick enough at refilling stuff that is empty though. Although breakfast goes until 10am, I find they are basically stopping putting fresh stuff out by 9 am.
